SCAM ALERT
I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and was given a defective product.
I requested for a refund, but noon has been extremely unhelpful and disrespectful the whole time.
My phone was picked up TWICE, and the refund request was rejected TWICE stating there is no manufacturing defect even though the battery drains like no other iPhone I have ever used. I was told clearly the refund will be processed 100% as I did not want the phone to keep going back and forth.
I have been following up on this for two weeks now, every single day and they refuse to get somebody from escalation call me back; it’s really like stealing and running to a corner refusing to return my money.
When I finally received a call from escalation, the person that called me told me to accept the phone delivery when it is sent back as the refund was rejected by quality check and either raise another request and send the phone back for the THIRD time or go to apple, get documents stating the product is defective, take videos and photos of the issue and only then they can help before HANGING up the phone in my face. This is their customer service!
Noon is the worst company I have dealt with living in UAE my whole life. They will steal your money in broad daylight, lie to you and disrespect you in case of any problems. They are refusing to abide to their own policies which clearly state if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Noon is liable to process the refund. Instead, my phone is going back and forth between Noon and myself. This company is running a major scam!
Please spend your money elsewhere and boycott Noon.
Best to order from Amazon, Noon is an absolute scam.

Noon delivery service is terrible, no delivery attempted and get message that I was not home and need to rescheduled, get call to reschedule, rescheduled time missed, takes 2 weeks to deliver a phone case, Amazon can deliver next day. Definitely will not be using noon for purchases in future.

If there was any option to give negative rating, i would go for it.i received my ordered tv but the very first time i turned on the tv, it was not working.i immediately raised a complaint for return, refund or item replacement but i haven't received the appropriate solution till now.every time i call noon to follow up on my complaint, they keep saying that my issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours but its the 10th day and still they are saying my issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours.now after 10th day, i got a call from noon saying the technician will come to check the tv and based on the report of technician, they will decide whether to refund or not. They haven't arranged for the pickup of the faulty item until now.
I am not sure if they will resolved my issue this month.

Never trust noon that they will deliver the working item. Its really a bad experience.

I ordered a dishwasher which came damaged and for already more than a month i am trying to make noon pick it from my flat and refund.

Maybe Scammers please think twice before do an order I even payed for the express delivery just losing money, customer service never response just wasting of time please really if you can buy in other shop do it here no item no response the system shows as order delivered it's a joke, after I checked there are hundred of cases on youtube, really bad experience

Very unhelpful, they sent me a wrong code for receiving the shipment from the locker. Wasted my time. They should apologize to the customer and send the shipment to his home … but low class customer service.wouldn’t expect good reaction from them.

Poor customer service. I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered the next day. It's been 4 days now since placing order and there is no update on the system. I tried to call customer care center, but the line hangs up everytime with no one answering at all.

I just deleted this app because i used to order everyday twice from 2 different locations and usually the app track my location Today I order for me and my colleagues but the app didn’t change my location I tried to cancel to got refund They didn’t send refund I deleted it and order from talabat

Worst website, worst online retail company ever, zero customer service. They took my money and didn’t send me my order

JusT horrible. I order box of the sweets and when I opened it I understand that someone before did open it. And after close from other side. It’s was missing few pieces. Anyway Disgusting.

SCAMMER ALERT

I had worst experience from them. I purchased a coffee machine but the machine has defects the one side is not working I returned to them 2 times as the machine is not working properly. They even made me fooled that I don’t know how to use the machine but on this third time to return they are making drama that I dont answer the phone. But the thing is that there team is always calling me and saying that they will pickup now then after 2hrs i will receieve message that Im not responding or I request a reschedule but the truth is that they are just doing that so they will not replace the item. As they know that the item is not properly working. I purchased it as new but the machine is not new sad to say they just scammed me. I think even reviews in there products are fakes. I hope the legal authorities will see how this scammers are doing.

Worst service ever, customer service is also useless, driver is just a lier. Don't use them at all.

Non cooperative staff. Just walking and busy on call. Walking to there car checked crickets bat and coming back. Just walking watching there phones but not entertaining anyone who has come to meet them for any kind of work. Even noon’s own riders are waiting while office staff are busy in there own.

My order still not delivered, i have notified them several times but no proper response or action against the complaint.its already paid and i have informed them that thsi is very urgent they said the item will be deliverd on 4th of october 2021 but still now i have not received.i tried in many ways to contact them but i couldnt.i need a solutiobn for this? You have to answer for my my money or order.

Unfortunately, a femos & big company but its eating money for staff & outsource. I am a person who is assigned to them in this company. I worked for a month and a half without salaries, and until now, I have salaries. If the stadium, Mohamed Al-Abbar the owner of the company, is satisfied with that, I agree, but many others will be installed on them in the same way. Suffice God and yes, the agent in them
