The cleaners doesn’t know how to clean at all it was my worst cleaning experience with any company in dubai in 10 years

I have never seen someone unprofessional like that.not the cleaner her self of course.she was the best cleaner i have ever used.but the guy who is arranging for the appointments is Rude, unprofessional and should not run the show. Always not on time and always i have to text many times to get a response.i advise using any other company with a proper management. Nova Maid deserves no rating stars at all!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
So I have been a regular customer with this company,
i order at least once a week and do a 3 hour cleaning for my house. First 3 times they would barely reply to my messages on WhatsApp. They would also have surprise visits to my house when I never booked for cleaning this happened around 3-4 times.
On top of that, even though I would book a week in advance they would cancel my appointment and say "oh sorry there is no maid available" this happened twice. So never take your appointments for granted with this company.
But I just saw past that as I actually liked the cleaning the wonderful happy cleaners would do. The main issue with this company is the person who is behind the phone managing the WhatsApp chat, is doing a horrible job at and really should be changed.
Besides the horrible unacceptable customer service, the cleaners themselves are amazing! If upper management is reading this review please listen to your customers and get a proper appointment booking system or get a person who knows how to do a proper job with dealing with customers.
You have lost me as a customer and a very loyal customer who has been using your company for 6 months. But I refuse to continue to be disrespected by the person who is using the WhatsApp account. Will be taking my business else where!

FAKE & LIARS. Be alert of this kind of people.
My own experience.we have booked the service two days before two maids on friday morning 10AM.we got a call from Nova service (Liars) that we don't have two maids we have only one at 9.38AM on friday.this kind of behaviour & liars shouldn't exist in the market.please trust me worst people.
