I recently had issues and sought to have a chiropractic treatment done at Novomed. As it was part of my insurance network, the whole process was hassle free given it was through direct billing. From the moment I inquired, I'd like to commend Nourhan who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has been instrumental all throughout, her customer service is just top notch, it is essential to have these kind of people as she embodies caring for people. Aya and Citadel was also very accommodating, polite and helpful. They are a gem to the clinic!

Initially, I was connected to Novomed Marina Branch as I need a recommendation letter from an Orthopedic doctor, in which I had the pleasure to be taken care of Dr. Amer Mansour who was really gentle and great at what he does. The receptionist Aurelie was very polite and always willing to help, nothing was too much of a trouble for her. Gancy the staff nurse was also very accommodating and was with me all the way.

Finally, I wanted to say my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Elie Ayoub, the best chiropractor in Dubai, for looking after me and the magic that he does on my back/spine. You can really tell 23 years of experience comes into play. I immediately felt relief after he did the adjustments. I cannot really put into words how excellent of a job he did to me and I feel better than ever.

I thank God that i found this clinic by chance on internet, at the times when i was totally lost and hospeless about my lower back pain and ortho and other doctrs were even unable to figure out the issue. Later on when i got diagnosed by Dr mustafa that i have a disk bulge issue all the other doctors said this is uncurable and you got to remove the disk ultimately, but fortunate enough doctor mustafa thought otherwise and gave me a hope. And this is the part from where its starts to become more interesting, the ortho doctor whom i was visiting challenged me that my bulge (6mm accordin to mri) can not be cured with any possible things and technologies, but novomed and doctor mustafa did that for me.yes i am so so thankful for them to guiding me on the right path, since doctor mustafa have left the clinic there is more exciting news that now doctor elie is there who is also a master of physio and chiro.so i highly recommend everyone suffering from back pain and all please dont waste time and head straight towards novomed. The staff is friendly and its a well maintained facility! Hope this helps to the readers out there!

I can’t recommend Novomed and Dr Moustafa (Chris) and Mai enough! Their patience and professionalism is second to none!

After drying my face one morning, I heard a loud crack in my neck and couldn’t move it. I walked into Dr Chris’s office in agony and was met with a warm smile and welcoming presence. Due to the severe pain that I was in, I was extremely apprehensive about anybody being near my neck and was certainly not an easy patient to treat however Dr Chris took his time to explain what the issue was and talked me through each step as did Mai. They answered my many questions and went at my pace (which was VERY slow to begin with because of my fear). When I first visited the clinic, I could only turn my head less than 5% of the way and after amazing treatment from Dr Chris and Mai, I was moving it 80% more by the second day of treatment.

When the injury happened, I immediately began to search Google, desperately searching for possible treatments and I am so glad that I chose Novomed. I highly recommend anybody who is thinking about visiting the clinic to book an appointment and you won’t regret it! The receptionists are amazing too!

We had physiotherapy sessions with Mai, she was very professional, understanding the case in details and treating it in a very professional way. The staff were very caring specially Maria, she was great.

I arrived at the clinic with a bulging disc, I was in severe discomfort and pain until I came to the clinic and got instant relief from a single session of chiropractic adjustments and physiotherapy. I urge anyone with any sign of discomfort in their back, legs, and posture to visit this clinic.

I've been seeing Dr. Moustafa (Dr. Chris) and Dr. Antonette for a sore lower back, and spasms, occasioned by some worn out disks. I'm two weeks into my treatment plan and I'm happy with the level of care and results I'm experiencing. My treatment plan is a combination of Chiropractic care and Physiotherapy.

I highly recommend Dr. Shawket Al Khayal in Novomed DHCC. He is one of the best urologist I’ve known in Dubai. I can say that he is very professional in dealing with his patients. If you have any men’s health issues or urinary issues then his the right doctor for you.

Did visit the Chiropractic Specialist Dr. Mustafa Al Ali after suffering from a severe frozen shoulder and pain as I couldn’t move my arm 10cm away from my body. Today after 3 days of Chiro/Physical join therapy thank God I’m able to move my shoulder again (as good as normal) and agreed to continue the therapy with them for the next weeks after we discovered a few issues with my neck disc’s wich are affecting my shoulder! The team here is very friendly and professional therefore, I’m highly recommending them.

So glad to have finally found the solution to the many things i thought were wrong with me, my back and neck to begin with and the extreme tightness all over my body, Dr Moustafa & Mai have really helped me so far, my sleep, digestion and energy levels are already better after just 3-4 sessions and i’m so exciting to see what comes next!

I have been suffering from backpain for so long before moving to Dubai. I thought it was just the usual muscle pain which comes back due to stress / taking long hours of work. Just imagine sitting in front of your computer for 12 to 16 hours a day.

However, this year I decided to take care of myself and went to a chiropractor. I didn't feel any anxiety as all the staff are welcoming (on a sidenote, they are able to remember me by my first name after 1st visit. No need for me to give my full details whenever I come).
Also, I would like to specifically thank Dr. Chris Moustafa Al Ali, he was able to fully explain what went wrong with my spine and how to fix it. Truth be told, it not just a normal muscle pain that comes and goes. It was the best decision that I came to Novomed. My only regret is not going there earlier. After two sessions, I was able to feel so much better. I would also like to thank Ms. Mai for her patience. She knows that I am doing extra which causes muscle pain and continuously advises me to rest. Thank you for checking up on those areas which I usually neglect. Apart from the wonderful team, facilities are really superb. It is clean and best for those who are very hygienic conscious like me. Everyone are very professional. I highly recommend the clinic and especially Dr. Chris and Mai. I am always looking forward for my next session.

It was amazing to find Dr. Mutafa (Chris) again in Novomed DHCC. To say that I'm very satisfied it's an understatement. Dr. Mustafa is one of the best Chiropractors that I have seen. I had severe migraine, neck and shoulder pains which were not reducing even with the regular medication. When I had my first  consultation with Dr. Mustafa Al Ali, Specialist Chiropractor and the physiotherapist Ms. May at the Novomed clinic DHCC, I was suffering from one of the most severe migraine attacks. Soon after the first session of Chiropractic and Physiotherapy, I felt big relief from
Migraine and 80% pain reduced. I'm Thankful to Dr. Mustafa and Ms. May for their excellent work. I would strongly recommend a consultation with Dr. Mustafa for any one suffering from chronic migraine like me. I'm still undergoing one month of Chiropractic and Physiotherapy sessions for the complete treatment of migraine, neck and lower back pain.

The hospital is awesome, I have back pain at lumber on point one and 5 and got good treatment in the hospital special thanks to Dr mohamed who really exert great effort and is experienced to justify the diagnosis and get cured.

The treatment is not traditional and all staff very helpful and result in fully recovered.

عانيت منذ شهر تقريباً من شعور بالحرقة عند التبوّل، قرّرت مراجعة د. شوكت اختصاصي المسالك البولية، في نوفومد، فطلب مني إجراء الفحوصات الضرورية، وتمكّن بفضل خبرته الطويلة ومهارته العالية من تشخيص إصابتي بالتهاب في المسالك البولية. بعد أن تابعت العلاج الذي وصفه لي لفترة 3 أسابيع، تمكّنت من التخلّص من الشعور بالحرقان والتبوّل من جديد بشكل أفضل.

*****5 stars to Dr Shawkat Al Khayal, managed my mother with a rare kidney problem from day one, spot on diagnosis, proper management and excellent ethics. Turned her from stage 4 kidney failure to normal kidney function due to narrowing of the ureters. Many thanks to Novomed and Dr Shawkat.

Really disappointed seems everything is commercial, i was advised to do P shot for my problem after he promised me its all what i need, and after it didn't work and spent lots of money i was told i need another session of P shot, then told me to try shockwave.spent lots of money for nothing

I left off from the parking lot before heading to my first appointment. The assistant was so rude and impatient during the phone call when I was asking about the direction to the building’s entrance.

Such attitude made me thinking how the behavior would be afterwards!

My first visit for check up urologist was Dr saying you need operation emiddetly, I checked in a other hospital and government hospital they told there is no need for operation. Alot of marketing but unprofessional at all.

Very good clinic and service, I visited Dr Shawket with my husband and we are very happy with his treatment.
