Louise Montel was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I followed her advice. Louise did a thorough examination of my feet and gave me great advices to solve the issue in an easy manner. She is very knowledgeable and has a super nice personality and she speaks my language (French)

I visited the hospital recently and was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the facility. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The doctor Jomana I consulted she’s very knowledgeable and provided information that was easy to understand. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care.

I highly recommend Dr. Patricia Oliveira, Dermatologist. She is very considerate, listened to our concerns, evaluated and gave directions. I really recommend a consultation with her.

Dr Rime Al Hassan, Gastrointerologist, is the best. The tests I needed to do for the right diagnosis had to be done in a certain way to be accurate. I did the same test at other clinics but they were not accurate. Dr Rime did a through examination and was able to diagnose the problem. Genilyn her nurse is super friendly and cooperative.

I am super impressed and happy with Nurse Jill, she is outstanding professional and know her job very well. They way she communicates and handles the treatments is just perfect

I have been suffering from my back bone for almost 5 to 7 years. I visited Dr Amer Mansour who asked for physiotherapy sessions then I was lucky to have my sessions with this elegend MR IMRAN KHAN. From the first session I felt the difference as I was new born again man you are illusionist. I don't know how to thank you enough hopefully my words will mean anything to you. Doctor Marcella - I don’t know where to begin. To start off I must say, she is kind and lovely.

From the beginning she listened to my case and explained everything to me ever so clearly. She didn't rush, like what other doctors make you feel. The moment I walked into the door to the minute I went out, I was well informed in every aspect of my condition. She took effort to talk to other doctors as I am pregnant and she needed to make sure. She even stood up and walked us outside to the counter. Amazing service, Novomed delivers patient to doctor to nurse to pharmacists a top of the class hospitable experience. I am never disappointed when I come here. Keep it up and please dont change. ️

Dr. Kris performed an ankle surgery to my husband 2 years ago and since then our visits/follow ups with Dr. Kris became like a visiting a good old friend.
I've been having painful lower lumbar spine for 21 years but never could trust any doctor and do a surgery, spinal fusion surgery.
I am a Week post surgery today (with 4 bolts and 2 rods in my lower back) and already I don't have the pain (lower back and the entire left leg) that I had a week ago FOR 21 years. I have a different pain, from the wound which will heal soon, but I know the difference (you just don't forget the 21 years pain).
I am up and around since day 3 after the surgery, only on panadol as painkillers, which means that the procedure went very well and very clean, all because of his skills, experience and knowledge. I must add his friendly approach, good sense of humour and the most importantly, the honest answers to my million questions and concerns. He went so above and beyond in his post operative care as well, he came on his off days to see me in the hospital, providing his personal mobile phone for an emergencies.
Anyone is having low quality life because of a back pain, I highly recommend Dr. Kris. My husband and I are very thankful for what he did for us, it was a life changing. Big thanks to Charisse and Hasnaa (nurse and the assistant of Dr. Kris) for the effort they made throughout the preparation of the surgery

Best eye doctor in Dubai!

My Ophthalmology appointment with Dr Sonia in Novomed Marina was very pleasant. She asked me about my vision problem (blurry vision and eye dryness) and did several tests to determine the exact cause of my problem. She was patient and attentive, and she answered all of my questions with great detail.
I recommend anyone having a vision problem to visit Dr Sonia. She will provide you with the help you need.

They have the best physio! I would highly recommend novomed. I have my physiotherapist Ahmad and he is the best all my back pain problems are gone

The best dental clinic I had visited in UAE, I had a very bad history with all dental clinics I visited before this clinic, till I met Dr. Suhail in this clinic to treat my 5 years old daughter who had phobia of any dental issue.
It was amazing for me to see my little daughter sitting very easy in front of a Dentist from the first moment till the end off root canal treatment and fixing the crown, all steps done very easy with peace and love.

Totally unprofessional in handling patient care across doctors, customer care and insurance derailments. From wrong prescription endangering health, to useless insurance pre approval handling. Extremely business oriented at the detriment of patient’s health.

Doctor Mr. Omar advised Physio for my spine pain and I met Mr. Ahmad Alnazer. He's is very friendly, understood my exact pain and treated me accordingly. Now I feel much better - able to bend, walk, stand and sit for a longer time than earlier. Thank you so much Mr. Ahmad for all your care and affection. Take care

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Samir Rahmani in the bariatric department. It was a horrendous experience. He’s rude and unkind with zero compassion. He looked at me with disgust and spoke to me with contempt. It was almost like he was angry that I’m overweight. YOU’RE A BARIATRIC DOCTOR! How can you hate fat people? I left feeling defeated and hopeless. He is the worst doctor - and human being - I’ve ever met.

I really don’t write reviews often but I feel so strongly about the mistreatment I experienced with Dr. Samir Rahmani that I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.

This review is NOT about Novomed as a clinic but about Orthopedics Consultant Dr Kris who is a highly UNETHICAL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL who takes out his anger, frustration and whatever issues he’s having on his patients.
In my ten years living in Dubai and having dealt with hundreds of doctors here I have never experienced this kind of behavior from a “ health practitioner “
His arrogant and condescending demeanor and literal words that I was wasting his time cause of my questions as a patient that is suffering from back issues for the first time, has me still in shock, I can’t believe this individual treated me in such a terrible way IN FRONT OF MY 5 YEAR OLD CHILD which he didn’t even acknowledge in my entire time there either
(saying hello to a kid is basic manners which you lack Dr Kris)
He shouldn’t be practicing medicine at all, SHAME on you Dr Kris, when a patient is telling you directly she’s feeling very uncomfortable with your rude tone and I felt like you were attacking me verbally, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding you just sat there and stared at me in silence with the most psychotic and defiant look.
This is the first time in my life I leave a doctors office in tears cause of being treated with the most utter disrespect.
This kind of behavior should not go unnoticed and NO doctor EVER has the right to talk to a patient this way.

I have came all the way from Abu Dhabi just to consult him with my daughter’s food allergy condition. He was amazing, tentative and really supportive he answered all my questions with respect and understanding even the silly ones. He gave me proper knowledge and explained in details all I need to know in order to keep my daughter’s safe and healthy.

First impressions of Novomed were amazing. The clinic is extremely clean and comforting. My first point of contact was with Noor rashid who took my details and signed me in for my appointment. She was very friendly and informative! Noor was kind and helped me with all my needs. I then was introduced to Shroud who is the assistant of Dr Melki. She talked me though everything and was super approachable and thorough. Shroud was fantastic! This made me feel at ease and comforted right away. I then proceeded to meet with Dr Melki who went through the full consultation and answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him as a surgeon. He has a wealth of experience and knows exactly what needs to be done to meet a patients needs.

Overall very pleased with my experience. I was in touch with Mawya, who was really very helpful and kind. She did a great job at arranging a virtual consultation with the doctor, and following up prior to and after my consultation. Great service on her behalf. I had a consultation today with the plastic surgeon Allan for a very simple procedure! And he showed me pictures of before and after surgery and I have seen a bump in one of the pictures of his previous clients and I pointed it out and I said I Dont want this to happen to me, Allan started to be so offensive and told me that I Dont need a plastic surgeon if I am going to FOCUS ON DETAILS “ keeping in mind that I am going through a plastic surgery procedure to look better and not distorted “he said I need a psychologist instead and adding on that he said I am welcome to leave the room, woo own what an attitude!

What kind of behavior is that! I am a patient after all and I need some respect!

Keep in mind that I was very respectful with him.

Think twice before visiting! I have given the same review to the receptionist working in the Jumairah branch.

I've been grinding on my teeth for more than a year, ever since Covid started, and had been getting the worst headaches and jaw pain. After getting vaccinated and feeling comfortable enough to visit the dentist again, i visited Dr. Elahe Goudarzi for the first time. She was so bubbly and kind from the moment i stepped into her office. She asked me about what was bothering me and listened intently. (which is very rare, based on my experience with other dentists and doctors in general). She suggested we do an X-ray and after thoroughly looking at the scans she advised me on removing my top 2 wisdom teeth. I was initially worried, I've been having so many meeting online nowadays with clients and a very busy schedule i was super worried about the aftermath of removing my wisdom teeth. The swelling, pain, bleeding, that might disrupt my daily routine not allowing me to work properly, go to the gym, etc. She clearly explained that NOTHING will be disrupted and that it wouldn't even require surgery! I was shocked as i have seem my husband and other friends go through a rough time and took them a week or two to go back to their routine. She reconfirmed that it will be a breeze. On the day of the procedure. Dr. Elahe put some relaxing music (she always has awesome playlists), and went on to do local anesthesia around the area, made sure i felt no pain, and after a few min i realised a tooth had been pulled out haha. It was honestly pain free and the nurse was so very sweet she kept making sure my face and clothes were clean. And the aftermath was shockingly simple. Although i had some pain the first and second night, but it was nothing that Ibuprofen 400 couldn't handle. I just avoided hard and very hot food for a few days and the rest was history. I went to my workout the next day, and was able to attend all my work meetings like nothing happened. Also, I have to say that my grinding is already soooo much better, and hopefully with the new custom night guard Dr. Elahe is ordering for me, i am sure it will keep improving. If you are having a similar experience don't hesitate honestly and just get it done. It is simpler than you think.
I am so thankful for Dr. Elahe for making this a breezy ride, I found a new dentist and i am not letting her go, we know how hard it is to find a good one in Dubai. Thanks Dr. Elahe again!

I did the Elipse balloon with Dr Samir Rahmani 4 months ago and I lost almost 12 kg with the help of his dietician Lea. I would like to thanks both of them especially Lea who was not always an extraordinary doctor but also an extraordinary human being who understands what a patient really needs. She was supporting me by sending me whatspp messages every 2 to 3 days to make sure that everything was fine she was not only waiting the appointment to answer all my questions. I was able to talk with her at any time. GOD bless you

I highly recommend not to visit this clinic. I had an appointment and i showed up before 10 minutes and made me wait 55 minutes not to mention the doctor the price was insane it was $485 to give the prescription for one pack pills and he sent me to pharmacy they deal with it and they sold it to me 85 AED.and i found it in other pharmacy 35AED. SO it's up to you guys if you wanna spend that amount of money.

Wow this place was amazing. Dr Sayyad was very good and sweet, she booked me within hours of when I called, all of the staff were very nice and the place is clean and beautiful. Very happy with my experience.

The clinic is brand new in marina plaza on high floors overlooking sheikh Zayed. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor looks professional as a first impression. I am waiting for the result of the tests in order to have better assessments. Usually it is not crowded.

The eye doctor there is a really nice syrian lady and highly skilled. My eye problems went away!

The staff is very welcoming but the follow up is not to my expectations I made a request to send my reports many times but it seems a Herculean task to the nurse.
They are interested for their monitory benefits only. Customer care is very poor.
I wouldn't recommend this clinic based on this experience.

I went to see Dr Kris for acute back pain which turned out to be a herniated disc. He was helpful, informative and conservative in his approach. Unfortunately, I eventually had to have a laminectomy. The Novamed Surgical Hospital was top notch. The staff were friendly and efficient and Dr Kris was great - let me know what was happening at all stages. I would highly recommend him and his team. My only gripe was that the Netflix did not work properly and I spent most of my time watching a buffering screen. For overnight patients I think this is important as there is nothing else to do and nowhere to go.

I do not recommend their gynecologist Dr. Sabina Matoo. I visited her few months ago. She did ultrasound and said she is suspecting cyst in my ovary and I should visit Aster clinic to see their radiologist, she also wanted me to do MlRI there. I was so shocked and scared I never had anything like this before.
. I went to another doctor, who checked me and said that it is not a cyst, bu
corpus luteum and it is normal condition. How doctor is not aware about it. I
do not know

Was absolutely disappointed with the GP/Paediatrician. On both visits (1 for my 6 month old baby and one for myself) she was not thorough at all and quite dismissive. I felt like I was not able to ask questions and that she was more focused on the patient before her and she was busy typing on her computer and interrupting me a few times, to talk to the nurse about a previous patient.
When I asked her if I had a problem with a body part, she just said “yes”. And no other information about how I could correct the problem, no referrals, no explanation of how the problem is present. I was shocked at her demeanor.
The nurse picked up on this and quietly came to me and offered some advice

I am really satisfied with this hospital, it is very clean, organized and most importantly the quality of doctors is incomparable. I really recommend Dr Abdel hadi ElJassem for anyone who needs an ENT consultation. He is an expert and helped my kids, who were struggling with bad allergies and chronic tonsils. We went to many ENT doctors in Dubai and things got worse till we had an appointment with Dr Abdel Hadi, who treated my kids and since then I don’t trust any other ENT doctor for my family.

Rude receptionists, first when I was trying to make appointment over the phone one lady called Meron kept shouting at me while having me on speaker, I asked her to put me off speaker and when I asked for her name she refused to share then asked for her manager it turned out to be her colleague who told me that’s her style of talking to people in a very defensive manner without even listening to what happened. I had to end the call and avoid more scolding. I reluctantly informed my doctor to make the appointment on my behalf. As soon as I arrived, another receptionist called Mayar met me with the news that he submitted insurance claim and it got rejected. He was wondering how I will make the payment (they submitted the claim 3 hours before my arrival!). I told him must be a mistake, of course they didn’t bother to cross check with insurance. After seeing the doctor who’s very sweet, kind and decent, I had to make several phone calls to insurance and put him through with them where he was talking loudly in front of patients giving my personal info over the phone and then he said I don’t know how to do this! He mentioned their insurance department is not located in same premises. I had to coordinate and push their agent to call insurance but in vain. At the end I requested insurance to give them a call for the approval while getting lots of attitude from receptionist. They shared a ring number as advised by insurance:). Eventually I had to get the approval reference and share with him myself as he was just too grumpy and careless to do anything. Great experience with both the physical therapist and the doctors there. Also the clinics itself was very high level, better than most 5 star hotels! Overall highly recommended
