A group of 4 of us went into the Physco room on a Wednesday morning. Ibrahim and Mark were our instructors and were really great! It was a great experience and we made it out of the room just in time.

Bernadine gave us extra time. She was very cute. Next time, make sure you have Bernadine as your guide

The Psycho room was very challenging especially for a first timer like me. The game master Mark was great and guided us throughout. Fortunately we finished before 1 hour.

Very fun escape room we did Houdini. Mark was very helpful and patient and assisted us when we asked, will come again and recommend to anyone.

This was one of the best escape rooms we have been to! Our server was Mark was very helpful, letting us have extra clues and helping us when we were stuck!

So fun! Zipporah was fantastic and clear. She made the experience even better despite the fact we were not very good haha!

We played three games in City walk and one in JLT. All the rooms are prepared very well. It is very adventurous and little bit scary, too. We always enjoy.

It was my first time trying this game. Mark explained very well all the rules. It was super fun.

The game was really interesting. I really enjoyed it. Mark was a really helpful and nice person, I totally recommend Houdini. If u love mystery it’s the game for you.

We chose house of Bella. We screamed our lungs out. It was AMAZING. The actress was really good.

Fantastic place! Highly recommended. Right amount of brain teasing, adrenaline and stress. Tried one and definitely coming back for more.

We went to the place the first time and they kicked us with a bad manner since we were late 15 min because the location is confusing so we decided to give the place a chance again and we went to the game IT we arrived at time since they told us don’t be late again we arrived 4: 40 and they told us wait in the lobby we waited till 5: 55 for them to tell us the game is canceled because there was an issue they should have told us before we came here and made sure everything was working properly before we came here

I will not try it again nor recommend it The experience is very bad and unpleasant, the treatment of the staff and the branch manager is uncooperative. We have a capacity of people. We will be allowed to delay ten minutes before the game begins. There are no written or audible instructions inside the room. You must use the phone to ask what to do and help from outside. All attempts are wrong and the lock does not work. We did not complete one room and the time is over

DONT EVEN CONSIDER! They gave us a walkie talkie to communicate if we need any help. And we wasted half of our time trying to solve the very first clue. Then we had to ask for a hint, and SHAMELESSLY, they said its on the walkie talkie! Unacceptable, you should have mentioned its part of the game. We put it aside the whole time. 600 dirhams to waste.

I have been in many escape rooms, and this is undoubtedly the worst one I have ever tried. The main problem is the complete lack of a logical thread across the challenges: we found ourselves solving puzzles that are disconnected to each others, others seem to have no relevance whatsoever with anything else, the doors between rooms opened before you have solved all the previous room's questions and then the operator asked us to get back to the previous room (so why did you open the door then?).

Worst thing however, was the fact that the escape room was NO apt for kids, in spite of the fact that we explicitly asked and No Way Out confirmed that it was.

All in all, a very expensive and disappointing experience. After 30m there all we wanted to do was to really escape and never come back.

It was my first time doing this, and it is an AMAZING experience! Thanks to our game masters: Chichi and Tuala for helping us throughout the game. A must try activity with your friends and fam! Kudos to the team

Very good escape games, loved playing with my friends. The only downside is that it is a bit expensive

Expensive but entertaining and challenging. Suggestions- give discounts for groups. Rethink charging same rates for children and adults alike. Plus maybe good idea to consider having more challenging rooms with longer play times at competitive rates.

It was our first time trying nowayout after hearing so much about it. So I thought that it would be a good place to have my daughters birthday with 7 of her freinds.

Worst experience ever!

Besides having booked the Phsyco experience and paid in advance more than a 1000 dirhams, we were greeted by someone who barely spoke English. Not even saying happy birthday, nor even a smile!

She the barely spoke did not explain at all the story and took us all in the room within 2min and left us inside with very little idea of anything! Seeing all this, I could not take it anymore and had to leave in the middle of the game and look for someone else. Took another 5 min to find someone as the reception was empty and no one around to be seen.

When the experienced staff came, the realised what was going on but.in opinion it was too late.they also were arguing with me.saying it is normal.this is fine.it is ok.

Shame on you Nowayout. I really wanted to have this as a memorable experience for my daughter birthday. Unfortunately it seems that companies like yours once they have too many customers it comes at the expense of the customer.

Booked and paid online at 11 am, cancelled at 1: 45 pm and tried 4 times to make them refund me or send me an email with my credit at 2 pm but they are refusing and make my life difficult. Highly not recommended, this is not how things go in Dubai and you should avoid the whole company, there dozen other escape rooms that refund you when you cancel before your time comes. Choose wisely, they are trying to be smart and make people pay online then if they don’t come they just take there money.

It was a very fun experience, in the reception there was a very friendly man named ibrahim he helped us pick a good escape game.

Played house of Bella yesterday, they are the best escape room so far in Dubai. Good customer service and the room is designed beautifuly. I would go back and play the other games with them ️

I came randomly to No Way Out City Walk and had an absolute blast. Clair was a sweetheart and was very patient although we we're very challenging clients to handle. I encourage everyone to try the Houdini Room and say hi to beautiful Clair!

We played the Houdini room. It was a very nicely themed room. The story blends well with the puzzles. Ibrahim who was our game master, did a great job at hyping us up for the room. Thank you for the nice experience!

Its our second time in No Way Out Escape Room but still the excitement is there. Really highly recommended for couple or group. Your teamwork will be challenged so really need your brain storming on the game. We enjoyed it, even though we have not finished it due to limited time. We will try it again and will not get tired of playing it as there are exciting challenges on everygame. You'll get addicted like us. So, why not give it a try.

We played bella at nowayout citywalk. The game was funny, scary and exciting. We really enjoy the game. The staff was very friendly and professional. We hope to come back soon for more games.we really like citywalk nowayout.

It’s amazing real game which giving incredible sensations and I would like to advice for everyone to join and try it. I have completed 2 games Psycho and Houdini. Both different scenarios and different puzzle.

Awesome new games! We did all their games in JLT and the Castle game in No Way Out, CityWalk exceeded our expectations. Fun puzzles that can be solved by both adults and kids and out of this world design that made us believe that we are not in Dubai anymore. Will definitely come back and try the other games!

Houdini was challenging and exciting escape room, and apparently the hardest one. The staff were super friendly and helpful at tough times, especially Paris, who made our evening! We made it out!

42 minutes in the Castle!

It's better than School of Magic and the best escape game for kids in Dubai. The swords are real but not sharp, so be careful!

We tried the Psycho Room and our gamemaster Babatunde was a joy to deal with! Show this branch some love and try all four of their escape rooms! Great staff and experience!

Their new rooms at City Walk are awesome! Me and my gf went for the psycho room and everything from the interior to the puzzles kept us on our toes! Can't wait to try the Houdini room!

If you are looking for something fun and challenging at the same time, this is the place to go. We played the game called “House of Bella”. It was an amazing experience as you will be challenged to think while trying hard not to scream! I don’t get scared easily but this one is on another level. This isn’t just a game! It’s real.

Great experience! The staff were so friendly and accommodating especially Shane, the guy who received us. I’m torn between fear and wanting to find my way out. The game really requires great use of logic. Overall, it was exciting. We had fun!
