This is our second visit for our second youngest daughter as we had best experience with our first daughter we decided to arrange with the same shop. Thank you for everything and best customer service ladies and thank you for the crown and veil as gift. It was big surprise for us on collection date. We will definitely suggest and send our relatives and friends to your shop.

و طبعاً فستان عرسي كان من عندهم و الحمد اللة وفقت بالاختيار و يسلمونج الفستان قبلها بوقت و يعدلون لج على الفستان بعد لو تبين

I recently visited Nurj Bridal in hopes of finding my dream wedding dress, but my experience there was beyond disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff's demeanor was incredibly depressing, and their lack of helpfulness was evident.

To begin with, it was shocking to be informed right away that I could only try on five dresses. As a customer, I expected the staff to be accommodating and understanding of my desire to explore various options. However, they seemed more interested in rushing me out of the store than providing a pleasant shopping experience.

What added to my frustration was the staff's attitude when I expressed my desire to continue searching for my perfect dress. They made it clear that I was only allowed three visits, and after that, I would be barred from entering for an entire week. Such a policy is utterly ridiculous and disrespectful to customers who are genuinely invested in finding the right dress.

It's evident that Nurj Bridal prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They lure you in with the promise of trying on five dresses, only to restrict you and limit your options. This approach not only feels deceptive but also hinders the overall shopping experience.

Considering the lack of variety, the unhelpful staff, and the strict limitations imposed on customers, I strongly advise anyone looking for their dream wedding dress to avoid Nurj Bridal. There are plenty of other bridal stores in the area that genuinely care about their customers and provide a much more enjoyable shopping experience.

Several staff members aren't very attentive to the customer's requirements. They have limited time to chat, and if you're not convinced with what's offered, they will start making room for the next client. I felt pessimistic when I left the store. I will not recommend it.

I recently visiting this shop Nurj. Bridal couture to find my dream wedding dress when i entered in there shop im shocking because of the huge collection of theire dresses and i am so happy for there customer service they assist me very well i am satisfied for what i experience to them this is my first time to try the dress and they gave the best experience what i want and i say yes to the dress? The staff is so welcoming, especially Vivian; from the day I saw her and how helpful she was, I decided not to go search anywhere else!
She’s so positive, knows exactly what would fit your body, what would look good, she knows where every single product is located in the store… and trust me, it’s a big store with a loooooot of choices and all the styles….
The way they follow up with you and deliver on time is just wonderful… they took away all my stress and made me feel so relaxed and happy and they delivered with alterations even before the date we set!

I saw an Instagram ad pop up for Nurj and saw a few pretty dresses. I sent a WhatsApp message and found the prices to be very reasonable. I was in the local area at the time so asked if I could stop by. Vivian and the other lady (sorry I’m not sure her name!) were so sweet and welcoming. Within 30 minutes I had THE dress and at a super price! Thank you so much ladies. Highly recommend Nurj ️

Very bad vibe and their energy is so depressing. Attitude was bad with us and even though we wanted to buy a dress we ended up just leaving because of how rude they were with us.

كنت ابحث عن فستان زفاف فريد من نوعه حتى وجدت هذا المتجر، لم اتوقع كل هذه الموديلات و التشكيلات، لقد وجدت ما ابحث عنه بالضبط بالاضافة الى السعر المثالي و جودة القماش ممتازة ، وتعامل جدا راقي ورائع.
