SCAMMER ALERT. Job applicants who are on canceled visa are soft target of this company. Their job ads are posted by Tagalog speaking individual who promises the ladies on canceled visa to work on paid trials and then they abruptly stop the job applicant from the trials without paying anything to them. The cleaners/maids/housekeepers are mostly not very educated and well-versed with the labor laws. They believe the words of their compatriot (kabayan) in good faith and start working the trial without any official documentation. Later when they chase the person who hired them and assigned to a client (a family), they first say that their salaries are paid in first week of the month. After first week, they say that accounts team is working on it. Then they stop reading your messages and start ducking your calls. A girl who did not have much days left on her canceled visa was offered a job with a European family and when she fell sick during the trial, they told her to stop working and then they completely ignored her calls/messages without paying 5 day wages of the so-called "paid trial". Initially, they transferred AED 100 to win her trust and then left the remaining 500 unpaid. Why these people are holding the money of the laborer which does not even belong to them? At least pay the wages of the worker if you cannot offer them an employment visa before assigning them a client. Unethical business practice.
