Food is great but it doesn’t make sense to put one staff. The lady is always alone on Saturday and Sunday before midday so it takes way too long

Great but needs more staff as the wait is incredibly long. Get 2 additional staff and this will be solved.

Please remove dairy ice cream from sorbet section on your menu. It is misleading for lactose intolerant people. Your “chocolate coconut” has cream as the main ingredient. Sorbet doesn’t contain any dairy products.

Açai still good, best concept of unlimited topping options. But I am sad that they removed the deiscounts (EK Platinum and Entertainer).

The staff so very friendly also the girl night shift very accommodating her name is rubilyn she so lovely. And the food so very nice.

Worst açaí we ever tried. We are not sure it’s even a real açaí, it looks like it, but doesn’t taste like it at all. And very very sweet.

HORRIBLE and WORST most DISRESPECTFUL service I’ve ever had in Dubai! When we asked to speak to a manager the guy refused and started SCREAMING at us and talking to us with the worst attitude! We had to call the police to intervene because he was “refusing” to speak to us. I am beyond disappointed

The place is in a nice convenient location at the beach, but the taste of acai is unfortunately lacking. Bowl tasted of ice!

HORRIBLE service all around. Staff refuses to serve you if they've decided to "stop operating the machine for the day". Branch also doesn't know how to handle online deliveries-
I used to visit this branch of Oakberry multiple times a week until I started noticing cracks in their customer service. I visited this branch once on a regular evening and tried ordering Açaí at around 9PM (3 whole hours before their posted closing time here on maps), but was denied service because the staff member there had "turned off the Açaí machine for the night" and was not willing to turn it back on. I thought she was joking. After walking down the beach and returning back to the same spot almost an hour later, the store was still open with the employee casually lounging inside! I wonder if the management knew she had been turning away customers for a full hour.
Their delivery service is just as bad. I figured perhaps I could bypass the unpleasant in-person encounter by just ordering online. However, last Wednesday I got an abrupt cancellation of my order with no explanation whatsoever. Cancelling an order without having the courtesy to inform your customers is unprofessional and defeats the purpose of being on ordering websites like Talabat. If the staffers here do not know how to handle orders, or just simply weren't in the mood to take orders that day, then they shouldn't even be on Talabat.
Appaling service all around, which is such a shame considering how good the Açaí is. Whoever's in charge needs to TRAIN their employees in customer service big time, because whatever's going on now is such a joke.

The worst customer service ever, the staff have no idea what they are doing! I keep ordering in Deliveroo and they never accept. I called them asking them why and the woman tells me “ I don’t know, the system is down and I can’t accept the order” Did you think to call Deliveroo and inform them your system is down? Does the management know? Who runs a business like this?
