Me and my friend both we did botox with dr Feras, and I can’t recommend him enough! I’ve done botox in sooo many clinics and tried different doctors but dr Feras is absolutely the best! Is my second treatment with him! My wrinkles disappeared miraculously, pain free and beautiful results!
We both super happy!

Very bad experience, not once 3 times
Bad filler work at high prices that i had to dissolve
Now also botox done bad and my upper face is ruined, cannot even reverse it
Not worth the money

I have visited once before for the Clear and Brilliant facial and Obagi is not exactly a cheap clinic so you have certain expectations of the comfort of your experience. I was not exactly impressed when they put the numbing cream and hair net on out in the waiting room without even speaking to the doctor first. Also couldn't go to the bathroom after they put the cream on as its out in the mall so didn't help that I needed to go to the bathroom during the treatment. Anyway the treatment went well and was happy with the result.

I then booked to go back for Morpheus 8 and was hoping that the previous trip was a one off but the same again. Told there was no room available, put on the numbing cream in the waiting room without speaking to the doctor first and then brought in for the treatment. This time was extremely frustrating though as I am having a breakout on my face and at no point from booking to coming in and being prepped did a single person think to mention that if you are having a breakout, you will not be able to do this treatment. So I wasted an afternoon and had a numb face for the day and will now have to go back and do it all over again.

They do offer Morpheus 8 for one of the most reasonable prices I have seen so far but I would just suggest to avoid wasting the customer or the doctors time that you take some very quick pre-emptive steps to avoid scenarios like this occurring.

Finally had deep cleansing after more than 2years. Feels great after skin cleansed and rejuvenated. Thanks to the care of JOY who handled the treatment so well and introduced other services that suits me.

I came through a referral. And I have to say that Obagi is the most professional clinic I dealt with. The amount of places I’ve called and they said they’d call me back they never did. Obagi was literally the only place that called me and assisted all of my concerns. My experience with Dr. Feras was very detailed and I was so comfortable during my consultation that I proceeded with my treatment. Super happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Today I had the most comfortable laser session with Angie. She was very informative, gave me all informations about hair types, and why one area may take longer then the rest of the body depending on the hair type. She would switch the heat of the laser higher and low depending on the hair type. I was a bit skeptical going in today, as I always have a horrible experience with laser, but she made it so easy, I was actually enjoying watching netflix while she was lasering away. When an area would get more heat, she would inform me that his area may hurt a bit as it had a higher frequency of heat. To be honest this has been my best experience with laser ever, and I would definitely recommend that you go and see Angie to get your hair problems fixed.

Very clean and accessible, with a super-friendly team. Dr. Ali Halawi guided me through all the steps for my procedure and followed up personally on the results.

Giving out my 5 stars for the very satisfactory experience with Obagi Clinic. Aside from the neat and good facility, the clinic staff are also accommodating, specially Deena she is so helpful she is the one who introduced me this magical place. My skin was extremely rough and dry I’ve completed 5 sessions of my treatment and it turned out amazing. Jade she have such a magical golden hands. Friendly staff and happy with my laser results. On my third session and have seen a nice improvement with the hair growth.

Bad customer service, they canceled appointment a lot and they telling you will call you back but they never do.

Make sure not to go when they have offers.
In my experience and when I did some procedures during promotional offers they used for me the worst products resulting in spoiling and damaging my skin (like hard lumps in the lips).

Your doctor did not give me choice to choose and when I refused to be injected with a product that I don’t believe in and have never heard about, she did not agree with me and started convince me that I will get the best results.
And after I complained about the result I was surprised when she told me you needed Radiesse for hands that I initially came and asked her to do it for me and she refused. After the procedure she did for me my hands look much worse now (I have the before and after pix)

Been struggling to find a good Botox doctor for the past few years until Dr. Ali, he’s very personable and actually listens to what you want. I prefer a more natural look and this is exactly what I got. I am so pleased with my results, the struggle is finally over!

I came here yesterday and I was really shocked. The receptionist didn't wear a mask and kept on coughing; spreading germs around. I would of thought she would at least cover her mouth when coughing. No wonder why the Covid cases are increasing, because you have people like this does not follow the Covid health guidelines.

Don’t come here if you value your time, I came here on the 3rd of December 2021, I had the laser appointment at 2: 30 for my laser hair removal in the private areas, keep in mind I am a male and I stated that when I scheduled the appointment a day before and they even gave me a different price because for the male private area it’s actually more expensive so they knew I was a Male. I came for my appointment 15 minutes earlier and I sat in the waiting area and then they took me to the room and over there they told me because we don’t have any male therapist or male doctors we cannot do the treatment.the infuriating thing is no one called me, no one stated that I cannot do the treatment, I came all the way from Sharjah to Dubai during the holiday and I had to look for a parking spot in Dubai mall which already took me at least 20 minutes just to be told that I cannot do the treatment. Is that because I’m a local and I was wearing the traditional attire? Is that because I sounded English on the phone they thought it was fine and a female therapist can take care of me and they were surprised when I got there please explain why no one had the audacity to call me and tell me I cannot do the treatment?

My husband and I recently went to obagi medispa for the first time to do the Morpheus8 treatment. I was skeptical at first but so so happy I came to this location. Everyone from the anesthesiologist to Dr Ali were professional, kind and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the entire process providing much appreciated information. I cannot wait to go back!

First I’d like to thank Deena for always being so helpful to assure I have a great experience. I’ve had laser hair removal and facials at Obagi and the overall experience is amazing. Jade walks you through everything when having your facial and Andrea is a perfectionist. I love it! Thank you Obagi!

The Technical service can be good, but the reception service is far from being professional.it is just nice commercial.not accurate and miss a lot of training to give the right information.my today’s experience was very bad. 3 mistakes done in one day appointment!? How come? !
And the person who already took the appointment two weeks ago gave misleading information.though you pay a good amount of money, but the service below average.

I went to Obagi Spa for a PRP hair treatment and because of an offer I bought 3 prepaid sessions. After my second session I asked Dr. Natalie for advice on non-surgical weightloss suggestions and she prescribed me a medicine called “Saxenda” without warning me of serious side effects and assured me that it is a safe medicine. I later realised that she made this prescription on the side, and did not put it on record in my file.
A week later I was rushed to the hospital because of a severe hypoglycaemic attack and muscle convulsions which could have lead to brain damage if not treated by hospital. I contacted the clinic after what happened and they simply said ‘oh thank you for letting us know and sorry you experienced that’ without taking further action. Worried that they would prescribe it to anyone else, I filed a complaint to DHA.
When Obagi Medi Spa found out about my DHA complaint, they ‘requested’ that I revoke the complaint so that I could be refunded for my third session that I did not get to and the prescribed weight-loss medication (Saxenda, 1700dhs).
Once Obagi Medi Spa found out that my DHA complaint could not be revoked, they claimed that I had done all my sessions (including the third session), saying that my third session was already done in the second!

My experience with this clinic for this matter has been terrible. They are unethical, manipulative and treat customers very badly, in addition to them changing their words and trying to make me seem like a liar.

I plan to pursue my complaint with the DHA and consumer rights and other formal entities in the UAE to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else, and I am sure the DHA will take the right course of action and that I will be compensated after my consumer rights complaint.

I highly recommend dr Ali, you won’t be disappointed.
Each time I visited Obagi I was happy with effects.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review but I’m so grateful for the amazing results I have to share. I went to see Dr Domloj in a last minute appointment. Never had fillers before, only Botox. I’m 41 and underweight and I’ve lost a lot of volume in my face and lips. Dr Domloj immediately put me at ease as I was worried about it looking obvious I’d had fillers. I am so over the moon with the results, she has made me look 10 years younger and it all looks completely natural, I am over the moon with the result. Dr Domloj knows exactly what each patient requires, administers it with care and precision and she’s a thoroughly lovely person too. I will never go anywhere else, I’m so happy!

I have to say I really love Obagi, it’s my number 1 choice for all skin problems and esthetic medicine.

Clinic is nicely located (Dubai Mall), it has a premium feeling, even though their prices are all right (watch their insta for all the promotions).

The staff is very friendly and understanding. Big shoutout to dr Ali - he completely healed my skin, I always thought I have dry skin and I couldn’t control my eczema. He is the first person who diagnosed it properly and helped me to take control of it. Doctors back home should go back to the university compared to him!

I have seen Doctor Ali at Obagi twice now and i can’t recommend him enough! Actually everyone I met there was lovely, I felt like I was important and they really cared. Doctor Ali is super talented, he listens carefully and really takes his time with everything, I’m very happy with the results. Also the wait time was almost nothing and I get to revisit for a check up for free! The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

I had plenty of facials in the past 2 years but by far I had my best facial experience with jade. She ensures to walk her patients through what to expect through the session and after. Her passion is clearly obvious and the products she uses are top of the line.

It is a pity that a visiting doctor/s ruin the customer experience and the brand for such an establishment with long positive history. My experience is with Dr. George Z.who has no respect for his patients or their time. On more than one occasion, we were made to wait for a prolonged period of time just to see other patients let in ahead of our appointment. And what makes it worse is that he does not have the courtesy to apologize for making his patient wait for more than hour as if it is expected to wait or as of it is a privilege to be served by him. As the saying goes, you hire for skills and fire for attitude. In this particular profession, it is all about the attitude, word of mouth and respect. There are plenty of similar physicians in the market rendering similar or better service. So, I recommend keeping the head down and close to earth, perhaps respect will be rendered in return.

Based on a friend’s recommendation, I booked a hydrafacial with Jade. The facial was great, I felt Jade was very thorough and she knows her stuff. I also need to mention that she is lovely, unpretentious and I felt very comfortable with her.
However, at the end I had an issue with the bill. I had the price confirmed to me on Instagram prior to the facial, however they were charging me for almost double the amount. The explanation was very confusing about price increment and different categories of hydrafacials. I booked hydrafacial period without anything extra. Anyways, they were able to honor the original price confirmed to me without too much fuss. If you are thinking of booking, make sure you confirm the details 150%, so you don’t end your treatment with an unpleasant surprise.

I think the customer service at this branch is poor, and you have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to even be seen.

I am just amazed about the disrespect the spa had towards me. Some time ago I went for fillers and in the middle of the session the dr mentioned " I'll apply a bit more on you, I believe you need it ". And never told me the bit more would cost me double the price. On my way out they charged me for the price of one filler session since that was what I went for. After that they called me and said that the dr had applied it twice and it was double the price and I should go back there and pay. Of course I refused since they can not charge me for something they never told me it would cost more, I was never given the chance to decide if I was willing to pay for that bit more since I was unaware of it. Besides that, it was a horrible job, the dr made a huge mistake and put too much fillers in my eyes. They looked super puffy and even one of their helpers when she saw me she said it was too much and they had to fix it. I came back there several times to try to fix it and it was only getting worse and bruised. At the end I just gave up and decided to never go back there again. I wasnt going to put a review but then TODAY, after several months they called me again to charge me for that amount of money again. What a disrespect! After the horrendous job done on my face they should be apologising and giving me my money back.not calling me AGAIN and asking me for something I don't ow them. I will never go back to that spa again.never!

Very unorganized place your waiting average time is more than one hour. That is even if you have appoitment. They have quality doctors

The Doctors are amazing but unfortunately the admin lacks the management of their clients appointments. They should respect their clients time.
I had to wait for an hour after my appointment to get to see my doctor. Why take appointments if your going to make your clients wait.

Best derma clinic, I've been coming here for 4+years especially for dr Mohsin. He's the best for all sorts of cosmetic and non cosmetic issues. Also Aya at the reception is my favouritealways a joy to come here for facials and other cosmetic procedures

Receptionists at Dubai Mall are rude and snobbish. They cant greet when you arrive and always book appointments really poorly -Today I had a laser treatment booked for 11h30 and only had it after 12 even though I arrived early. The last time I had an appointment I was a few minutes late but after waiting 20 minutes I simply went to the receptionist to ask when Michelle the therapist would finish.she called Michelle in front of me and told her to hurry up as I was 'nagging' which was not true. For the price of the expensive treatments the customer should be treated exceptionally, not only if you are Arabic. The Therapists are very nice on the other hand but I wont be visiting this branch ever again due to the bad approach of your reception staff

I had a horrible experience at this clinic, the doctor was over confident while talking but not professional at all, she performed derma-pin without applying a proper anesthetic cream, althoughI told her that am in pain she ignored me an continued her 3 minuets treatment
