I usually love dining in this place whenever i travel. Fancy the lovely filipino staff who are extremely accommodating. However lately and today your ruthless black lady African staff (couldn't) get her name makes this worst place she made me feel unwelcome and not only that she doesn't know how to make a proper order of sandwich as if ur speaking to an alien for last time she totally screwed my order and didn't even apologized.to the management pls look into it dining time 3-4AM reel time.

AVOID this place! Completely got cheated and ripped off on the exchange rate when paying in Euros, and the staff didn’t seem to care when we pointed out how unfair and ridiculous their rate was. Food wasn’t worth it at all. Wish we’d never stopped at this shop. I checked with several other shops later and they were all using 3.7 whilst these guys charged us at 3.2

Your staff in DXB terminal 1 are so rude. They are from Philippines paman din. I was with my colleague a minute ago around 4pm today and we are also airport staff but they are so unprofessional to us. We went there to do our business work so that if we feel hungry then it’s easy for us to take order. But suddenly a staff approached us and told us that it’s not allowed to stay there without taking order. And we just arrived there for about 3 minutes so we were shock. Instead of planning of ordering then we change our mind. FYI. We are always eating there with my colleagues as we love your staff meal but because of what you did today, we will never eat there anymore. I will understand if you have so much customers and if the tables are full but it was so empty. To the management, I hope you can investigate this issue and teach your staff.

The person taking the order kept insisting that i order the chicken ciabatta so I did and it’s horrible - dry with hardly any chicken in it. So disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone

Got ripped off with the exchange rate. Somehow they have a 3.2 exchange rate with the euro while the market rate is 3.95. And the currency exchange around the corner does 3.7. Never going back here again.

I had a berry blast drink at O Briens at Dubai international airport the taste was good. Raw and original no added preservatives or colours. But no doubt it was very expensive. 2 water bottles and 1 berry blast cost me whooping 22euros.

I lost my appetite to one cashier the other day when i bought coffee at around 9pm last april 23,2023, CB14 Terminal 3. One Filipina lady has bad attitude towards customer if the customer is not look rich or not in an elegant attire her attitude is different.she would not attend. She did this to me the other day.i was infront of her and she called someone behind me.like i was invisible and my appearance cannot afford to buy something in this shop. This lady should be brief and teach her how to equally attend all the customers. Maybe she needs more training on how to deal im a good manner.
Food is great.only that lady attitude is bad.

I ordered Smoke Salmon Sandwich which was made in rush with someone who was in hurry, at first bite I complain it was full of salt. I was not able to eat at all.what made me sad was the lady who made the sandwich and another person with her were simply giving me smile on complain of sandwich with salt lake.

We took coffee 2 times, a large amount, not so expensive, tasty. I can't say anything about the food.

One lady staff philipini she don’t know how to make sandwich and over arguing with the guest. Not toasting the bread. And saying I m always in hurry where as I have not visited the place for a month. She is not professional at all. Annoying behaviour. Teach them etiquette please.

I was very disappointed of my wrap sandwich tonight as its hallow I can even count the vegetable they put, I use to order and always have this wrap sandwich as its filled up of vegetable but not tonight

This was by far the worst customer service and service recovery I have ever experienced. You should be ashamed. BTW, a trained Barista would move this review from worst to bad
