Really this guy Param at Bur dubai branch is so amazing he made our cake exactly the same and the best part is thag they delivered on time at my yatch location. He recommended us a good flavor ferrero rocher which was really amazing. As a manager he justified his role.

Worst service, I went today to avail their smile BOGO on pastries and encountered a very rude staff named Mohan. The shop is on main road and I struggled to get parking nearby, therefore I requested the staff to get me the pastries and I’ll eat inside my car. But he told and I quote “if you will eat in shop then only I can let you buy else you can go”. Though I have availed the same offer before in different occasion stores before while driving through, hence I requested again. But he denied and said you can complaint if you want but I can’t allow to buy. Highly illogical, Felt disrespected, worst customer service behavior by staffs! Will never come back and would not recommend anyone.

Unprofessional Cake shop with Unprofessional staff. I ordered cake and when I got the cake without proper packing/box. They given me the cake in open box.

Rasmalai cake was undoubtedly delicious. The cake was very fresh & the taste was exactly rasmalai. The rasmalai pieces were crushed &layered inside as wel on the top & also decorated with dried rose petals & silver sugar balls.the taste was intense rich and creamy.
I often order cakes from occasions bakery for my every occasions as i love there indian fusion flavours.i have been a regular customer.delivery was on time too.yet another delightful "Choco-Vanilla" flavour Customised Cake

The presentation of cake and flavour was so good that anyone can fall in love.choco vanilla is a simple flavour but this was full of cream, moist n the freshness of the cake was up to the mark. Beautifully decorated & incredible taste.

Recently bought a Rainbow Cake from Occasions cake Mankhool Branch. It was a Rainbow cake. What a cake Man. Super Soft and very very delicious.it was just melting in mouth. Icing was so perfect.packing was also very nice.definitely a big thumbs up. Will order soon again.

Last week we received call from occasions to place order for Staff food parcel.   Rakesh (+971 50 564 9054 from occasions Dubai silicon) called order 12 tiffins for testing free of cost at al nada staff residence.

We charged 50 aed delivery charges and delivery was done by Lunch box.

Rakesh has confirmed the delivery and again placed order for 10 days food parcel saying Management will give corporate orders for all 10 Branches. He also confirmed that owner himself has checked our food at al nada staff residence.   Up till here we thought something else is fishy about Rakesh and order.

Why we are asked to give only 12 tiffins for 10 days when this month is ending on 30th.

Why we are asked to wait for corporate order from occasions as there is no written confirmation from Occasion bakery group.

Please check with your staff.

Reconfirm it officially. We find it fishy.spam.

His WhatsApp number we are attaching. He showed staff ID Said he is H. R. Management of Occasions.

Please reconfirm. Or we need to take legal advice.

I had ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday from them. Since it was a customised cake Mr. Prince helped me to make it the perfect one. When I received it I was super happy. The cake was just awesome and everyone loved it. It was delivered Right on time.can’t ask for anything more on someone’s special day. A very big Thank you to the whole team.and keep up the good work

Last time I took a perfumed rose. I was told rose will not loose its smell fr 2 weeks.

There was no smell at all.

I had ordered a cake using their Whatsapp Business Chat. Upon confirmation, i still visited the store to make sure the cake is confirmed and agreed upon to be collected on Friday 9AM as we had the celebrations happening at 9: 30. However, upon reaching the place, they were shut untill 10am which was completely not acceptable. They could have informed earlier and not accepted the order. Further at 10am when they opened, the lady at counter informed that no such cake has been made or ordered. After all the confusion and arguing for 30 mins, the chef enters and says yes the cake is made and kept in the fridge.

Honestly, i would never trust occasions again for an important event specially after their unprofessional behavior and pathetic communication skills.

They do not pick up calls at all. Delivery of cake was also not on time which ruined the surprise. Please do not contact this branch. (Bur Dubai).
This branch is really very unprofessional especially when u have an important ocassion.
