Ordered jungle theme cake for my twins birthday. Ordering process was super easy.they had a catalog from which we selected cake with few modifications.
Super happy with the final cake. All instructions were followed, cake delivered on time, looked excellent and tasted yummy. We had opted for ferrero rocher flavor.

Cake is soft and tasty; but pricy for a small portion.

Should give some offers or discounts for regular customers.
Parking is very much difficult to find in this Area.

The worst cake shop I have bought. Morning bought a cake for my friends mom birthday and while having it tasted bad and rotten
It was a rasmalai flavored one
Took back to the shop in Karama The staffs were taking the matter very lightly and they checked the cake and said it’s a staled and apolied one and they can replace it
I asked for the refund as they are not taking the responsibility
The Filipino staff knew the cake was not fresh and days or weeks old and I have escalated the matter to the manager and the same response was from the manager
Will avoid this shop and will never recommend for anyone

We were served with utmost respect and kindness. The ambience was comforting and clean however we would love if the cakes were a bit more fresh.

I am a regular customer of Occassions. I am very happy with the quality and taste of their cakes and pastries. The staffs working here are also very co-operative and friendly.

There is buy one get one offer in pastry at karama branch, I purchased 2 pieces 12aed and 1 pieces 10 aed. My bill supposed to come34aed they made me payment 36 aed, at the cash counter they make up new rules

We ordered a Rasmalai Cake (1 kg) on Wednesday for our guests. It was not at all fresh, it was totally dry and stale, the rasmalai pieces on the cake were totally dry.we complained about it and they said their freezer was not working properly and agreed to send us half the quantity ie, 1/2 kg. After that no one contacted us, we only had to remind them about sending them the cake, so they compensated us with the 1/2kg cake the next day.that too was the same as the previous one, so it went nicely to our dustbin as we cannot serve this stale stuff to anyone, not to animals infact.
The experience was really pathetic and disappointing.really hard to trust them next time.

Best cake shop for costumize cakes. If your looking for eggless cake I highly recommend this shop. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.

Really disappointed with staff behavior today when I visited to the store for buying cake 1 of lady who was on counter I asked to her for cake 2-3 times but she replying in rude way she just told me there have too many cakes see which you want, when I told her that's not proper way to talk she's again arguing to me after this scenario one of guy who was inside he just came outside then he attended to me with proper way she's should learn from him how to treat customers.sorry to say there have no option for giving 0 star otherwise I'm going to give 0 star for staff behavior

Never buy from them. Last time they delayed my order over 2 hours. This Tim’s this is the condition of one of their premium cakes when arrived.

I had a very bad experience ordering a set of 30 cupcakes for my childs birthday.when i was told that there is no delivery to my residence (even when they have lot of branches), I agreed for a delivery at my workplace ensuring that the packaging should be good as there would be multiple transfers. On reaching i realised that the cupcakes were just stacked without a carboard holders for each cupcake. After giving them a piece of my mind, they assured to replace and deliver at my place at 10 pm from their discovery gardens br (had they informed this earlier it would have saved me a lot of transporting).
To say the least all the effort was not worth it, the taste was mediocre and the icing was too creamy for my taste. Occasions definitely does not have my recommendations for any special occasion. Sorry

Cakes are Ok but service is not good. Tried calling karama branch they dont respond this is the 3 time we tried ordering they dont respond. The owner or management should look into this.

A great cake shop in the heart of Karama, great cakes and are reasonably priced, they have a good range of eggless cakes which is a rarity amongts other cakeshops. Their puffs too are great.

Very good and tasty cake. Very reasonable price. The lady staff was very kind and provided a very good service. She never said no to whatever request we had on the cake design. The taste of the choco vanilla cake was also very good. Surely will order more in future.

The plum cakes brought from them had mold grown and had bad smell on the surface of the plum cake. When complained they did take back the cake and gave me a reimbursement. We had brought a good number of pcs and did return back the entire lott. Pretty disappointing to see such a prestigious company do this.

I was so excited for the Rasmalai cake that I had ordered. The delivery was superquick. Unfortunately the rasmalai cake is an utter failure for Occasions cake shop. The rasgullas placed on the top of the cake are just an illusion of rasgulla. They are not even 5% like rasgullas. Looks pathetic n tastes pathetic. When u cut the cake there's no rasmalai juice. Its morelia a pineapple vanilla cake. Extremely disappointed.

This 3 stars for the two ladies at the counter, they were good and polite despite their closing time

I ordered a Cake for my 6 year old daughter. And they made an excellent very tasty cake. My daughter and her friends loved the cake. Occasions made the cake exactly how I had wanted it. Princess Jasmine Cake.

Bought a KitKat cake. But we could see that the chocolate wafer used is some cheap copy instead of KitKat. When I called and enquired, they did not give a proper response. Disappointed with the bad experience.

I just bought some Pastries yesterday from al karama branch & they were really very worst in taste & not fresh at all, seems like they were expired product & very bad in taste.this happened for 3rd time so just thought to review it, so people knows what's happening.
I always buy pastries for my 3year old daughter & have bought on all of her B'days till now but from now onwards will never buy from this Branch.will start buying again from their Al Mussalla branch & if same thing happens again will stop buying & recommending other people as well.

Cakes everywhere! And biscuits too! They have a lot of options and the taste is great. Good thing is it’s just near our office. Perfect!

What a rude manager. Delivery app says est. 15 min delivery so I order 2 cakes. AED285. Not cheap! Upon check out it says delivery 15h55pm. 4pm I check and it updated to 16h30pm. Pointless as the person who the cakes are for will leave before. Manager was SO RUDE. Refused to cancel and refund. I am astounded that in this day and age companies treat customers like this. I will tell EVERYONE to never use them and I myself will never order from then again. All because of one rude manager.
1 hour later and the cakes still did not arrive.
Eventually cancelled.
