Occasions Cake Shop

The amount of cream coming from half of the 500gm cake which we ordered. There was barely cake sponge in it.

So here is my experience with the occasions dso, i ordered some items thorugh the app and everytime i used to order and everytime it happens they accept the order first and then give you a call to change the item, it happened today as well and i had an argument with the staff, and they treat there customers with their rude behavior, occasion has good taste with quality but suck kind or staff they definately they will reduce their brand image.make sure before order.

We ordered a vanilla chocolate birthday cake from Occasions, it was a very good experience; the taste was very good, not too sweet and no excessive amount of cream inside.

Love the cakes here! Especially as a Vegetarian person, they have all eggless cakes and that is such a blessing living here in the UAE. A mist visit cake shop!

Horrible Experience with Occasions silicon!
They are very unprofessional and doesn't know what are they serving to the customer’s. We ordered a customized 2kg cake for a birthday and what was promised by Shiva for the decor and flavour was not even near to that.

We paid AED 400 for this wrong order and when we went back to them with the cake as no one had a slice from it the guy refused to accept his mistake and was really rude.

I will suggest not to order from them as they are not professional and very rude in talking to the customers.

Best thing - The owner told me he don't eat and like cakes. He insisted not to taste cake made by his own team.

Very poor service and we wasted our 400 aed.

Waste of money.
Ordered customized cake with full description and they fail to deliver as promised. On the top they called one day before to change the cake composition as they are unable to make. When asked them that y it was not informed while taking the order there was no explanation provided.
As customized cakes need prior order they played very smartly and make the cake as per their preference and the result was horrible even after increasing the price of the cake one day before the delivery.
The appearance was awful, moreover the flavors ordered was lotus but they just gave chocolate sponge with one layer of lotus. As per them this us how it is been make. When confronted them with the cake as it was only eaten a slice and was completely wasted, in order to apologize then were very rood and did not value customer feedback.
Never gonna buy any items from them.

Worst restaurants ever. Bad attitude.bad services.no help and support.though we are customers they are not respecting that.
Its really shame to have such service in dubai.i dont recommend this even to my enemies.

It was our Anniversary and we took three pastries - Truffle, kitkat and rasmalai. Truffle and Kitkat was horrible, dry and not fresh at all. He did not even bother to put even one spoon. It was not even busy. So disappointing.

Loved the customer service and the overall experience. Excellent pastries and cakes, a must visit place for at least one Occasion.

So unprofessional staff calling them since last 2 hours for the order and dnt have any courtesy to answer the phone or reply even.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered Dutch Chocolate Trupple Cake for my Husband's birthday. I must say it was simply delicious. I will surely order again soon. Keep up the good work. Kudos to their team.

Fresh cake, though delivery is an issue from Silicon Oasis to Warqa area. Had to wait close to 1.5 hrs for the cake and then endup picking it up my self.

Very poor size of cake can’t be even enough for 4 people

The management is so poor on handling an customer plus wrong order received we order chocolate but we received strawberry for a boy birthday

We have ordered a cake for our daughter birthday. And I was a bit worried as we always get disappointed with the look or taste. But this time we couldn’t be happier the cake looked absolutely beautiful and what we asked for and the taste was just delicious. Every one loved it so much that it was finished in a minute thank you once agin to the team who made this happen.

The cake turned out to be Amazing beyond our expectations. Perfect minimal usage of fondant. Looks like the cake was a 100% translation of our mind. Thanks a lot.

Very nice and reasonable cakes available at occassions.must try yhe rasmalai and kaju katli cakes which are new and nice.chocolate almond cake is also good in taste.

Warm delicious cookies delivered to my door! They offer amazing, unique flavors that make it so hard to decide which ones to order. I love that they add new flavors and have limited time flavors. These cookies are perfect for sharing… or not. Not going to lie, I definitely devour at least two as soon as they are delivered.

Just as its name " Occasions " this place has the perfect cake or pastry for all occasions either special or festive.just odered their fusion brownie.with a desi twist.it was simply awesome.the brownie was moist and the bite into an indian sweet was delish. Awesome staff.and our favourite place. Thank you.

Fresh cakes all the time. Their chocolate and Ras Malai cakes are amazing. Tastes really yummy.

The best cake shop in town. They made my sons 1st birthday jungle themed cake and it was ah-mazinggg… highly recommend!

Teach your staff some ethicates and mannerisms, one shouldn't give a second look or pre judge a customer if he/she will buy something or not. Not once but twice the lady over there is so rude when her boss is not around.

Yallah one of my favorite and best shop, we ordered for my moms bday, they made so much efforts and prepared the cake. We stayed in DSO area and even the cup cakes and macaroons which they have are so much delicious. Loved them. Will definitely refer anyone to try atleast once. As you see the normal residents can even try once and see as the cost is little higher but worth for every penny you spend.

Bought the choco crackle and it was very dry and not fresh at all, ruined the whole birthday.
Plus don't ask for recommendations because i was recommended to buy the bigger size as its better

So disappointing, cake was so hard and tasted terrible, honestly when I called them they sent a replacement with an extra piece as an apology, but selling that kind of cake which I believe post expiry from the beginning is a big mistake, definitely last time.

Bought a red velvet cake for my wife's birthday. Cake quality as well as customer service was average. They are thriving because there are very limited options in DSO for cakes.

I had ordered online Italian Chocolate Cake on 20th June, 2019 for my son birthday. The cake was very heavenly and very delicious and liked by all. The service was spontaneous with every detail on whatsapp and appreciate the counterstaff for explaining in detail. Hats off to Occasions Cake Shop at DSO. Awaiting to taste more and order often. I went there last week and bought a box of butter khari it was very fresh, decided to order again last night and it was horrible smell in the box

Spoke to their staff named catheryn who told me not to come as they will close down in 20 mins even after my comment to her that I am 5 mins away from them!
