The food is tasty. Major changes are required in all services: staring from welcoming guests by avoiding que like in hospital from entering restaurant and stop IMMIDIATELY asking for payment in second of entrance to restaurant: we are in Dubai- no one runs with unpaid bill. Another thing: always many calls are required in order to make reservation: I assume need more call center employees with more lines to call. As well, need to hire more staff and to train them professionally to remember orders and be cooperative with each other. As a result, probably management need to pay attention to comfort staff and be kind with Staff, so they feel comfortable, as nothing good comes out of stressed employees.

I recently visited Oceana Restaurant at Hilton JBR for their iftar buffet featuring Middle Eastern cuisine. While the ambiance was nice, it did feel a bit outdated. The waiters were welcoming and attentive, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed that the dishes didn't taste as good as I had hoped, especially given the price. Additionally, some of the dishes were served cold. Nevertheless, the unlimited beverage service and live singer were nice touches that added to the dining experience. Overall, my visit to Oceana Restaurant was decent, but nothing extraordinary.

We had Saturday seafood buffet. A large selection of dishes: shrimps, crabs, baked fish, octopus, mussels, oysters. Recommended

Iftar buffet is really bad, the food was tasteless, not too much options, service is really bad, ambiance is so crowded because all food is set up in very small space that you will spend around half an hour to take what you want.

Fruit selection is watermelon and pineapple.

For 500aed (2 adults and child) it is really bad.

When you arrive they tell you that everything is included for 70 dollars, but if you ask for bottled water they charge you separately, if you order ice cream they charge you separately. The food is the same as breakfast with a few additions. ALL the food is old and taste really disgusting.

I loved the environment with live music during Ramadan, great staff they all worked very hard to make our stay memorable

I went there for iftar, there was no variety of food.
Limited options of the main course.
Sweets were not tasty, especially oriental sweets.
The service was great.

It’s our first buffet experience in Dubai so I choose Hilton. Unfortunately we’re so disappointed with the food. We came 8th of October, Saturday Seafood Night. There’s few seafood, nothing special and food is not really good even the desserts (though it looks beautiful). We didn’t really enjoy and I was apologizing to my husband because It was a surprise dinner treat. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel restaurant. I regret buying this buffet dinner in Groupon. Spent AED 258 for two.

Worst seafood night ever went to no varieties, doesn't even taste good, we spent 20 minutes there and we left NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Hnin and Kausila have been very cordial and helpful every day. They have make my stay pleasant and verybl enjoyable.

Good breakfast, nice selection of food, fruits are amazing. Service is quick, and staff very courteous, especially our server Hnin.

We went for Iftar buffet, there is a lot of food but it is TASTELESS, plus the ambient was really bad, it was dark, the only good thing was they had a live singer with oud, else it was the worst iftar we had in Ramadan and we really returned home with very bad mood if I made some omelette in my house it was better, ah also when I was booking I asked if they have live station pasta and sushi in the iftar they said yes and surprisingly they didn’t!

I had wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai. I would like to appreciate a waitress Ms. HNIN being nice all the time at breakfast restaurant. Thanks.

Located at the ground floor of Hilton JBR. It's a buffet restaurant. Excellent variety of food and good anD swift service, even at times where the restaurant is full. Valet parking is available which is an advantage in such crowded area of Dubai where parking is expensive. I highly recommend it also as one of the best iftar buffets in dubai with excellent value for money. Entertainer is also accepted (2 for 1) while some other venues don't accept it in Ramadan such as next door RIXOS JBR.

We visited the dinner buffet in Oceana restaurant. It's was Mexican buffet night. Food selection was very small and not very tasty. Dessert selection was much bigger than the main menu. Overall the buffet was not worth the price we spent.

Rich variety of food, kind and friendly staff (especially Khaled, initiative and small talk professional).

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem bemüht und freundlich. Vor allem Sinta, die immer ein Lächeln u freundliche Worte parat hat.

For seafood enthusiasts an open buffet meal includes what basic yet all what you may want in a fresh seafood, no random fish no Biryani no fillers just pure seafood

This is the real and best SEAFOOD BUFFET what I've been look for a month in dubai marina area so far. Amazing variety of seafood from fresh oyster and tuna, salmon sashimi to grilled crab, octopus, calamari and lamb, beef. Only on Thursday.

This was the worst meal I’ve had in Dubai. Service is non existent. Asked for a drink 8 times and it still didn’t come. Food is precooked and cold. Terrible

Good sea food restaurant. Shrimps are the best dishes there. Calamari isn’t as good. The salad bar is great. Nice staff with big smilies. Free valet parking but you will wait 20 mins to get the car back when you leave. Check before you go:

Worst experience i had in dubai, value for the money is horrible
I regret not listening to my kids to stop at McDonald's on our way to hotel, there was not a lot of selection of food. And the food that was there was bad like dry meat, no seasoning on anything and there wasn’t basic sweats

I went there with my family on Saturday and it was very quiet. I like their buffet. If you have a voucher like buy 1 get 2, you can enjoy more.

An amazing sea food, professional friendly staff, wonderful salad buffet, its really stars for whom like sea food, the only disadvantage is the A/C is not good enough

Particularly I enjoyed the desserts. We had a Groupon offer, the unlimited soft drink was included as well as the complimentary parking. They are kids friendly

I have only experienced the buffet,
In my proper opinion, the buffet could be better. The food is lacking flavours as per my taste, however there are choices in each category, 10 choices in entry (cold) 5 to 6 choices as main dish, and more then 8 choices in desert. It's ok

We went there in family for a normal lunch buffet on Friday. The disadvantage is that there was very limited hot dishes (qty. 5 + grilled fish + grilled steak + chicken shawarma). But this time I found more highlights: 1. The cold starters were very fine and delicious. The seafood (fish, crab leg) is delicately hidden inside the small dishes; 2. I had the best mayonnaise in my life ever! 3. The chicken shawarma was far better than what I had before: the wrap was thin and crispy, the chicken was tender and juicy.
I give a four-star to all the highlights above!
Of course if you want something extraordinary and more in choice, you should choose their evening themes, such as seafood night, etc.

Went for the Eid Buffet. Lovely staff who are so happy to help and assist. I had a buffet here last year and the menu changes. I actually preferred the desert selection last year. However, food was well prepared, fresh and suited everyone is our group. Valet parking is available and is free. You have the option to sit in the light glass conservatory to the left as you enter the restaurant, which would be lovely in the cooler months. I think the decor could do with a little updating. With the buffet option you have the choice of pool access too. Would definitely go back again.
