Avoid this place at all costs. I would rate 0 if there was that. I went in for hair laser yesterday. I was burnt so badly. I actually had to stop 1/4 way into the procedure. The technician said well it is probably my skin type. They took no responsibility at all. I was in tears as it was that bad. I sat with a pack of ice water on my bikini area for at least 30 minutes. I walked out almost squatting as the pain was so bad. Technician just said well just sit it out and moved to her next procedure. Then said we will charge you for the parts done. I told reception there will be hell to pay off they charge me. No call even after 24 hours to check on me. Don't care attitude. Oh technician said this was the colour of my area before i cane there. You can clearly see this is laser burn marks. Here is a picture. Of my upper bikini area. It looks worse than the picture.

Long time customer of OCP but had an awful experience today. Refused to refund me for a service which they are unable to provide. Extremely disappointed by the attitude of the management and the total lack of customer service after loyally using them for many years. Will never go back.

I booked yesterday for thread lift and they confirmed my booking for the next day! Next day I canceled my meetings to be on time for doctor appointment but once I reached they said sorry we run out of threads! You believe that! Why do you make booking and on day of appointment you day we run out of threads! If you don’t have threads why you accept the booking? ! That’s absolutely not acceptable of course I would never come back to your clinic it’s always good to improve your reputation but in this way you are ruining it!

The best doctors! Such a nice customer service. Very polite, very professional. It was not a first time when i did botox BUT! This is really a new experience - NO PAIN! No bruisers and i love the result! Also i saw new machines of Lumenis. This is will be my next treatment in the clinic. Many thanks for your work guys

Clinic with great treatments. Have done hydra facial and IPL laser to remove veins here. Dokters are very nice and professional. The receptionists however not so much. When planning my last appointment, they confirmed back to me a wrong timing, ok can happen. A couple of days later they send me an appointment reminder while my appointment was not for another week. The day of the appointment they call me at 14u (even though I have requested to not be called and make communication go by message or mail) asking if im coming to my appointment… my appointment was at 18u.

Unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience with dermatologist Dr. Anwar Atari. Was shocked with the lack of professionalism present during the consultation. Was blatantly insulted on the condition of my skin, given sarcastic and snarky comments and also mistaken for another patient. Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Joyce and the team are realy professional and they know exact what clients want. The level of understanding and professionalism is worth appreciating. I am a satisfied client.

The staff at OCP are super friendly. They’re always very accommodating. Dr. Shubhangi is amazing! I love that she advocates for natural beauty and just enhances them.
Treatments I’ve tried are hydrafacial and thread lifts.

My wife and I both had the Hydrafacial Ultra. Great experience. Highly professional staff. Very accommodating. Extremely clean. On time. In fact we had to reschedule on two occasions and the staff were both accommodating and super responsive-within 2 to 3 minutes they respond. Highly Recommend.

Totally avoid, all they care about is your money, I reserved full body laser hair removal sessions for my wife, their rep asked my wife to shave her full body before first session and even before they made the test on her skin,
Then when i went to their office they insisted to sign the contract and take the money before making the test on her body.
And after they started, their specialist said we can't make full body for her as their are parts of her body that if we made it, it will give bad result, really are you saying that, after she made shave for her whole body.
They refused to return back part of the money as i paid for full body and they won't make the full body.
Also the contract was for 6 sessions, so my wife made only 4 sessions and then she got pregnant, so we stopped for about 10 months, and after that i called them to book an appointment to get the remaining 2 sessions, they refused and said that we can't continue a contact after 10 months, i told them that there is nothing in the contract that has time limitation to take the sessions, also i explained that my wife was pregnant, but their manager was so rude, she told me i won't do anything for you and do whatever you can do, i don't care.

Totally avoid their real faces will appear when they talk about the money, they don't care about you.
Shame on you OCP, and shame on your rude manager (by the way the manager was a female).

One of the best medical clinics in town, helpful doctors like Doc Joyce with no boundaries when it comes to queries, appreciate a lot by her patient like me. Friendly team from nurses to admin, happy of their excellent service, keep it up!

So I had quite a shock today with my experience at this clinic. I’ve been here before, maybe 1.5 years ago, was a client that always came for hydrafacial a, the staff used to be friendly and very welcoming.

Today, It was the complete opposite- i booked for a hydra-facial and skin booster at 1pm, and I texted them I’d be 15 mins late, there was no response (bear in mind I live 40 mins from the clinic). I got there at 1.15, and waited for 15 mins, the filipino lady in a suit comes out to tell me they booked someone else at 2pm and best they can do is a 30min facial and not the one hour they booked me for. I understood I booked for two services and it was obvious I’d be there for more than 2 hours to get both treatment done- I then asked why would you book someone literally at 2pm, when that’s the exact time I am to finish and why did you not reply me text and inform me before I left home that you wouldn’t be able to accommodate me since you’ve been so active with me on WhatsApp, the lady was super unfriendly and with no emotion at all said sorry. Can’t do anything about it.

I said ok I’ll go ahead with my skin booster consultation- started at 1.30, they escort me to pay first before any treatment is done which I found odd, but fine, I then go into the room to get anesthesia cream, I ended up waiting in the room alone for a good ONE hour, with anesthetic cream on my face, my face was getting so numb and I got super worried of having that cream on my face for that long was safe and no one came to check on me- I ended up going out to ask whats going on why am I waiting like. This for so long- they literally cancelled my hydra facial for Being late for 15 mins which I had the courtesy to inform them well prior to coming in, but they were happy to take a hefty price before any treatment and make me sit there for over an hour- upon which after going out frantically to say the creams been too long on my face the lady came to wipe it off- and then Alas after 15 mins the specialist started my treatment at 3pm (since 1.30pm) - the only positive thing here was the friendly specialist (Dr. Shubhangi) who did my skin booster procedure- other than that, this place is now run down, horrible attitude, didn’t seem as clean as it used to be, most probably understaffed. Horrible experience.

They should have told me before i took a 150AED cab ride that they dont perform laser on dark skinned individuals

I had the mesotherapy treatment. I am super happy with the results plus my doctor and all the other personnel were friendly and professional.

Dr. Marwa is the best one I have ever dealt with!
She is so talented, very competent in what she is doing, her session is just like an artist painting on his canvas. Minimal pain i felt, although im a very sensitive person, and above all how kind she is. I intentionally didnot review immediately and waited to see results to have a rational review, I am amazed of results and Dr. Marwa is highly highly recommended.

Dr. Perkar is simply the best dermatologist I have ever worked with. She will always make sure that she understands the client's wishes and she has deep expertise in her area + magical hands. On top of that, she is incredibly nice. Highly recommended doctor and medical center!

Having been to many medical centres in the UAE, I can confidently say that the OCP medical center has been by far the best. Dr. Shubangi, the dermatologist is exceptional. I felt at ease with her. It is clear that she keeps up to date with research unlike many others, who are just interested in the sale.
I would definitely recommend OCP to anyone.

I have visited the OCP to check the possible procedures to rejuvenate my skin and the acne scars. I just visited the OCP for the possible free consultations, treatments and i met the Indian Dermatology and Aesthetic specialist Dr. Shubhangi and she was very properly analyzed my skin and advised the best and the very effective procedure. Very much impressed on her professional procedures and other services during my all the sessions. I am really recommending and advising to visit OCP and free consultation with Dr. Shubhangi. It took me a time to share my experience, as I am under horrible impression till now, of how one Dr can have so unprofessional manner in treating their patients and how one person can ruin a reputation of such a nice clinic. Few weeks back I decided to find a clinic and do my lip filler properly. I decided to change a shape, so previously my lip filler from upper lip was removed and my upper and bottom part didn’t match. On the recommendation of my very close friend I decided to visit this clinic. Clinic is nice, staff at the reception very polite, they helped me with appointment promptly and I was so excited. Everything starts from here where I met Shubhangi Perkar- wooow I’ve never met person with such a negativity, she didn’t even greet me. I entered her office and explained her what I would like to have, she asked me where I am from and told me how she will not do my lip filler, (how to understand this, is it something wrong from what country I am from? !? !? !) as she is assuming I don’t need it. From my own experience and I grow up in DR family, Dr must be compassionate and have understanding with the patients, can’t just misbehave because they didn’t have a good day or they didn’t like the patient or where they are from. Which was very obvious from the start, completely unacceptable. To make the story short I ended up in tears in the middle of the clinic, disappointed ️ why I came at all! Girls from the reception took care of me and one of the managers approached me, where I explained the situation and to be honest that lady was shocked as well (I forgot her name). She was nice, saying that will address my concern to management team and recommend me to try consultation with esthetician Marwa Medjabri ️ I wanted to thank to her, as she was just nice to me, anyway I decided to do my filler with her. End of the story no one came back to me from managers, Dr. Shubhangi didn’t even apologized.such a mess, to be honest people who doesn’t like their job, especially as a Dr
Shubanghi should not work at all. Either work properly and make patients happy, or don’t discriminate them. I would like this feedback to reach to the Management team, it’s not about any complementary things, this is about respect an patient rights!

Dr Shubangi has a magic touch. From the first session, she has been addressing my concerns very calmly. Post my sessions, My skin feels so much better. Rejuvenated, soft and supple. I definitely recommend Dr Shubangi as one of the best doc of the center.

I took treatment for my acne scars at OCP Medical Center from Dr Shubhangi Perkar which was very very effective, she gave me the best treatment suited for my skin condition. Many thanks to her my skin now looks very healthy and smooth. Must say The treatment was cost effective and very affordable.

This is a late review as I waited for my skin cell turnover to give my unbiased review and I’m giving OCP 5-Stars for their HydraFacial.

If you are one like me who’s hesitant after some unverified mean comments about OCP, please don’t think twice and experience it for yourself coz the clinic, service and staff are both amazing. The waiting area is spacious and properly marked for social distancing, the ladies at the reception are very friendly and accommodating, and the therapists are very knowledgeable and thorough.

My friend and I came after office hours and we were expecting the facialist to be a little tired but to our surprise, our facialist for the day, Mira, did a superb job. There was minimal redness even with manual extractions and our skin never felt as smooth and "glowy".

Highly recommended and will definitely come back again! Thank you, OCP team!

Really great service from the front of house staff. I went to this clinic after a horrible experience at another, where all they wanted was to get my money. Here they really care about what is right for you. Dr Perkar is so nice and really understands what you want. This is the only clinic I'd go to in Dubai. Highly recommended.

I’m visiting OCP Medical Centre since 2018, I tried many treatments with them, love the results specially Hydrafacial, for me is the best in Dubai so far (I went to other clinics and nothing compared to the one from OCP) The clinic looks amazing and the staff is so friendly and professional, going there for me is like a relaxing experience at the same time getting my treatments done!

I always go here for my botox and filler injections, but today I decided the hydrafacial in combination with microneedling dermapen using hyaluronic acid and I must say - it was AMAZING! First, my therapist explained to me the procedure and continued doing so step by step throughout the procedure. They use all high end products on your skin, and I left my appointment with glowing plump skin! I highly recommend everyone to try this treatment combo at OCP Medical Centre.

One of the best clinics out here. I've been having treatments with the clinic and don't think I'll ever change! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've been having Laser Hair removal on several parts, my hair were 90% reduced and never had any issues. My laser technician was Christia and she is amazing. 100% recommend.

I visited the clinic for facials few months before my wedding. I had chemical peels and mesotherapy. I was worried about both but the therapists put me at ease and the treatments themselves were excellent, there was no pain at all and everything was natural.

I have sensitive skin but had no reaction to either treatment and after 2 treatments my skin was looking brighter, cleared up from spots and felt smoother.

The therapists were friendly and very professional and gave me great skincare advice.

I will definitely keep with the facials as I am now much more confident not wearing makeup (I get compliments on my skin from friends!) and makeup application is much easier. I will try soon with them a Hydrafacial because I heard that is just an amazing treatment

Visited for the first time yesterday. Can not thank the lovely therapist Ms. Ella Rose enough for a lovely experience. I was greated warmly and offered a drink (juice) and a hot towel, the clinic is super clean and tidy. My therapist did an amazing job of looking after me throughout my treatment and I am excited to see the results of my peel. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had my second Hydrafacial here. Mary (my therapist) is brilliant - very professional and experienced. The clinic is immaculate and very calm. My skin looked fantastic afterwards and I'd really recommend this facial for a thorough deep clean and intense hydration. I will be going back for another in a couple of months.
