We had to move from Dubai to Spain and Sooraj took care of everything for us. It is scary process to trust someone with all your life belongings so I was micro managing everything, however Sooraj day and night was online for me. At the end we had small damages which were covered by insurance but the rest was arrived safely. I would recommend his company and service always because it was done very professionally.

OCS Shipping helped me to relocate our furniture from Dubai to Auckland New Zealand. They have done an excellent job, packing was perfect and our furniture arrived safe, complete and on time.

She has been polite and informative and ensured that it went smoothly. Extremely pathetic service. I would advise everyone please don't take their service. All the fragile items including my TV were badly destroyed by them during transit. I shipped my belongings from Dubai to Amsterdam with OCS in a shared container. Mr Sooraj was extremely helpful from beginning to end, always available for questions. The team was careful and prompt with packing and I received a tracker so I could follow up when the container reached the port. Everything was packed on October 19 and delivered and unpacked on January 2nd. Highly recommended!

Sooraj was very professional in dealing and handling with the goods that was sent back. Note that it was for my boss, but then when I have contacted him, he was very kind and prompt in responding my query. We were able to retrieve the return item on the same day.

Item was damage in shipment. Company didn't follow their insurance companies policy or communicate to me properly about the insurance policy and my items weren't covered. Now I'm out $1100. They refused to communicate and resolve the issue. 0/10 wouldn't recommend

Lost items. Packing incorrectly numbered and not matching items inside. Bad communication and not responding to messages. What they advertise is far beyond the service they provide

These guys are crooks and should not be doing the business in the UAE market at any point in the future.as they made my move a disaster from RAK to Netherlands.

I had to air freight my belongings from Dubai to London. And I was very skeptical about the different companies out there. I was not sure which was a spam and which was real. I then came across OCS shipping. They were very professional and even gave me boxes to pack my things in. I liked that their boxes were labeled with their company address and contact information. It seemed more trust worthy. Also Diksha really helped me and made the whole process so easy and stress free! My boxes arrived on time and in perfect condition. OCS Team moved our household goods from Dubai to Karachi, Pakistan and I was assisted by Diksha Removals Consultant she was very professional and outstanding in the way she handle the work and follow up. Their price was competitive, and the quality of their service was good value for the money. Our goods were removed professionally and were delivered professionally in a timely manner. Nothing was missing or damaged. I would recommend this moving company to anyone anytime from the way they deal with client and services.

Absolutely horrendous removal company. The team that arrived to pack our house up were 2 hours late because they had only had 5hours sleep from a job they had done the day before. Their packing was slow & unfortunately I'd left my Internet password on show, game over! They finished at midnight leaving rubbish everywhere & even items that I needed on the lorry to be moved. OCS then employed another useless company in Spain called Willmove who not only held our
furniture for an xtra week, wouldn't release it until we paid an xtra 1000€! They also managed to lose a 7ft superking mattress.
How either of these companies are still trading is beyond a joke. Worst removals ever disgusted

Once the team was here to move, I can't explain how organised everything was. They had everything one can imagine and beyond.

Good start poor after sales and customer service.

Things started off well with Rizwan and Aireen working quickly to arrange a quote and shipping. The team in the day we’re quick at packing up our villa and very polite.

The issues started with delivery in the UK two separate companies used, Lares Relo were rude and no help at all. The second Simon Long removals were great.

Unfortunately one of my items was damaged so I informed Aireen on 29/01/21 and she acknowledged the claim however since then they have not responded to my emails requesting an update. We are now 16/06/21 and still no update or response.

Very frustrating!

OCS has been fantastic with my move. The service and response time has always been immediate on all questions. Firstly the packing up in Dubai was extremely efficient and well done. I had a situation of potentially removing furniture items in the shipment and they were able to accommodate and adjust as much as possible. Their partner in London went above and beyond to ensure my shipment was cleared and delivered on priority to ensure that I would not have to isolate in a hotel versus my home when I had to travel sooner than expected. Poorly managed and unprofessional service. The handyman came without even a ladder and was using my TV stand to climb and remove the curtains. It looks as if job is outsourced to some voluntary individuals who wear the company T shirt so as it seems they are from the company.
They left the complete cartons at my premise which they promised to pick up after two days, unfortunately that never returned to pick it up.

Terrible movers, used for UAE to UK house move. Many items were broken on arrival in the UK and had to be thrown away.
They packed items very poorly and there was a lack of care throughout.

A big thanks to Marcus and Shaun Who spent 9 hours protecting bubble wrapping cling filming and card boarding up my items of furniture to protect them during the transit back to the UK.
Both were very professional in their attitude and work ethic, Credit goes to OCS shipping company for the training they have been given and the way they executed their duties. Never tried to guess what I wanted and always confirmed before doing the packing, they confirmed with me and checked every room to ensure everything I wanted to go went. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. I will update the review, when my furniture gets to the other side!
