I love my M2 F87, but I’m no mechanic or BMW expert. Shak and Octane were recommended to me and I could not be happier. They are honest, trustworthy and reliable. I have dropped my car a couple of times and they have got the job done on point and to perfection on both occasions. The overall experience they provided is what you want from someone looking after something you have spent a lot of money on. They keep in touch, send you pictures and videos throughout. I can’t speak highly enough of Shak, David and the rest of the team. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Repairs of more sensitive, major issues still seem to be divergent between AGMC and this lower cost maintenance option. On X5 V8 the diagnosis of issues seems to be tricky and costly so there is no cheap option with these cars.

Brought an older BMW in for a few minor items and David, Shak, and the rest of the team were very professional and kept me up to date with photos on the repair (and managed to fix a few other items I had broken)

I came across this garage a few weeks ago via BMW Group on Facebook. I must say Mr. Shak and his team is amazing. The best part he personally attends you and looks after the car. His presence of mind and technical know how is impeccable. He understands the problems and resolves it as committed. They are hardcore professional and very transparent in their approach. My problem is sorted and quite satisfactory with the whole experience. I highly reckon this garage if you are facing any issues. Do not waste your time going to any other place. Hands down, the BEST BMW garage in the UAE! They are more proficient and professional than the dealership! Been repairing all my BMWs there for more than 7 years. I am a person who is more concerned with the quality of repairs than the price, but their prices are much lower than the dealership yet better quality. Had an 2002 BMW E46 Convertible and they literally brought it back to life with a complete overhaul from the interior, to mechanical repairs, to body repairs. Their painter is so professional and I couldn't even tell the car was painted! Sometimes I would have a check engine light or any kind of failure and they would be able to tell me what's wrong with my car over the phone!

Last year I had a brand new 2018 BMW M4 Competition and had a small accident where the door was re-painted at the dealership but you could easily tell it was a bad paint job so I took it to Octane and they scrubbed off the entire panel paint and repainted it again then it looked brand new! Highly recommended garage and although they specialize in BMW mainly, they can fix any car!

I took my bmw 330i 2006 for a full inspection, after checking the reviews on goole and I wasn't disappointed they addressed every Concern I brought to there attention with no issues what so ever, and the prices was very reasonable.

My experience is with BMW specifically.

Management and Mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable, very welcoming and friendly specifically the big boss Mr. Shak and Mr. David. I always enjoy chatting with them and they give you specific details of the faults and issues they found when you ask, so there is always transparency when updating you about the problem.

If you ask for recommendations they are always happy to help as well.

I have mostly done agency repairs on my cars up until now and frankly Octane is a much better and personal experience.

For the quality of their work and expertise prices are fair as well and worth it.

My X5 35i’s first time with Octane. Painted the calipers, bled the brakes and checked my car there. They were nice enough to repair a puncture for free. They do a proper paint job with a proper process. Service advisor Manoj is nice and friendly. Kept me updated, explained everything and answered all my questions. Happy with the look of my calipers now unlike the previous times I painted them elsewhere. If only I had known about Octane earlier. Owner was nice and seems like a knowledgeable car guy. Recently got My BMW X5 major service done with some critical parts replaced. Service Advisor Hitesh kamble who took my car is one person, I would always bring my car to be checked and assessed. He gave a correct diagnosis of the fault and the service assessment. Car was delivered back within 48 hours. Car fault was fixed brilliantly. I am ready to take my Grand Cherokee to Octane and have it serviced and fixed. Finally I found a workshop, which is reliable. Strongly recommended.

Very professional and customer oriented staff! They fixed my 2017 BMW X5's AC which even the dealership couldn't repair and after giving up due to many visits to the dealership where they claim they fixed the AC, Octane Car service was able to detect a fault in the compressor from the first visit and fixed it! Top notch service!

Visited the garage on Saturday without an appointment and still they accommodate and listened carefully what issues i am having with my BMW.
Manoj is really honest and transparent and will tell you exactly what is the issue, Total bill was initially 1500 dirhams but he gave me discount and took only 900 dirhams. Very satisfied with the service. Will now only visit this garage for the rest of my life. Thank You Manoj and Octane Team.

Without a doubt – the best BMW Car Service Center in the UAE. I had a really extraordinary mission impossible to take care off aka “the Korean Challenge” – which all the rest failed miserably. The Ethan Hunt of the BMW world (Shak and his guys) accomplished it. And guess what: They did it on budget and on time as promised. Quick and professional to the point. If you prefer large luxury receptions, useless Sir here, Sir there, from tons of so-called experts offering you a cappuccino (experts in thinking of how to cover their incapacity and how to charge you for that) then go for the others. With Shakeel and his team you won’t get “all” this (although the coffee machine works there also from time to time) but simply great, superb hands on service, in addition to a good share of Shak’s real funny bone-dry sense of humor.

The best BMW Car Service Center in the UAE hands down. Way better than the AGMC Dealership even with very friendly and professional staff. They saved me twice from buying a BMW M3 and a BMW Z4 where the owner claimed they had full service history and had never been in an accident; I took the car to Octane Car Service for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) and the guru and owner Mr. Shak found so many problems in the car saving me from buying a disaster! These guys know cars inside out and I highly recommend them.
