Best place for the people who are searching their first job on dubai and have good communication skills. There are many DSAs working in the building which conduct walk in interviews for bank credit card sales.

Ya its fine building around outh meth lots of financial offices and business offices are there the best attraction of the building is smoking area with a natural ambience

This is 5 stories building right outside the oud metha metro station exit 2
It is quite a old building but mostly in the same age of other buildings in area.
The building is well maintained from outside but from inside there is no or very less maintained. Dirty washroom, elevator are malfunctioning sometimes and mostly crowded
No visitors parking in the building.
Broken ceiling in passages
No security

Nice place. Good commercial centre. Needs more rest rooms on each floor and the existing ones should be cleaned and maintained regularly.

A lot of offices are there.specially for job seekers, they can visit as it corporate building.all kind businesses you will find there under one roof.

Fantastic Building stayed for 10 years in this building but very unfortunate their Real estate is valueless.

This place is just opposite to oud Mehta metro station and very near to bus stand Cycle parking is also available near by.
There are beautiful tress and flowers in front of building

I was in Glinks international for study abroad, they are university guiding office.they help my girl to register in many universities in Canada.glinks have connections in many universities.

It is commercial property, many offices are including Businesses Link Communication (DU CAHNNEL PARTNER) i had worked there for more than 2 years. Freshers do visit this office and job seekers, its very near Oud Metha metro station.
