I was sold the wrong cartridges for my canon printer. The store would not refund as one package had been opened to check. The store used the fact that the cartridges were correct for UAE printer and that as I had brought mine from the uk it wasn’t their problem.

We usually order online and they always deliver everything correctly and ontime. I visited their shops twice because I ordered the wrong item (my mistake) and the staffs was very helpful and very polite in both Times square and Al Quoz and they resolved it very quickly.
