Lovely luxurious atmosphere. Wonderful service from the team of welcoming ladies. Ruchika and Joanne in particular always treat our kids with some buiscuits, making them love their time in Olivier's. The best cappuccinos on the Palm! We come here regularly since 2 years now and it's still our favourite. Highly recommended!

Was für ein schönes Café. Die selbstverständlich frischen süßen Leckereien sind der Hammer. Nicht ganz Preiswert aber auch jeden Euro wert. Der Service ist besonders zu erwähnen. So viel netter freundlicher Service ist selten. Soll man auf jeden Fall mal machen.

Went for a coffee which wasn't bad, but not as expected. The macaroons were old. Service was friendly but no baristas. All in all just a hotel lobby coffee place, while I thought it would be a good coffee place.

The service is really attentive and hostess with waiters doing the best to make the guests to feel special and well treated.
However the food was somewhat average quality, taste of carbonara pasta and pizza was Ok, just average. It felt a little heavy and greesy. Pasta and pizza not a diet food in the first place, but it felt a little more heavy than you could normally expect.
We had a sandwich and a salad during the day as well, which we didn't like. However the manager responded to our complaint with utmost attention.
In overall, this is a nice place to be with top service. If the management will pay attention to the food quality and will improve it - then it will be the top place!

The hotel looks beautiful, very large scaled and modern. Thank you for the service Ruchima, everyone was so kind especially Annet! She was so sweet to show me the hotel. I had a pleasant and tasteful sunday.

Simple but stylish.
Staff was kind and friendly, even when we witnessed a rude and obnoxious client who came to them, the staff remained polite and professional
Coffee was good and our sweet dosh was also good.

We have had a lovely lunch. Ceasar salada, burrata salad and chicken nuggets (kid's menu).
The food quality very good. The ambience.
The staff very nice and attentive. Special mention to JOYDEV.

Great food and very good service. We love coming here for lunch before going out on the water in a kayak. Vipin helped us today and last time we were here. Excellent!

We went there almost daily during our visit! Great food and exceptionally nice staff. Shout-out to Vipin and thanks for being such an engaged employee of Olivier‘s lounge!

Had a wonderful time at Olivier's, the establishment offers a chocolate fondue platter that our group of five split two of to hold us over until dinner (see attached picture).
The platter consists of dates, cakes, strawberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, pineapples, and marshmallows. All the offerings as well as the chocolate was wonderful as was the service. I will definitely be returning to Sofitel and will dine at Olivier's again for sure.
