It was a lovely experience, I had a full body wax with bikini and a pedicure. All the ladies working here are very professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do.
Will definitely be coming back. Special shout out for Sobita who did the much needed pedicure for me.

Love coming to this salon for mani pedi, amazing hospitality especially the receptionist ANU, very friendly.

I went for a wash cut and blow dry yesterday and Saru did my hair.
I am always disappointed when it comes to blow dry because every time I leave a place my hair turn puffy. So this time I was surprisingly very happy she really did it very good as well as my haircut.
I’m quite happy that I finally found a salon with a person able to make a proper blow dry.
I can say that I will definitely come back for her.
The only minus is that the salon is not refreshed inside you can see that it’s old.

Honestly the staff is very friendly and services provided r good too but i didn’t like that one of the staff kept putting her finger in her ear and scratching it and then touched my hair with that same hand and did my upper lip too. I wish they were trained to be more cautious about hygiene. It’s not really nice to do that whilst handling people’s hair or face.after a blow dry that looked quite nice, I had to go home n wash my hair again.

It would have been awkward to tell her not to do that there and then which is why I think staff should be trained better.

If you want the best waxing and blow dry Ombre Saloon is the best and always ask for Jyoti to do the job done at its best. She has been my goto person always. Always a well done and perfect job since 2020.

Hairstylist Gita is the best! She made for me amazing haircut. I didn’t want to cut my hair, but it was indeed. I used to be for a long time blonde and my hair were so dry and dead, so I decided to make a short hair. I didn’t expect a lot, because I’m obsessed with a long hair, but Gita proved and showed me, that a shot hairstyle also could be beauty? Thank you so much️

I've gone to Ombre, few days back for a pedicure. It's a good to go place. I think Alex is the name of staff who attended me. She did a good work. I will go again in the future.

Jessy is wonderful. I got my waxing done from her and ladies I must tell you, amazing hands. Very experienced. Pls do try I highly recommend. Ask for jessy as she might be in working in some of their other branch.

I really needed the bathroom and had to use it there. Better to nit need the bathroom while there.

Well as far as the blow dry is concerned amazing Sapna is the best for a blow dry and Annu is good Host she indulged in client needs and cares.

Ombre salon is a very good organised salon, i really like all the services I had botox and full colour yesterday and I feel absolutely amazing, sapna the hairdresser is brilliant she will advise you the truth on your hair I wasn't sure at first getting this done for my hair then she resured me that it would be okay as I had bad experience in my past I trusted her and I will always get my hair done from her I highly recommend:)

I was there today for waxing and threading. I had a terrible experience. Got Brazilian waxing done and it was bleeding. It was bleeding a little too much, but I thought it would be ok in sometime and left without complaining. Anyone can make mistake, and so didn’t feel like complaining. But, my bad luck or the lack of experience of the staff, my private part area is still bleeding (hours after this incident happen), it hurts. I am a little worried now, and I see a chance of infection. I don’t think I’m ever going back, at least for sure not for this service! Each time I am urinating, it’s bleeding. I don’t know if I need to consult a doctor!

It is a great salon for the price range. The quality of service is very good. It might not look like a very fancy place, BUT I would say the service is really really good. I have got waxing done here before & they did a good job, but really really happy with my Hair botox (organic Keratin) treatment. I don't see any hair damage & my hair looks silky, shiny and straight.
I have had keratin done in many places, some really fancy salons, but I do think this was the best of the lot. I will post photos later. Or the hair stylist took some before & after photos. I refused to take the after photo till the final wash after 3+ days as I didn't want to give a positive review only to be disappointed after. Now its been 9 days & still very happy.

Price are excellent. Service perfect and staff is really efficient. Mani pedi is done perfectly and it remains for long time. The hairdresser has always good advises. One of the best beauty salon in silicon

I’m a very regular customer at Ombre salon. I love their customer service, they are always full so please book un advance. For manicure my favourite is Leona and for facial my favourite is Bindhu. I have had a hair cut from here by Rubekha, which was TOOO good!

All staff are professional and friendly. The receptionist Anu is extremely efficient and coordinates appointments well. I highly recommend hairstylist Sapna who truly understands hair coloring and is able to fix other hairstylists errors. Sapna also has a good hand at cutting. The manicurists and pedicurists are all good but Alex is outstanding. She is meticulous and her gelish procedure can last a month.

Just had my first appointmentat Ombre Salon a month ago. Lucky to find this place in Silicon Oasis. I highly recommend Rebecca for hair styling. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair a clean bob cut the way I like.

So I had taken a package for full hair color and few other services. But at the end was not happy at all… my hair was not blow dried. I understand that the salon is busy but not expected this service. I went with my daughter who is 3 years old.so I was carrying her on my shoulder when I paid at the end… the staff is not even courteous to ask if they can open the door. I am not going to return. I have spoken to the owner couple of times earlier when I visited the salon over the phone, she is indeed very soft spoken and pro active.

I've visited the salon couple of times for a haircut with Asma, she did a good job cutting my hair. Then I requested shoulder massage which was supposed to be 15 minutes, but the lady only did less than 10 minutes and stopped, and I was charged for the full price! I complained but they didn't do anything about it. That's disappointing.
Last week I wanted to try the nails service, I went with my mom, when we reached there I went to choose the colors for French manicure and pedicure, they didn't have any! Tried to chose another color for both of us but couldn't find and the problem was that 95% of the colors they have are damaged, completely dry and can't be applied to nails! While the remaining 5% only few colors left in matt finish only and not in a good quality unfortunately. I got very disappointed that we drove all the way there for 45 minutes and couldn't do our nails simply because they don't have colors. A Salon should at least have the right equipment but they don't. They can't assume that all their clients like Matt finish colors and gelish only. Some clients like normal polish, I complained to one of the employees there who said she will call the management to try to fix it, so we were standing there waiting, it turned out that she was sitting there answering calls, so I asked her did you arrange for the colors? She said no and instead of apologizing, she said this is what we have and we have enough colors -while in fact they don't-
Noting that I told them ahead of time that I will do French mani and pedi (they didn't realise they don't have the right colors) and after us driving 45 minutes to reach there to hear them saying if you can't find the right color you can do your nails elsewhere. That's very disappointing and unprofessional.
And me as a client should share my honest opinion and review about my experience with them. As a service provider they should accept the clients' reviews. But they didn't like that. Instead I have received a long reply full of excuses that they're not 7 stars salon and won't throw out empty bottles!
But I'm not changing my review and opinion about them cuz this is the truth. I won't be writing a good review to please them.
I highly don't recommend this salon, the first 2 times when I went for a haircut some of the staff were wearing a mask, but not all of them wear it properly. And when I went the 3rd time to try nails, not all the staff were wearing a mask, and whoever was, they weren't wearing it properly.
I'm very disappointed and don't recommend this salon.

I have been going to Ombre salon regularly for the past year. My latest service received was roots color and toning. Asma took her time to recommend me the best color to match my roots, mixing two shades and she explained each step to me. I was very satisfied with her service and I will certainly continue going to Ombre Salon for all my beauty needs.
They also have promotions and value for money is great. The owner was also present to receive me and she made sure I was happy with my hair service.

I originally went for a consultation with Asma and she gave her honest opinion about the condition of my hair and what product will be best to get hair to shiny and healthy. It was not about her selling the most expensive product/treatment to me, but instead, only doing what was necessary for my needs. She did the most amazing hair Botox treatment with a cut. I am a very fussy person and it take a lot to impress me and gain trust. So thank you Asma for your great work and professionalism! I will definitely be coming back.

What an experience! I went for the first time to have my hair washed and cut and Jasmine was absolutely amazing! I am from South Africa so I do have quite difficult hair but she did with such ease and profession! I had such a great time that I made a booking the next day for a facial and if you think having your hair done is amazing then just try the Dr Renaud sensitive skin facial. It was beyond amazing, thank you Sahrish. My skin has never looked and felt this good.
Do yourself a favour and visit Ombre Salon, it is definitely worth every penny spent. I will be back next month for my treatments, I am HOOKED! See you soon,
