I have been visiting doctor Ola at Omnicare clinic for more than 2 years now for skin treatments. She’s been amazing in guiding me through the best treatment that helps my skin become better and more glowing as well as treatments that will keep your skin and looks feel healthier and natural.

The staff at the clinic are always helpful and accommodating when it comes to taking appointments since I have a very busy schedule.

I totally recommend it for everyone who’s looking for a more of a natural look.

NEVER AGAIN! Terrible service, one hour waiting time for a facial booked for my daughter! Reception team is very unhelpful - i have advised them 5 times i was in a hurry, yet still a huge delay. Facial is of poor quality, many areas left unattended. It really is unacceptable how bad the reception and organization is: everything about this procedure was discussed online in details, and yet i had to reexplain everything in person a number of times. Honestly, what an awful experience. Not worth either time or money.

I have been going to Dr. Ola at Omnicare, recommended by a friend, for a while now, did several services, and I can say I am very happy with the results. But what i love the most is that she will not recommend any treatment is not needed, and prioritizes honestly to making money!

I have had great results here. Almost hair free now just needing top ups. Ghazal is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable during the sessions.

I would really appreciate and like to thanks the laser therapist Ms. Apigal for her efficiency while doing the laser sessions. Trying other clinics and did with different laser therapist, didn’t give me the same results as with Apigal. I felt that when Apigal took a vacation the other clinic ruined my beard. She is well organized with time management; she always finishes on time, and she don’t take that much. She doesn’t care about money where else she focuses on the results unlike other clinics. I know that they are two Apigal in the clinic I am not saying about the Apigal wearing hijab, the other one. Both I heard good feedback about them, but I can’t judge until I try. Thank you Apigal. I recommend you guys to try her laser session.

I have had two bad experiences at this clinic:
1- I have had soft light treatment with suboptimal results within less than a month of treatment. This was not influenced by individual factors as I have had treatments elsewhere with lower energy and better results.
2- I have waited for 45 minutes before I was seen at this appointment although I was 10 minutes early. Two different justifications I have received for this were: a- The staff were held up in a meeting b- The technician was not informed that she had a waiting client

I visited the clinic only for a consult. The staff is so professional, genuine and they make you feel so cozy. A special thanks to Ms Claudia at reception who was always smiling, she went above and beyond to attain the client's satisfaction. Thanks a lot.

I used to go to omnicare couple of years back, a friend had recommended me because they always had great offers for laser hair removal and I gave it a shot and loved it. But Covid happened and I stopped and now it’s been 3 months that I’ve been going back for their laser hair removal. I met ghazal and she was absolutely amazing. Asked all the right questions and made sure I’m getting the best services to my needs. She’s also very sweet, professional and I feel so comfortable to have my services done by her which I think is very important. Could not recommend her more!

I did around 10 sessions at Omnicare back in 2019 even though i live in AD but I liked the treatment and the technicians.and now I wanted to continue and take more sessions. Unfortunately i had to reschedule my appointment several times due to some circumstances that are out of my control and I was surprised with the reply: “as per our Clinic New Policy, missing or cancelling less than 12 hours to your scheduled confirmed appointment will result to a charge of 50% of the services reserved. But management gave you a special consideration to waive that fee for today only. “
I find this very disrespectful and very inconvenient. I feel uncomfortable going to a clinic which its main focus is money and not the patient.i am never going back.

Team is always welcoming and professional. Did braces, laser, facials here and always will a good results.

Superb clinic with friendly and accommodating Doctor and staff. I had subcision and Rf laser done today for deep acne scars which was administered by Dr. Mai Ahmed, she’s brilliant and very professional. Most importantly, she’s done it thoroughly and diligently with care. She made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure and I see noticeable effect right after it! (We all want to see what we paid for don’t we?) I also want to commend her nurse Ghazal who’s absolutely superior in her profession. She was the FIRST who did blood extraction from my other arm without any difficulties and pain. I have thin veins that’s always been a challenge for blood extraction. I also want to thank Karen and Monica for being of great assistance throughout the procedure.

What a place and what amazing staff.
From the moment I walked I felt like I’m in good hands. Omaima, Claude are so hospitable and kind and they truly know how to make you feel at home.

Dr. Mai was simply phenomenal. After I had a detailed discussion with her about my pigmentation, she immediately gave me the facts, managed my expectations and gave me a full roadmap to how we will overcome my condition. I felt so safe in her hands. Gazal, Dr. Mai’s assistant took such good care of me during and after the procedure.

Im a regular client in Omnicare and every time I go out happy. Mrs Abigail is a great beautician. She is always very detailed with the laser and face treatments. Booking is very easy and I always get a quick response. They have also a lot of packages and special offers, so being pretty doesnt break the bank I can honestly recommend this clinic.

My experience here was good starting from Monica warmly welcoming me when I entered the clinic. She was polite and sweet which is nice of her.

Then I went to the consulting room with Dr Mai. At first, when she saw me it was awkward because she didn't say hello or anything instead starting the conversation with "so" then let me help myself with why am I here. And she was nice throughout the conversation.

I came for Hifu treatment which require me to have numbing cream for at least 30mins. However, I was with the cream for like 50 mins (almost an hour). It's almost like they forgot that I was there waiting in the room with the cream on my face. Maybe they were busy with another patient.

At the time of the treatment, I would say Dr Mai was very detailed when she did the Hifu treatment for me. She knows what she is doing and that's great. The treatment was not painful at all and the machine they use is legit.

After the treatment, there will be the following appointment from the Dr to see the progress. And I like that they don't force you to buy the cream or product they recommended after the treatment.

If this is your first time, you will be charged 55aed for that and it has no reason provided so prepare for that.

There is plenty of paid parking at the front of the clinic.

Omnicare is one of the most professional and welcoming clinics I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and caring and cater to all your needs. I have been coming to Omnicare for over a year now and am very happy with every service I have received.

I’ve been coming here for a few months for laser hair removal, and it’s been going really well! My laser technician is Abigail B.and she’s honestly the loveliest person - very attentive and patient!

The treatment itself seems to be working well! In three sessions there was a noticeable change in the quantity and texture of my hair~
It gets progressively painful with each session but it’s definitely worth it, and you can always ask your technician to slow down when you need a breather.

I recently did my tooth extraction, and Dr laith is amazing. He is very precise in his treatment and would give you detailed info about your case and your options for the treatment. The reception ladies are also very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Me and my friend went today because of her issue, long story short, what happened was they refused to fix the problem since the dentist treated her left the clinic, and told her you should contact him yourself, and we gave you his number.it’s very unprofessional. Now she’s taking legal actions. Ps: she paid 14k.

Think twice if you wanna have veneers, I did mind few years ago with them, during this time all of them fell off one by one, I had to go 10+times to fix, of course spend so much extra money, on top of that, I even had depression, having dreams about getting them fixed! I been coming to Omnicare Medical Centre for months. The clinic is clean and sterilized. I love how convenient it is to book an appointment through WhatsApp application. The receptionist are friendly and Dr Karina makes sure she follows up on the improvement of my laser.
I usually do underarms, half legs, bikini and upper lip and now I only need to come back for maintenance every 2 months. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I am doing laser hair removal so it’s super important to know that everything is safe. My specialist is Mrs. Donna and she is such a professional- attentive and careful. I wish to have more professionals like her in beauty and health sphere. And few of my friends recommended facial treatments from Omnicare.

I just had my first visit (out of expected 3-4) for Root Canal Treatment and I recommend Dr. Laith AlJanabi - smooth and professional, good skills as you would want to expect from a dentist on a serious treatment. As it turned out my tooth was totally dead and I had inflammation behind the root endings of the tooth (felt the pain while eating but the tooth did not respond to cold/warm). After the first treatment I got antibiotics and the pain is gone. Hopefully it will heal completely this the next visit.

My absolute favourite! My first attempt at a laser clinic and definitely will be the only place I go to! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they ensure the customers safety, comfort and satisfaction is met. 10/10 recommend
