Not a good company. We were outsourced from omnix to another company. While hiring they offered good pay, after few months of joining they reduced 35% salary with Covid reason. When we didn’t agree for reduced salary, they sent a termination letter with 30days notice. We still didn’t agree for their reduced salary and started looking for other job. Last day 30th day of notice period they revoked the termination letter n informed us to continue working with non-reduced salary. All those 30days we were struggling looking for new job. After such horrible experience we proactively put resignation to omnix in a month and came out. Additionally, They took cancellation of visa form from us but didn’t clear EOS payment soon. They did this not just to me around 15,18 people as I know.
