Excellent service! I called before I got there and I explained the problem with my nebulizer and when I got there they immediately replaced the part that wasn't working and it was as good as new! I think I spent less than 10 minutes at their office. Great job!

I have severe persistent asthma and purchased an Omron MicroAir Portable Nebuliser, having the flexibility of being able to carry and use portable nebuliser when needed has been a life-safer for me.
I needed to replace a part and the level of customer service at the Dubai Healthcare City Office was outstanding. Excellent product and excellent service!
