5 starts to a nurse, she was good.

We requested service at 6am, they confirmed. Arrived 7:30am. Late.
Then they promised to submit results within 48hours
72 hours later l have to chaise them for my results.
In addition l paid 599 for extra specific tests. Apparently they forgot to submit it to lab so l have been offered to take a new one… which l already see how they will be late again…
So you do your assumption .

I had great experience with them, I purchased premium women blood package. They came on time and results were delivered less than 48 hours. Also, they arranged the free call with the doctor to discuss the result.

Please do not take any service from this Health Care Center, the worst Customer Service and management. They have not been letting me through to speak with there management after they failed to deliver the treatment package I purchased, they will stop taking your calls or even respond to you. This organization has no moral or ethics value to at least speak to its customer.

unfortunately had to use their service many time due to prices are way cheaper than other places, but never again as after last time I did my blood tests and traveled back home and my doctor asked me to do the test again and the results came totally different than it was 3 days before.the girl who did the blood test couldn't find the vein in my arm and had to put the injection 3 times.she didn't really sanitize her hands.and was clearly not a professional as she forgot the niddle in my elbow and closed my arm.terrible experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, better pay a bit more and get your results properly done and accurate results

I booked a home test for my parents. Team has arrived on time. However the dilemma will start after, when you can’t get on hold of anyone to get the results after 60 hours while they promised 24 hours. I don’t recommend them if you have tight schedule, especially that they send untrained nurses to take blood samples.

I had a very good experience with this clinic. I got my blood test results within 24 hours. The caring nature of staffs are highly commendable.

Onecall doctor has a team.of highly trained and experienced doctors and nurses. The services are very good and very comfortable

When it comes to home nursing I am very satisfied with the services of One Call Doctor. Very flexible and willing to adapt their services to suit our needs and preferences. They are very respectful and cares my parents with love. We have become like a family.

I called the doctor at 8: 30 am. The day before the call, a One Call Doctor employee confirmed that a blood draw would be carried out at my home. I wrote how important it was for me to carry out this analysis, but no one came. At 9: 00 I received “good morning sir” and that was all. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I highly recommended one call doctor health care services. The medical services are so fine and with in the budget and they provide the best service near quasis area.

This was the first time i tried the blood test at home and i am extremally happy about the one call doctor health care services. Nurse reached on time and took my blood sample and i got the result on next day morning itself. I strongly recommend their service and thanks to the entire team.

One Call Doctor can be trusted as the most professional home healthcare service in Dubai. I was doubtful at first but they had my trust at the first video visit, and I did exactly as they told me. Doctor and a nurse reached in 20 min, and she recovered fast. I have the One Call Doctor number saved on the home screen. Will suggest it to anyone without a doubt.

The first ever medical practice that is based on lies and a total waste of money.

They apparently take your money and lies upon lies follow up.

I had my test sample taken from home. Staff arrived on time. Blood Sample taken. Money paid. Result in a day, max 2 days. Well, Is been 5 days.

When I messaged to ask about my results, all I get is (mam 1 mins) or (Am checking). That’s it.

Is been 120 hours after testing and am still waiting on results.
They deserve below -0 ratings.

Have tested my blood a couple of days ago, requested for urgent reports, they took it personally and got it done within 24 hours, it really helped me a lot for my appointment with dr, will really recommend

Staff are Professional, came in time and very knowledgeable. Results also came in time, no delay and accurate.

Do not get their IV drip services, highly unprofessional service, plus they are overcharging. Left my skin inflamed. And they won’t even listen to you even when you show proof
