I have been working in OBC for the past 5 years. Perfect location, enough parking inside the building and around it, but most importantly the staff is very friendly and go extra mile to assist with anything. The best place for your business!

I was going to one of the office in this building and they took my passport for the enter to building. WHY we MUST give our passport just for the enter a building? If they afraid of something happening they’ll be able to put a X-RAY there.

One Business Centre - Emaar Square is a stunning building with sleek modern design and a beautiful lobby. The central location is surrounded by some of the biggest corporations in the city, making you feel like part of the elite. The coffee shop on site serves up the best coffee and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business centre for a professional and sophisticated workspace.

Nice option for business but very Accessible for roads of jlt area always 5 mint driving around whole jlt to get to the building.

Went to this building for its Amer center. It was really hard to find as there are no sign boards. Eventually found it inside a Business Hub / incubator office. How that makes sense is ‍️

It's a hub from many companies and small office spaces.
There are restaurants and cafe. You can refresh your self with vareity of coffee. Building has etisalat business hub where you can find one stop station such as bank, amer, advisors, etisalat service for business.
It has been awarded as number 1 building for DMCC.

This is a great office tower with a fresh modern environment and good cafes on the ground floor.

Well organised and secured building, 1762 resturnat G floor is super, its healthy food options.

Modern Building. Friendly Staff. Neat and very well organized. Safe. Strict and systematized entrance. Washrooms are huge and decent. Building is just difficult to reach via metro.

Simply amazing! As an HRBP, I would highly recommend OBC for an office space, especially for start-ups. Veey fast internet connection, fully equipped offices, clean restrooms, multiple boardrooms on every floor, amazing common area where you can chill and work, have a bite, or even relax. You can even have fun with pool tables! And the best part about it are the restaurants at the Ground floor. YUMMY and affordable. Finally, it's all about the service, and you are definitely in good hands with Zoya and Yuliya who handle the administration and all our requests. Thank you ladies?

Very neat commercial center. Have been to a few offices in here and they were all very clean and modern. There are three amazing cafes on ground floor - 1762, LDC and Pickl. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The parking is easily accessible. You get free 1 hour as a guest and then AED 10 per hour. I believe you can get your parking token validated if you make a minimum spend at a cafe.

Outside seating area for cafes is amazing during good weather.

One business center is one of the best business center and worth a try. The ambience is really professional and located in key area. The meeting rooms are much comfortable for long meetings.

The professional staff specially the lady at the reception Yuliia is so helpful and proactive. Both Yuliia and Zoya respect the Covid-19 rules and make sure to make it a safe place to work and arrange meetings.

Overall its a perfect place with perfect staff.

Great vibe, exciting people and a modern swanky office, right in the heart of JLT. Tons of private pods and meeting rooms, at the same time, you can sit around in common areas with awesome views of the JLT. To add to it, good coffee in the house and more options under the building. OBC staff both Zoya and Yulia are very friendly and professional, always enabling business needs.

I have started my UAE business from One Business Centre in 2017. Its been 3 years. One JLT building is centrally located and thus very convenient for meetings. Proximity to DMCC is a big plus. Business centre itself is aesthetically very appealing which is essential to avoid monotony at work. Staff at One Business Centre is the most amazing starting from reception to admin, accounts including office boys. Ms. Tia has been my relationship manager for last 2 years and there is no work which remains undone if she handles it. Thank you guys for being part of my journey. Business center with excellent services, free parking for 1 hour. Nice security, shops, restaurants.

Security is very tight. You have to produce your identity card if you are visiting this place along with the pre plan meeting schedule. Good place to conduct training or meeting for top management of any company if they does not have meeting room in their company.

Proper shared office space in JLT. We enjoyed their hospitality for a week and it was a superb period. The office is really hip and cool. There is a good vibe. They also organize workshops and trainings, which is useful for startups.

Ask for the Customer Relations Manager Ellice, she is a star and will arrange a great deal for you.
