One&Only Arabian Court

The most outstanding Hotel, it’s a regular for us. What makes it so special is the top class level of service. Everything is of the highest standard, from the presentation of the rooms, the fruit bowls, the shower products. The staff are the best in the business, a special shout out to Daisy who’s been at this One and Only for 3 years. She’s a reason we keep coming back.

The food is outstanding. Diego the head chef at The Rotiserie will always be on hand to make something special. If the kids would like a Salmon Filet at the buffet, Diego and the team would run off and make one. Thank you!

At Olives restaurant, situated at the Palace, you must ask for Mohsin the chef who again is outstanding at going the extra mile! Thank you Mohsin!

The pool area at the Arabian Court and team are super too. Running the pool area is Akhil who has everything arranged just the way you want it.

Tennis lessons with David and Alexandra I would recommend. We had one every day and our game improved dramatically.

Gym is equipped with all the latest gadgets and a team is there to assist you. Table tennis table by the pool for some afternoon fun.

I want to report for disgusting work of the receptionist Fady, who did not allow us to leave the hotel before mini bar checking. We informed him that we hurry at the airport and we did not take anything from minibar and paid for the total bill. When we were already waiting for a taxi, he caught us and said that if! We took he will charge from our card. We stayed in your hotel more than 10 years, this was first time of such a incompetence

Some of the house keeping staff smell bad. I would emphasise on hygiene more. However, service in general is quite good.

We attended just for beach access. We had a great time as its only 250dhs for the day, 100dhs is redeemable against F&B. The kids had a great time as there was a slide in the kids pool

The only negative was Eauzone. We went for lunch and ordered the following
- Prawn Salad
- Wagyu Beef Santo
- Chicken Satay
- Prawn Pad Thai

The prawn salad was nice however, as a whole the food was over cooked. It had nice flavours but personally the worse dish was the Wagyu Been Santo, overcooked, mis sold on the fact it is not Japanese Milk Bread. We did speak to the staff and the manager did remove this item.

Overall I would definitely go back for the beach and pool, but just to a different restaurant

Inside the hotel, there is a very beautiful restaurant and night café for special occasions, and there is also an oud playing to make the atmosphere more romantic.

We just had the most wonderful stay at One&Only arabian court! It was absolutely amazing. Since the moment we arrived we felt the quality of service and attention to detail from the staff. I've been to several 5 Star Hotels in my life but this service was beyond good, most friendly and attentive staff I have ever experienced. A special thanks to Mr. Jagga (Manager at the Rotisserie) he was absolutely excellent! Also Mr. Arjun deserves a special place in this review for the wonderful surprise at the end of our stay.
Location is amazing and the rooms and hotel facility are best in class. Highly recommend One&Only arabian court. It’s the little things that make everything so special. Thank you everyone! Kind Regards

I would love to rate with a 5 stars.but they missed up.
Very bad smell in the room corridor because of the old carpet.
The rooms are a mess with mismatched furniture.
Otherwise the stuff super super professional and friendly.i love the place because the stuff.

Loved the restaurant, shisha was great! They had beautiful tents with a nice fountain in the middle. They serve alcohol and a full menu. Prices were also competitive

We were here 6 years ago and now we visited for lunch with our son this time.
We immediately said we regretted the fact that we booked another hotel instead of this one. It’s so fabulous and so nice! Staff is friendly and location is fantastic.

We visited the Arabian Court last week. The service from start to finish was exceptional, with great attention to detail. Cleanliness, Covid precautions and great customer experience. Staff really take interest in understanding your needs and cannot for enough. I must say a big thanks to Jagga, manager in the breakfast area. He got special food and tea served as we like it.
The other person is Soumya who gave a great concierge service. Location and facilities are second to none.

Nice place to grab a nice coffee. Also the latte is perfect. The honey cake is ok.

It's location is perfect with spacious parking lot (more is found in the basement of Jarir bookstore).

The stuff over there told me everything in the fridge is free except alcohol, so when I did the check out they charge me for everything Chocolate juice water, and they charge me for things that I never used from the fridge, so when I complain they minus but still I paid for things i should not pay,

I went here in December as a winter getaway, quite skeptical as I’ve never spent much time in Dubai and didn’t associate it with a “beach resort” type of place. But, I can say without a doubt that I’ll be returning to Dubai and to this hotel as soon as possible thanks to the absolutely unbelievable service and lovely private beach location. Everyone, and I mean everyone, gave myself and my girlfriend the very best service I could’ve asked for. From check-in, where they somehow found us on the beach to tell us our room was ready (I still have no idea how they knew where we were), to housekeeping, to the beach attendants, the front desk staff, and the staff at all the various bars and restaurants on the property who moved mountains when we wanted to come for drinks or food, there was quite literally not a single person who I’d say gave anything other than the best service I’ve received at a hotel. We can’t wait to go back!

Hotel is very nice and rooms are tidy however service needs to be improved. Lack of pool staff and drinks took 30 mins to be delivered. Misquoted prices for room service and gives me a bill which was more than they said. Refused to bring delivery at reception to my room.

This is a nice property, at par with the very best and with a beautiful set of pools and a nice sandy beach front.it offers a variety of room types to address many needs.a selection of food options and cuisines from around the world.however, you need a car to get around.nothing is walking distance! So if shopping, sightseeing or business meetings are on your agenda, then a car is a must!

Excellent location, short taxi to major attractions, superb gardens and private beach, fantastic amenities including all the pools, food at restaurants whilst expensive was of excellent quality and so tasty and probably the biggest asset was the staff, all friendly and efficient and a credit to the hotel
