Very refined and elegant location.vaguely reproduces the deck of a boat with swimming pool.the bow towards the sea is fantastic!

I booked a session at the Guerlian spa for my friend and I today. I was really excited as it was my first time and the sanctuary it appeared to be on the outside was appealing. Unfortunately we were both disappointed with the level of miss communication from the staff. We got there early to use the facilities before our treatment, and when we were asked to take a seat, we were waiting for 15 to 20min then told we were being taken straight to our treatment. After explaining we wanted to use the facilities and preferably before our body treatment, not after, they shifted our treatment. We used the facilities, packed our things away and after 20min, told we would need to pack up our things again as the facilities would become mens facilities soon. I found this level of disruption very frustrating and quite the opposite if what a relaxing treatment should entail. While the treatment itself was fine, the overall experience was nowhere on par with Spa at Atlantis the Palm.

My experience at the Guerlain Spa in The Palm, Dubai's One and Only Hotel was truly wonderful. I found myself thoroughly enjoying every aspect of my visit.

Inside the spa, I was greeted by a serene ambiance, tasteful decor, and a delightful, soothing scent that set the mood perfectly. The staff's professionalism was matched by their warmth and hospitality, making me feel like an esteemed guest rather than just a customer.

The spa treatments were of exceptional quality, and I emerged from the facial session feeling completely rejuvenated and utterly relaxed.

The one minor drawback was its rather remote location at the far end of The Palm. However, this remoteness, in a way, contributed to its unique charm. It provided a sense of isolation and tranquility that I found quite appealing, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I wholeheartedly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a high-end and indulgent experience. It truly was a memorable and calming escape.

Amazing place! You forget you are in Dubai. Cute rabbits running around the territory. Very good food in restaurant Stay. Room very atmospheric. Great only stay in guests has access to everything so it is not crowded and feels especially luxurious.

Nice place, beautiful view from your room you go direct to the beach. A perfect staycation for those who have children and want to escape the routine.
They have good service, food is ok.

I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and after my stay I still had mixed impressions. In December 2020, I stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and was looking for an alternative for a trip in March 2021. Briefly the result: I didn't like the location, it took a long time to get to the main shopping centers and restaurants. The beach was not impressed. The work of the One&Only team is on top.

We booked this property with very high expectations for a special occasion. The stay was rather disappointing. For the rate they charge 1550 $ / night, the rooms was ordinary, the amenities mediocre. We booked there for the beach as it is promoted on site. Instead the sea is full of algues along the full resort shore. No effort made to clean the shore for the guests. So we felt our 2 days were wasted. The main pool did not look clean at all. We were told that the filtration is not working. The staff friendliness was the only appreciated experience!

First everything was amazing, but next day was a complete stress, ordered breakfast to the room for two, came for one, and no one called to inform that there was problems in the kitchen.they pretend to sort it saying it will be free of charge, but breakfast was included into the room rate‍️. Manager called me saying that I ordered breakfast after 12 pm so normally I would be charged, I explained to him that I ordered before 12 pm, his response was “amazing” no, you didn’t, my colleague told that it was after 12 pm. That’s the response and treatment you get at 5 star hotels.moving further, we checked out, closed the bill.after 40 min receiving the call that there was a mistake in a bill and I have to pay more.again his colleague made a mistake… Guys really this is not 5 star hotel treatment. Like washing the pool today in the morning with the dirty mop in front of customers….

Our first wedding anniversary celebration & staycation last year 2020 august 25 gifted by my younger brother during Covid 19 pandemic, firstly younger brother surprised us gifting this secondly the entire resort team surprised us with their hospitality and off course never ending smile. Honestly speak we both enjoyed every seconds we spend in the property, though certain activities were not functioning due to Covid 19 restrictions. However breakfast yummy. فندق هادي على آخر جزيرة النخلة اللي بيسكن فيه لازم يحط ف باله أن بيحتاج وقت على ما يطلع من الجزيرة للوصول لوجهات أخرى ف دبي

هو المكان حلو لكن لو ليك ديلفرى جاى لكنت خارج الفندق ممكن بعد ساعه او ساعتين عشان يوصلك لأن عامل الدليفرى ممكن ينتظر ساعه عشان موظف من الاستقبال يروح يستلم الحاجه منه و لو مش دافع الفلوس بالقبول كارت مدلك ساعه كمان يعنى لو هناك اوعا تطلب حاجه من اى حته

I'm writing this review on behalf of a family that recently stayed at The One and Only Palm.

The family had an amazing stay in the villas and in particular were extremely happy with both Noushad and Mr Nagesh who were both amazing and attentive to their every requirement whilst remaining professional and discreet at all times. Thank you for making their stay amazing.

Great quiet 5* resort. Ideal to get recharged and relax your sole, body and mind.

Located on the very corner prime estates of the palm island it delivers the perfect amount of privacy and with it's 101 Beachbar the upbeat restaurant option for a night out to remember.

Try to stay on one of the villas at the beach to get the full experience.

THE only place in Dubai where the 'luxury' element actually feels first world. Probably benefits from its location away from the rest of Dubai. Great spa and 101 is the perfect sunset bar.

From the begining to end, everything was excellent at this beautiful hotel.

Checkin was quick, and instead of standing in line like other hotels waiting your turn to check in, here you are seated and staff will come to take your details and make the process smooth and quick.

The service and treatment you get here is really what you pay for.

The breakfast buffet had everything available and also instead of standing in line at the egg station in most hotels, you will be seated and your order taken. Wide variety of food/coffee options available and healthy juices too.

The gardens and pool are beautiful, i enjoyed having a walk in the gardens. I did not use the beach or pool as it was quite cold to swim. There is also an adult pool.

I have been to the shisha lounge couple of times, shisha is perfect with attentative staff.highly recommended if you love shisha.

For dinner we had a private arrangement at the cabana.
It was beautifully decorated with candles and rose petals and we had our own waiter who did a great job. Food was delicious too.

We tried the Guerlain spa as well for couples massage. The service was good but for the massage itself it was not the best that we had.

Room service was also quick, we ordered dinner and it took 20-25 minutes only.

If you visit Dubai you will absolutely love this hotel for a memorable stay.

Took the free boat shuttle from O&O Royal Mirage across to the O&O Palm for drinks and dinner. The resort is so exclusive and boutique! We saw some beautiful people, art, and landscaping. And we really enjoyed our cocktails at the lobby bar and dinner at the restaurant on the dock. Although it was incredibly windy and cold for Dubai that night! Almost everything was perfect otherwise.

Best place to relax and spend time with Friends. It is Situated on edge of Palm Jumera Island so reaching there you get nice view of Palm Island and its really Fabulous. Hotel is Cozy and damn comfortable. Its like Luxury at its peak. Really loved this Place.

A once in a lifetime experience. We were thoroughly spoilt. Had dinner at the Asian Restaurant. Excellent food.

I am prefer for my friends and my company guests mostly to stay in this hotel mostly last night i drop one of our visiting guest and i ask to one of the valet staff for Rest room direction he send me out of the gate in a security staff area was room and believe me there is no light in the hand wash area and the toilet is totally broken and dirty evan the hand shower is broken water come one my cloths its Reilly shocking face of the hotel like this and the staff behave need to improve the thinks i can't believe it.sorry for next time the one and only.

We loved the Hotel. Privacy and serenity.
The suit with a luxury bathroom! The hotel territory! The pool! All that gratify and is ideal for the couple who wants a romantic atmosphere.
The cuisine is wow! Lotta lotta dishes to try.
But their French night in a restaurant with a Michelin star wasn’t worth of visit. That was a set of tiny tasteless dishes for an imposing price.
