It’s the worst laundry in dubai. They destroyed my pant from Gucci and they disappeared. I keep sending them messages to found a solution they don’t replied any more and they are not professional at all.

Their Customer service is disastrous! Don't know why they have a WhatsApp number if no one is getting back! Definitely not professional

Answered text & answered my questions quickly, pick up on time, work is very good & clean, delivery even earlier than agreed (said theyre ready and asked if I want to pick up now), they communicate to you if a stain cant be removed without damaging the fabric, overall great service and definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Low cost compared to everyone else. No missing pieces. Great dry clean and pressing. Excellent service. Very clean. My wife used this company to have a lot of our things pressed when we arrived. One polo shirt went missing which is not ideal and the company then claimed that there were no pieces missing when we counted every piece, they even tried to deliver a dress that did not belong to us that we sent back to them. Terrible service and no attempt was made to right the fact they lost an item of clothing.
