An excellent restaurant with Russian food, it’s very rare that Russian food is really tasty abroad, but here it’s delicious. We tried okroshka, dumplings, Olivier, cutlets with mashed potatoes and desserts, everything was delicious.

I traveled from Canada and decided to have my 3.5 year old experience this Masha and bear themed restaurant. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a child friendly restaurant. I specifically informed the first server that I wanted to see masha when he pointed to seating outside and confirmed that she would come out. The sever was so busy with other guests and there was barely any interaction or greeting like " hi is this your first time here". Around 810pm I asked when Masha would arrive and I was told that she had left. I was livid as that was the main purpose of the dinner and I would never have opted for this restaurant otherwise. My daughter was upset. They only entertained the guests inside but not out and was told that I was suppose to have made s special request. This is ludicrous as the server should have come out and notified staff of the activities inside especially since they do not have enough seating inside. The food was below average and pricey. The worst thing was that they compensated with a cheap cake pop that wasn't needed. They did not compensate the bill. In fact after I paid when I asked to speak to the manager his response was "okay" and WALKED AWAY. I have never in my life experience this type of behavior from a manager. This place is suppose to incorporate children as it's geared towards that population but I would recommend to save your time and money as this would be a place I would never visit again.

Good place for the kids to eat play and do face painting, the restaurant offer Masha and the bear show the staff dresses as the characters and come to say Hi to the kids and my daughters were extremely happy.

The place has a play area as well and small shop and corner if you would like to buy Masha staff.

This is a really nice restaurant and play area for kids. Very good food! Excellent service!

The place is perfect for families. Kids enjoyed their time in the play area and all other activities like pizza and flowers making. Food was so delicious as well

This place is magical. Even for adults. It so well done, entertainment, food, service. Arum was super polite and caring. And the manager Mohammed is outstanding. We are returning customers and we love it. Don’t hesitate.

We went there on 23rd Dec 2022 for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Masha was great, ambiance fantastic but my fellow Filipino waitress were cold and aloof. I felt discriminated because they were not very welcoming from the moment we arrived I don’t know why. They were very sweet with white people though. Lol. Anyway, my daughter enjoyed Masha which was the highlight of the day.

Nikko was very nice and attentive, helped with bday cake and event, kids and adults were happy.

Lovely place for the kids to play and eat. Play place a bit small but when it's not busy the kids can play freely

Customer service after speaking to the reception staff was dismal, rude and wouldn’t help or give information about asking to book a table when trying to book for my daughters birthday. Management need to take a serious look at who they let answer their phones.

The perfect place to enjoy a birthday. Average food but location really nice with inside a baby park. They provide also to organize cake and surprise. Very nice employees

Went for lunch on a Sunday. It was fairly busy when we first arrived but the staff was still attentive. A small soft play structure inside the restaurant, which was perfect for the kids to play in. However, there is no slide so you need to climb back down. It was enough to keep kids entertained for a short period while we waited for food to arrive. The food was ok.

Food is ok, more expensive than restaurants around. The main advantage they have is a playground for kids. Service is very good, waiters are very attentive.

Awful place, after sitting on the table where my kid choose as she wants sofa only, the waitress said you can’t sit here you should choose a smaller table where it’s chairs only, although she noticed my kid refusing the chair

There is no better location than right in the heart of the Walk - JBR. We had a delicious dinner here—hands down, the most beautiful ambiance.
It was really yummy and fresh food. The portions were good. Aside from all this, it's the service and hospitality that keeps me coming back

I went there for the kids workshop. For the workshop it was fine and kids will enjoy making their own chocolate but as a restaurant I'm very disappointed because the place was not clean and the service very poor, plus I saw the waiter took a slice of cake by his hand without wearing the cloves to put it in a plate to one of the customer. It was really bad to see this in a restaurant that should be a 5 stars. One more thing, I think the trash cans inside the bathroom should have a cover, it was very disgusting.

This fun and vibrant place is located in the heart of JBR. The menu was perfect, something for everyone. The food was amazingly delicious and worth spending, and the tremendous service was awesome.

Great place to spend time with your family. Menu is well-balanced, staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

This is ideal when you have kids for breakfast. Service is below average and they don't have fresh fruits (? !). But their playground in the middle makes up for it and the rest of the food is fine

I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, if I could rate it zero I would.
I am extremally unhappy and surprised how can they treat the client in this bad way.nothing was good about this restaurant, bad service, bad attitude, restaurant manger also was rude.for the last couple of weeks i am trying to take my child to see the carectors and spend time in the restaurant, however, I didn't get a proper answer from them when they are available in the restaurant, moreover, today I visited the restaurant with my child, when I asked about the carectors, the service manager (Lady) was very rude and said no one can tell you when they will be available in the restaurant.if the manager is rude what would I expect from the rest of the team.

اكل المطعم جدا لذيذ ويوجد فيه ساحه للأكل ولكن بما أن المطعم يخدم فئة الاطفال كنت اتمنى من الموظفين ان يكونوا متعاونين اكثر. حيث كنت احر عربه ووحدت صعوبه في ادخالها المطعم ولم اتلقى اي مساعده على الرغم من مشاهدة الموظفين الى ان طلبت من احدهم حملها معي… وكذلك هناك ثلاث شاشات واحدى الشاشات تعرض اغاني لا تليق بالمكان والاطفال كذلك. ارجو العمل على تطوير هاتين الملاحظتين فقط

An awesome place to spend time with your kids, you will forget about them and get a chance to relax because this place is a lot of fun for kids. Playground animators friendly staff! Recommend you

The restaurant is not bad but can add some cubes logos puzzles.and they don't sanitise any toy during the day

This is a very interesting place.i often go to this place to enjoy the best moments every time i have free time.very delicious food. Very attentive service

Bad service. Ages for waiters come to table. We asked two main courses and one arrived much before than second one. So one person has eaten (very unpolite) and the second plate arrived when one person had already finished eaten.

My daughter was playing with a balloon that was as decoration for some party and the staff very unprofessional and impolite told to my 4 years old daughter "dont touch! ".

So so so nice play for family! Parents can enjoy their food while kids play or do some activities inside food so delicious and they have a lot of delicious and creative choices for kids! The bear is amazing you must see him, so funny and lovely. Highly recommended

Worst experience ever!
Overall very disappointing for the kids.
The food portion is ridiculously small especially for its price.
The service is so bad from start to finish. Just awful!
