Its been 12 years in UAE, and had visited many many restaurants.the behavior of the counter man was unbearable and very unprofessional. I went with my wife and sister there once, the ordered food was not served even after 45 minutes and later when it came they served beef biriyani instead of chicken biriyani which we dont eat. When we questioned all the above while paying bill at counter, then the counter guy was argued in a very inappropriate way when the argument continued he shouted and at the end he used very bad words in local language which was bothered us for many days. I personaly never faced any such incident from any other restaurant in any place

Excellent food taste! Typical kerala restaurant with all verities of non veg and veg foods. Tried kappa and beef varattiyath. Beef was excellent. Felt a bit crowded in the evening, especially during weekends. Friendly staffs and good service.

Very worst food & Service. Ootupura Jabel Ali branch is very good. DIP branch is waste of money. Dont try food in DIP branch.

Food quality and taste is excellent

Wheel chair access is there UpTo ground floor otherwise we should use elevator

Food was ok i would not say good and prices are resonable. Chicken biryani is good. Masala dosa a big NO who puts big pieces of carrots in masala dosa.

The best cuisine probably in dip1 area, flavours dishes are simply exemplary and outstanding. Second to none.

It's Feel Like Home for Malayalis, but if the place becomes more clean, the best food destination in DIP

I ordered food from ootupura jabel Ali the delivery service is very bad and have illiterate people that treat customer as a slave and also bargaining and act like racist

Had a meal there. Good one. Had മത്തി fry also, which was also good. I doubt whether they are not using coconut oil.

Oottupura Restaurant in DIP is a great spot for delicious Kerala food and good service. While the ambiance may not be very cozy, it is comfortable considering the area. Kerala hotel Best in quality, cheap in price recommended for family who are staying in dip.

Very good food and the staffs are friendly and cooperative. Their kerala meals and biryani are tasty and reasonable price.

In this amid COVID time, there is not so much restaurants. So this one is a better choice in this area.

Very bad experience. We had lunch at Friday. We are trying mutton biryani but not testy, getting bad Smell. Sorry we are not recommended here for Biryani.

The word Ootupura is a Malayalam word meaning dining hall which was usually named in ancient times for temples where the food were prepared for its devotees. Coming back to the restaurant it serves most of the Kerala dishes. Their food is tasty and value for money we spend. Their serving time is really fast and their service team is very friendly. One of the speciality of this restaurant is its owners run the show along with their staff. The best restaurant in DIP area which serves Kerala food in a very reasonable price.

Good option for kerala food. മീൻ അവിയൽ is the highlighted item in lunch. Fish fries also excellent especially മത്തി fry

Nice food available here. But it's not convenient for families and couples eat out as they don't have a separate area for family dining.

Don’t order Food From this restaurant.you will get the good after 2 hours.and they will tell you some reasons always.it’s more than five times. We will order something and they will deliver what ever they want to cell.also couple of timess.hopeless restaurant

But phone bookings are a disaster. The operator is rude and always give wrong update informations. I have waited more than 2 hours for the food for 5 mins journey from ootupura.

The service is poor. No card machine to pay. No pappadam and payasam for lunch. Pappadam was served on demand.
