So first, would like to warn anyone thinking to do visa in this company and have to deal with two guys names JULIUS and ERIC from uganda, they are cheaters liars and the most incompetent people you will ever come across. And to the owner of this company you have no idea of what those two can do to you you have zero idea i pity you, the previous company they were working for went down to ashes because of their dis honesty and stealing. I’m talking this because I’m a product of their lies and sweet mouth. They lie too much they will promise to do things or to pay for services but they will put the money to their pockets and then the clients will go on overstays or will have fines you don’t even understand from where. I regret soooo much the day i met them.
Please if you wanna peace of mind avoid them completely if not the company itself self.
And to The owner of this company be vigilant otherwise you will cry.

I honestly take this opportunity to advise everyone not to risk doing visa change with some of the staff of this company (kats). This is because of how un openness and poor behavior they portray to the client after you have finished to pay them. Imagine a client being lied to on the date in which the visa is expected, living the country on a Wednesday evening and up to now still captured in an another country with very less or no hope that they’ll get visas and on the same time in worry of deportation with very poor communication from the agent. I honestly regret my decision of going for open vision, I wish some one told me something earlier.
