Its a normal juicy burger and chicken grill nothing extra ordinary. price is high for the taste.

Food is good, but more on the Fast-Food line! No exactly Portugal, from Portugal, but nonetheless, nice to see some of the symbols and topical images from Portugal!
Atmosphere is ok, the service team was really nice!

I have an issue with Talabat while ordering from oporto you are not allowed to order a single boundi burger. You are forced to order at least double boundi burger. Moreover I was planning to order a double boundi burger meal and one double boundi burger without meal. Unfortunately the burger without meal option is not included in talabat last but not least the price in talabat is much higher than the branch per meal. The meal is 52 while in talabat is 59 although talabat will charge extra money per order. I had raised this issue to the branch several times without any changes.

One more thing, before one year i called the branch and noticed that the landline phone is not working well as the caller cannot hear the voise of the worker clearly and till today the phone is not changed.

Nice location, superb ambiance, great service and a new taste.different from regular hot chicken flavours.

Had some mini donuts delivered and they were exquisite, I especially liked the Red Fruits, defo 10/10. Shout out to Jane for the little note, really appreciate it.

Kids meal is good, included kinder joy egg in the meal. The apple juice is only 200 mil though. The guy on the counter explained in detail specially the free burger deal o wasn’t aware of. Keep doing the good work Shehroze.

Hospitality was amazing! Staffs asked if everything is good and even gave us recommendations! They were friendly too. Shearoze was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the awesome time we had at Oporto! Made another core memory in Dubai thanks to the team!

Operto’s grilled chicken is tasty and the fries are crisp and sprinkled with Chicken Salt, which is something your don’t see in Dubai. Great place overall, my only criticism is that it’s a little pricy for a chicken meal

It was our first time trying out something in this restaurant. We were told to download their app to get one free burger and damn it was so good and we revisited for that burger called “Bondi”. We also had chicken meal and it was ok. The fries were crisp and good but ask for less salt sprinkled. The Chicken with rice in the picture below was terrific loved it (I forgot the name)!
Worth trying. Staffs were good too! Shop is opposite to the Cheesecake Factory festival city mall.

Purchased the whole chicken with 3 sides, also came with naan bread, pickles and 4 sauces.
For sides we went for Fries, corn and salad.
We also got a free single Bondi burger when we sign up to their app, so we did.

The concept of the restaurant is very similar to Nandos so we were familiar with what to expect and had a benchmark to compare against.

Firstly the chicken. This was nice and a decent sized chicken. We got the medium spice although it didn't feel spicy at all.
The fries was a big portion and much bigger than what you get from Nandos, so was happy about that. The downside for the fries was the fact that it was far too salty. They must have dropped all the salt onto this. If you were lucky enough to get one without much salt you'd notice the fries was actually very bland, therefore I think they put salt on it so it's not so bland. For me the fries was bad.

The corn was actually amazing and one of the best I've had.

The salad wasn't that great, only had onions, green peppers and a lot of tomato with some sort of olive oil sauce on top.

The 4 sauces we were given were not nice. They got nowhere near the sauces you would get at Nandos.

The Bondi burger which was free was actually quite nice. Maybe even preferred that to the chicken we ordered.

The total for the meal came to 136dhs.
I'd say if you're tired of having Nandos and want to change it up a bit and don't mind getting a meal slightly inferior to Nandos then come to Oporto, otherwise stick to Nandos.

3 star because it was average, although I don't think I would recommend it or go back again.

Second time visiting this restaurant and their chicken is the best. I tried grilled and chicken burger even the bread is so fresh and yummy. The service is excellent as well. Will definitely go again.

This restaurant has to be where I loved grilled chicken sandwiches for once. The chicken was spectacular with its flavour and the fact that it's breast and not ground chicken. The only downside was that the chicken needed a tad bit more salt but that was already provided on the table so it wasn't much of a hassle. Overall very recommended for anyone into chicken.

Very reasonable price, good tasting food and I really appreciate restaurants that count calories and you can check macros on their website.

I was here yesterday and I had a great experience. Food is great especially the chicken which is now my new favorite. I ordered the 1/2 chicken box and it was extra special because of the original chili sauce from Australia. Also, kudos to the friendly staffs for the excellent service! Will definitely come back. #HappyCustomer

Extremely disappointed quality and taste has come down since grand opening this definitely does not taste like oportos Sydney at all definitely disappointing had to send the kids food back was so dry it's like it's been sat outside for awhile. Everything we tried was terrible we will definitely never come back.
The food is tasteless and dry all around

Loved the unique bondi burger for its succulent, moist patty. A must have! The accompanying chips are the BEST. The flame grilled chicken is to die for!

Staff are nice and courteous especially Gellie, she is very attentive, food is great I love their chicken!

This restaurant has excellent food, excellent service and very great value for your money. It also has the best tasting chicken and fries in all of Dubai! As close as I’ll get to home this year Oporto is famous for it’s deliciously lightly crumbed chicken inside burgers and wraps with tasty sauces. My favorite is the Oprego sauce. They also have CHICKEN SALT for your chips. The only thing missing is SOLO soft drink!

Bondai is delicious but chicken rapa wasn't as the picture in the menu. It looks like subway sandwich peri peri chicken

Excellent service & atmosphere.
Chicken pieces seasoning was spicy as mentioned.
The burger how ever was very basic and not spicy at all as requested. Had better from fast food joints.
Also the food potion provided was not worth for the money spent.

I love the taste, variety of food selections and excellent customer service. Make sure you share the dish as the portion of the dishes are huge.

The first ever store opened in Dubai in March this year. The parent store is in Bondi Beach, Australia. They serve Portuguese style cooking with amazing flavors.
We had Double Bondi Burger, a signature dish with their original chilli oil.
Chilli Cheese Fries, overloaded with chilli oil and cheese.
Flame Grilled Chicken with pita bread, garlic dip and pickles with lemon herb basting.
Chicken RappSnacker, this is is a wrap with grilled chicken pieces with lettuce and dressing.

The food was excellent and delicious. The ambience was comforting with colorful decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a great weekend lunch.

الطعام اقل من المستوى المتوقع بكثير. الوجبات تفتقر للطعم والصوص / الخدمه سيئه جدا ، لا توجد نادله متواجده بشكل مستمر في منطقة تناول الطعام. عليك بطلب الكلينكس وتنظيف الطاوله و طلب الكاتشب والشوكه وكل شي منهم حتى تتمكن من الحصول على هذه الأشياء التي لابد من توفرها على الطاوله اساساً.
لن اعاود الزياره مره أخرى.

The sandwich didnt have taste at all as i was eating plain chicken. I dont recommand this place, service wasnt good in the resturant.

Now that was some experience. We were a bit late but the staff was still able to serve us well. One of the most delicious flame grilled chicken and that too at an amazing price. Everything was very fresh. The peta bread came straight from the oven and their signature hot sauce was one of the best. Keep up the good work. I will visit again when I am really starving.

I was so happy to see oporto that i use to eat in Australia was so good the price is higher then australia as it was but it was like restaurant nice cozy place i like it the food taste was so good they change the menu but the bondi burger was same

Both me and my wife ordered the Bundi burger as it was recommended by the waitress however, it wasn’t good at all and had a strange taste to it. Also we ordered the jalapeño bites which was like eating into wood, it was the strangest jalapeño bites I have ever tasted.
I really had high hopes when I saw the reviews but was truly shocked with the taste I wish they improve.

Excellent food and service, Bondi burger is the Hit in this restaurant. Everyone in my family liked it. Also the Chicken Cheese burger. Thank you for all the staffs specially Vanessa who suggested us the Bondi Burger. We will come back again

You cant beat this place when it comes to terrible service. There is no clarity to their customers on what must be done prior entering the restaurant.

In this part of the world we are so used to being served at tables especially in a diner concept resto.

Firstly, upon entering there was no one to attend (ok its a friday evening and understand its busy time) then when a lady realized we are waiting to be attended too (because it sort off looked full from the outside and being covid, we waited at the entrance) she then asked table for how many and places us at a table. Ok the table didnt look really clean and the sofa area had crumbs on its, we then didnt want to be annoying customer and cleaned it ourself with the tissue Pack i had in my bag and used a bit of the sanitizing bottle on the table.
Then we are kept waiting for someone to come to us - generally thats what a customer would expect BUT "HEY NO! " we litterally were waiting to see anyone around to attend and notice their servers going around but not bothered to ask if we wanted some help. Anyways, not to over exaggerate but we then litterally had to voice ourselves out to ask and then the guy would say "oh you need to place your order at the counter, we dont take orders at table"" Oookaaay! Fine!
would have appreciated that this information was told to us at start prior entering the restaurant by their staff.

Secondly, its funny to see how a restaurant like this doesnt offer bottomless refill for coke, sprite, fanta.
Funnily when asked one of the staff had said Yes we can do you a favor and give and then when actually wanted a refill it was like "oh sorry you have to pay another AED 12 for a drink"

Thirdly, we had to keep asking (ok this was really annoying)
We had to ask for plates, for cutlery for extra tissues and there was also no condiments or sauce at the table!

Fourthly, the food was good no doubt about it and the rating was only for the food and sadly would have loved to give more but with poor management and lack of customer service skills from the staff you cant expect this restaurant run here in Dubai/UAE.

After we were done we honestly wanted to sarcastically ask the restaurant if they wanted their customers to even wash the dishes we used.to such low scale service we were being offered.

The ladies in the restaurent a filipino and an african origin lady were the only shining stars and were kind and friendly but the rest were just bluntly absurd, rude or didnt care to serve or attend since we were brown skin customers.

I would rather ask them to go with an IKEA concept - take in your own tray slide in counter to counter to get what you want to order and then lastly pay at the end for what you have in your tray. Done! Life is so simple!

We were invited to a tasting that consists of Oporto’s bests and it was DELICIOUs. The original sauce just had the right amount of spice.

Had the chance to try their portuguese style grilled chicken and did not regret it. I tried their half chicken box combo which includes 2 sides. The chicken was juicy and tasty. You have 4 choices of bastings. Had a great meal and on top of that, i received a free Bondi Burger and it was awesome too. Will definitely come back.

We had an excellent dinner "Bondi Burger" my fav one for my friends birthday. The dinner set was fantastically delicious, supported by a warm, friendly and prompt service by Vanessa. Thank you so much for making this day and the dinner a memorable one. Keep up the good work!
