I contacted Optimus for CV rewriting with specific requirements, unfortunately the CV was wrote serving completely different purposes from what I requested, as if it was just copy paste from typical resume in the field. Add to that, there was delay in the service and zero follow up on my feedback or whether the CV had met my requirements or no.
Very unprofessional work especially with the rates they are charging.

Not recommedned. Resume you get after spending their premium charges, will be in very basic template. They build by including relevant keywords but the final format will not be appealing.

Did get any response from anyone, guess they are either too busy to e even send an apology since couple of months or they are very picky about whom they want to serve.

Mine could be an isolated issue but personally I felt neglected so not recommending them.

Mr. Sujit is highly professional in his work.

I chose Optimus professional CV online, based on their reviews. Sourcing a service provider globally was not the easiest task however after my initial conversation with Sujit I knew I made the right decision. Their customer service is outstanding. They were very responsive and efficient. Sujit was very helpful and provided great suggestions for improving my resume and cover letter and my first draft only required minor adjustments to make perfection.

Not so good service. Their CV writing service is not as advertised; its mostly basic templates, which are available on internet for free. They just replace the text. Also, there were many grammatical errors in the content. In addition the timeline of delivering the CV is not followed - there is lot of delay. They charge 400AED for CV and 100 AED for cover letter - which is very high for the service quality they offer. Above all, I think it is not a company; but run by a single person called Mr. Sujith. Writing it in detail as I don't want anyone else to lose money.

Usually I am wary about businesses with all good star ratings. What impressed me most is when I spoke with the team, they were honest and told me we have both good and bad reviews you can check both, but the good outnumber the weak ones:).
