Oregano Al Furjan

I would like to leave a thank you to Joey, the manager at the al furjan branch for handling a glitch in my order through delivero which led to miscommunication with another staff member in another branch!

But Joey was a great listener and handled the whole situation so well, he clearly takes his role seriously and was adamant to provide solutions right away.

And the pizza was

Good Italian themed restaurant in Al Furjan Area. Food is good, we took the pasta truffles and bbq pizza. Food serving size is also good. They serve complimentary bread with sun dried tomato and olives - this sets the mood. Atmosphere is good.

Food is bad, blend and not tasty at all. I told them, and they told me salt and pepper are on the table if you want

As a lactose intollerant, I asked about fried Camalari, they told me they are fried in the same oil as mozzarella sticks. Nor healthy nor hygienic at all!

We got pasta and my friends wanted parmesan on the side, they charged us extra for it.

Definitely find another place to eat. Never coming here again

Used to be my favorite Italian restaurant, but honestly I will never step into Oregano again in my life.

Oregano has an offer every tuesday for buy 1 get 1 pizza or pasta, which is a nice deal, you go home after a long day at work and enjoy a pizza with a movie with your spouse or family.

Then starts the new rules, you cant take the food home, you must eat it at the restaurant, I said ok, dissapointed of course, but what to do.

Comes yesterday the 24th of October, after finishing my first plate, the staff informed that only for yesterday they will be kind enough to let me take the 2nd meal home, and that in the future I must eat both plates at the venue.

What kind of policies are these! Who cares if you make great food if your customer experience and atmoshphere is a disaster?

You want to increase footfall in the venue? Then work on the customer experience, congrats, you just lost a customer.

Honestly I felt extremely uncomfortable with all these restrictions and policies every single time.

I wont set foot in Oregano again, and hopefully make sure that none of my friends do.

Very bad attitude of manager here he don't know how to talk he use very bad language with me and come out from the shop for fighting with me

The pastas are really creamy and saucy and it tastes awesome big Cheers for the amazing chef over there and the service staffs are so polite and humble, took feedbacks and concerns too so that can bring more improvements in their foods. Altogether marvellous experience.

Me and my colleagues had an amazing dinner in Oregano. The staff was so accommodating. Food is some what OK. Lucky to have a parking just in front of the store

Absolutely dead atmosphere no music no lights no service. You have to call for a waiter 3 times or even enter the kitchen look for them. Very unmotivated staff, the food was not bad but not like it used to be. Either up your game and improve or let another better pizza place open instead. I am really disappointed.

Never try the lasagna. Actually its a lasagna without lasagna inside!
When i asked why the lasagna is like this, they didn’t answer properly, the only thing they mentioned was this is their way to cook that!

Very peaceful restaurant, superb taste. We had pasta and pizza, both were amazing. Went there twice, their dips are also remarkable.

We had dinner tonite frm Oregano tonite. Terribly disappointed with the quality of what was served. My Buritta Salad had 90 percent tomatoes, 7 percent cucumber and remaining 3 percent maybe some green leaves.the price was 45 dhs, but what i got on the plate wld hav been worth 10 dhs. Extremely ppor food, and terrible service

Ordered for white sauce pasta but turned out to be extra dry.wpuld not recommend it further.inspite of specifically mentioning more of a gravy than a pasta

I visited this Branch of oregano on a Tuesday, when they had their Buy 1 Get 1 free offer, on pizzas and pastas. I ordered the Penne Arrabiatta, Fusilli alla Norma, fettuccine carbonara and the Margherita. The food was sufficient for 5 people, and our bill was well under AED100. The food in general was good, the fettuccine being a personal favorite. The restaurant was clean and the service was also good.

Great pasta, cooked perfectly and tastes great. Perfect option in the area for vegetarians and non-veg eaters with an Italian menu. Great entry into the world of Italian food.

Oregano- Al furjan, One of my favourite Joints for Italian food. Super clean, well lit, and this place has both indoor and outdoor dining arrangements. They deserve all the 5 stars for their service. I have noticed that they have happy hours (non peak hours) with buy 1 and get 1 free and a all new 2021-22 menu. I had been to this place several times. I like the decor/presentation of the food here. It's Good here.

Very good Italian food. They have a nice branch here in the Furjan community. The servers are friendly and efficient. The food comes quickly, and the choice is fantastic. The restaurant is cosy (we came for dinner). Ravioli, bolognaise, seafood linguine and pizza were very good. Only complaint is that the food is overpriced for what it is. Apart from that, I would recommend it!

The Pizza is authentic the service was amazing, the Waitress "Aderonke" was very nice and welcoming will come back for sure. Best pizza in town

Cozy place and the food has consistently tasted great.
Roy is one of the friendliest and energised waiters around there.

We were served by Ibrahim from Nigeria who was extremely welcoming and professional with his demeanor. I as a General Manager would recommend him a definite promotion for his positive attitude.

The food was simply amazing as always.

I had a very negative experience in the Furjan branch last Friday August 7th. As I went to the store to pick up my to-go order and pay for it. A male staff member (who is relatively new) declined to use my contactless credit card by tapping the machine as he claimed that there is a problem with the tap functionality. I accepted that, inserted my card and tried my PIN 3 times but didn't work (despite that I am sure it wasn't a wrong PIN) and the machine screen showed a message saying PIN locked. I thought there is a problem with the machine or the connection, so I paid in cash and left. 3 days later, my bank calls me for fraudulent transactions on my card. That moment, I realized that I never got a declined receipt from the machine and that the story of the staff didn't add up.

It’s worth only ZERO star. Don’t even wanna waste time writing any further. Stay away from this place.

Horrible service - the staff doesn't even smile or actually care about the customer. The burrata pizza with cauliflower crust was awful and tastes like cold, soggy chapatti. The starters were very average too. Please don't waste your time here.
