Oregano restaurants, Town square

Always been the biggest fan of Oregano’s and had great experiences specifically at this branch. Unfortunately experienced horrendous service on the 11/02. The manager spoke to us in an incredibly demeaning way. Tried to order the pasta deal and was recommended a pasta that wasn’t included in the deal because it’s a ‘chef special’ however this wasn’t clearly clarified or communicated in a mature manner. When trying to discuss, the manager would interrupt and spoke extremely rudely. We walked out as this is completely unacceptable!

This place never disappoints! We have tried most of the whole menu by now and we have liked all dishes. Good quality and portions are great, and it’s not expensive at all. Average priced for main dish 60AED.
The service is also great!
Paul at the town square location will take good care of you. I highly recommend Oregano.

The service is alright but the food ain't it.
I dont know if its just me but tomatoes and cheese doesn't always land.

The cheese wasn't the tastiest and tomatoes were not diced well enough to be bite sized pieces.

This is my first visit to this branch, i would recommend staying away as the food is not great (pasta white sauce watery, pasta not cooked well, chicken was overcooked). I have informed the manager but he simply escaped without solution. My kids and i will not go there anymore.

I'm came here for dine in but manager behavior is very bad they don't know how to speak with customers & delivery guy. Delivery guy is very innocents but manager very bad behavior with her very bad very dislike

Oregano Townsquare has got to be the BEST branch in Dubai. Sooraj does his best to ensure eveyr order is personalised to the customers specifications. Food is fresh, wholesome and delicious. Couldn't recommend them more. They're on chat food, deliveroo and talabat or you can simply pop in to the store for a wonderful garden experience as you dine outside. Well Done Oregano Townsquare, keep up the superb service and EXCELLENT management. 5 stars for you!

First time trying this place and as far as what I've ordered I'm very satisfied with the food. Kuya Aldrind suggested a bundle offer for us to enjoy. Will definitely go back

The worst service with the worst people working inside the restaurant, Ive never seen non-professional business like it

When you have craving for Italian, go there and order anything from the menu without giving second thought and you will get truly authentic Italian taste.
