Oregano Restaurants, The Villa

I'm a very loyal client to this restaurant, I have been ordering from years, but this experience really made me off. I did an order and I understand that there are bad weather conditions, so I had expected that the delivery time will be more, after 1 hour and 30 mins decide to call and see what is the status. And I decided to cancel and the person who answered give me wrong instructions to cancel the order as I did the orderd through an app. After an other 20 mins to call back and inform him that he should cancel by his side which he did and when told him that he could do this from the beginning instead of waisting another 20 mins after waiting 1.30 hours he hang up the call in my face. Really unprofessional and didn't expected on this behaviour.

It’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes, I’m still waiting for my order. I tried calling the place for 20 minutes straight before someone finally picked up. And what does the guy do? He puts me on hold for 5 minutes to “check the order” and then forgets about me and hangs up! No call back, no apology, nothing. Worst service I’ve experienced so far in Dubai.

I came to restaurant now we ordered few menus, it was very expensive and pizza had a running oil, I would not recommend anyone this. For this kind of taste don't deserve this price

The place is cozy to sit, but always there is delay for serving the food, appetizers came last, and the cashier didn't mention the B1G1 Tuesday until I ask him about.so unprofessional and cheap gesture.

Very pour quality food at high price! The chicken and mushrooms you see are the only one in a dish of linguini (and received wrong pasta type). Pour in sauce as well. Last time I have ordered pizza I didn’t make a picture to post. No freaking cheese and very few ingredients. Even the tomato souse was almost o.just plenty of bread

For me- It is 1 of the worse quality I have found in a Italian restaurant

Love the food, but I’ve never had worse service.

Waited over 15 minutes to get seated early on a Saturday night (while the restaurant was almost empty), waited 30 minutes for a server, over an hour for the food, 45 minutes for the bill, and then another 25 minutes for change. They also overcharged us for things we did not order.

The manager was rude and the overall experience was awful. There was a table of teenagers yelling and playing shooting games on their phones at full volume - and he could tell people were uncomfortable, but did nothing about it. A whole table got up and left before even ordering because it was so unpleasant. He does not care about the customers at all.

Great customer service by the staff. The pizzas looked and tasted so much better then the famous pizzas chains. They ensured timely delivery of the pizzas for our daughter’s bday party. All our guests enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Well… its not 100% italian taste but its okay for a quick meal. Their prices are a bit high. I would however recommend the Caprese Salad.

Avoid the pizza and go for the Pasta and Risotto. Although the Risotto needs a bit of salt and pepper to it.

Their customer service is really good and the decoration of the place is super cool. Atmosphere gets 10/10. But the food taste needs to be seriously upgraded.

This is a lovely Italian feels authentic and the menu is good they do special deals on certain days. The pizza and pasta are spot on

Food is super nice, stuff are very polite and friendly, but the location looks very sad and it's a bit small.

I was in the Villas area and discovered this little gem for lunch. I enjoyed the mushroom and truffle soup as well as the chicken parmigiana. The friendly staff also provided me with bread when I was waiting for my meal. On the menu were ligurian specialties so I would like to come back and try them on my next visit.

They have a huge menu with a variety of food to offer. Definitely one of the better garlic breads that I have had. Their truffle pizza is top notch. The risotto was flavorful as well. Been there once and ordered twice and the food never disappointed. Reasonably priced as well.

First time dining in as we usualy order take away from here. Food was tasty and service was friendly and efficient. Very reasonably priced as well.

The place is very nice, ambiance is amazing. Great place if you want to go for a quite date, food is average. Waiters needs to warn customers that the sprinklers may be switched on and spray whoever is sitting near the green area’s.

It was good experience, lil expensive but ambiance and taste wise OK. I will go next time as well will try different pizza hope they will improve the quality. And i belive they will have discounts for regular customers.
Its good to have noice pizza joint in locality

They have a fantastic mint-lemonade drink. Delicious! I've been there a few times and the food and setting are still a favourite.

Delicious pizza, I liked the matador pizza more than the chicken divola one. The interior is simple but nice. It’s a quiet community restaurant
