So desappointed… I made an order on Sunday evening for a delivery on monday from 6 pm to 8 pm. I received a call at 7.40 pm to inform me that my order couldn’t be delivered.
I was understanding to the delay and we agreed to postpone it until 6 pm.today. It’s 7 pm and I'm still waiting for my order!
I tried to call but no answer, I sent a message but not distributed… so this is the only place where I can express my dissatisfaction

I recently visited Organic Foods & Café and tried their bulletproof coffee and organic pizza, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The café itself has a charming ambiance with a clean and inviting atmosphere.

The bulletproof coffee was a standout for me. Made with organic coffee beans, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil, it had a rich and smooth flavor that was truly satisfying. The energizing effects of the high-fat content provided a much-needed boost for my day, keeping me focused and alert.

Like the name, there a lots of organic and healthy food. BUT the most i like is the cafe inside here.

You can get nice coffee and eat the healthy food here.

Great quality produce, meat and even a section in the back with special products. The butcher attached to it is also great quality.

We often order a bulk pickup order from them (order in advance only) then add a few extras.

Prices are high but worth for a few of your favourite items

محل لبيع المواد العضويه. هناك تحسن واضح في التعامل مع الجمهور ولكن الاسعار مرتفعه قليلا. عن المحلات الاخري. ولكن افضل منها في بعض الاشياء. هناك خصومات اعتقد شهريه او اسبوعيه. وفي المناسبات…في السابق كان هناك تنوع اكثر …المخبز يحتاج الي تطوير ومراجعة الاسعار حتي لو كان عضوي. برماح المكافاة ليس عملي يحتاج الي تطوير ومراجعه…هذا راي شخصي من خلال التعامل.

Cafe/Restaurant was good.

I came on a Friday to have their set brunch for 99aed (+20% off on their special weekends), and boy was I blown away by the food served! Amazing value as its all you can eat and all you can drink (including hand crafted espresso drinks). The bacon (beef) wrapped beans and the falafel were my favourite dishes. The best part of it all, is that the food is all organic, the decor is beautiful and the service was great. After your meal you can walk around and buy your weekly round of organic groceries. We will be back!?

Best eatery and market for organic food, you can even use the ready made food corner and they will heat and serve you in restaurant. Food pricing is average but grocery prices are bit pricey. Although they have now discount center in next store and the pricing are cheap but limited items are available on sale. Recommended to try.

Good value for organic foods. Slightly limited selection of foods & staff are really helpful but could be better trained on the products offered.

Infused oils & seasonings are so much cheaper than the same product in some of the Dubai supermarkets.

If you are into organic products, Check it out. You can only save as you shop.

Love this store! Great location with ample parking. Has all the organic products you could possibly need and want. Staff are friendly and professional, they always go out of their way to help you with your needs.

Changed my review from 4-star (last year) to 2-star. Quality of products has significantly reduced - specially the Organic Larder brand. Any product from any brand that was good and selling, they copy and replace with their own Organic Larder brand. We have found couple of times bad products (pasta with insects, coconut oil with rotten smell, etc.). This was a great place earlier - but now I go here only for select products and I avoid the Organic Larder brand.

محل ممتاز والمنتجات ذات جودة عالية ومتنوعه للي يحب يهتم بصحته وصحة عائلته وكذلك للي يشتكون من بعض الأمراض وحساسية الاكل والإضافات في الأكل المتوفر في باقي محلات السوبر ماركت، اتمنى إضافة مخبوزات خالية من الجولاتين والتي تصلح للأطفال الذين يعانون من حساسية الجولاتين بالإضافة إلى المنتجات الخالية من الجولاتين المتوفرة حالياً في المحل، في الختام أنصح بزيارة المحل وتجربة منتجاته.

Used to be good. Now many non-organic and poor quality products. Any good product they replace with home brand Organic Larder. They are now making the brand business.this store is not good anymore.

I don't know what is happening to your company but the past months are comprised of double charging (in-store shopping), error in invoicing (in-store shopping), delivery of rotten products and moldy produce (from online shopping)! This photos are taken 24th and 25th April 2021. I edited my previous review of your company from 4star to 1star. This is not acceptable especially not when I spend thousands and thousands in your store.

It says they close at 10 pm. It's 8: 30 PM on a Saturday and they're closed, waste of my time.

Good place to buy organic items, with about 4000 products (they claim). Pretty much a one stop place for a kitchen. They have created sections like vegetable, confectionary, milk products, grains, meat n fish, beauty area etc.

They do have a CAFE inside with good breakfast option - European style. Fridays n Saturdays used to be crowded.

Cost wise - vegetables are a little pricey but i am sure those will have a lot of nutrients being organic.

You order online a day before for pick up your order after you reach the location you find out that the item is out of stock. Then you call their head office. Staff does not care at all and no sense of customer service whatsoever. You talk to the manager there he clearly said its not his problem that the item out of stock but online item is there he said ots not my problem its developer problem. I believe its my problem that i have ordered from your company. Plus my issue is not woth out of stock item but its for that manager that i spoke to even he did not listen to my complain he did not even ask my name! I work in FNB industry common sense your team they don't have totally waste of time and clearly the manager require proper training of handling guest complain and proper phone answering etiqette. Shame on you guyz

Unfortunately my recent experiences are very disappointing from double invoice charges in-store, wrong charges in-store and delivery of rotten and moldy produce via online shopping. After years and years of spending thousands in your shop, this is not acceptable. Moldy produce are also a food security issue so I find it appalling that it even reached me.

Obviously all products are genuinely organic and little bit expensive, I always feeling the problem going to shop it’s little hard if we r going to bus or metro.because these shop is not located near as metro station.yeh If we have own vehicles or going to Taxy it’s ok.

I did online ordering and was surprised I was charged dh 52 for delivery. At no point was I told about this hidden charge. A rip off I must admit

Eating or shopping for high quality products-Organic Foods & Cafe is the place to be. The food and drinks at the cafe is organic, healthy, fresh, nutritious, flavorful and tasty. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is helpful and efficient.

المكان بشكل عام رائع ويوفر منتجات عضوية والبعض منها عالية الجودة والأسعار بعضها جيد مقابل السلعه وبعضها غالي لكن أفضل وقت للتبضع عندهم في وقت العروض والخصومات ولدي ملاحظة للفرع بأن يهتموا لاضاءة المحل بالخارج للأسف المحل مظلم من الخارج لدرجه ظننت بأن المحل مغلق! او يتم فيه الصيانة لكن بعدها اكتشفت ان المحل مفتوح! وشكرآ

If you are looking for a wide variety of organic food then you'll definitely want to stop by at Organic Foods and Cafe! Not only is the food organic but the customer service in store is exceptional! I just stopped by in the store by chance yesterday but I will definitely be going back again and again!

Great place to pick up organic food but get ready to shell out some cash if you want to follow this lifestyle.

Very bad experience. I am buying from this place from last 5 years or may be since they started but for a small request of exchange they were rude. I paid for the product and left the shop by leaving the product on counter which was suppose to return and no courtesy to ask me to take it back and they kept it with them. Even I said I promise I won’t buy from you anymore but they ddint care. This is pity. It’s not about 30.75 dirhams worth of product but the way they treated me was completely disappointing.

My favorite organic shop in dubai. I love their biltong and fresh turkey. It’s expensive but 20% discount every 3rd weekend helps.

They have a nice breakfast on budget with a good selection. Nice to drop by when hungry on a budget.

A good choice for people looking for organic food and other daily use products. Ideally located by the side of Sheikh Zayed Road. The place has organic fruits, vegetables, drinks, snacks, skin care products etc. Prices are reasonable. There are also live coffee counters also as far as I could remember.

Overpriced for the quality. Service not great. I feel it was better when I last visited a couple of years ago.
