Worst delivery. You never know when your order will be delivered. It can easily be delivered earlier or later confirmed time window. Items in an order can be replaced without any confirmation with not even close alternative and it’s quite difficult to get a refund later.

Disgusting work of the staff who handle online orders! It is the pikers of this store who make mistakes every time when ordering and bring the wrong goods that I ordered. They write off twice as much money as the goods cost!

Its a new branch store. Nice store.
I think management needs to pay attention to the fridge product a bit.

Never got an order within the timeframe, never! This time when finally I receive my items an hour later than requested, I had to return all back as they were in a liquid form instead of solid or frozen! Unfortunately no one bothered to pick up the calls on duty mobile, land line number published here is not a working number at all. Really sad.

Way too expensive! 2 small pieces of tempeh nearly 40dhs.

It's a bit of a dud to be honest. It's a great store but not like the other organic stores. IF you are South African and are looking for the authentic stuff for braai like we have at home, it's better to try the other branches that serve the wider SELECTION as those cater for everything. Not all the products are here and don't cater for our specific tastes which just makes its like any other store in my opinion, nothing special here. Organic stores are special as they usually cater for a wide variety of populations and this one just doesn't. A let down really. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the store is sub par unfortunately

Very poor customer service. I was redirected from website to whatsapp simply asking about the product I am looking for. The person didn't want to make a little effort with helping me and immediately gave me the landline number to check by myself. What is the whatsapp for then? Moreover the conversation was far from a good customer service standards.

Asking full details of customers to just avail the esaad discount! You have to register and fill up all your details just to enable esaad discount to be availed!

Don’t even bother stopping in. They don’t have all the products that the other stores have. Dubai land is the only one I have been to. That being said I do you like the other store.

One of my favorite organic shops in Dubai. The produce is fresh, staff is friendly. Glad to see the new store near Al Barsha Pond Park.
