Organic Foods & Cafe

I enjoy their biltong and have been buying for many years. Had a lousy and sour experience today when I drove all the way across Dubai to make a purchase only to be told they had no change for cash. Granted I was paying with a 1000 aed bill but was actually told that their "machines" don't take new notes (not sure what this has to do with me as its valid UAE currency). Was very patient but after a staff member went to the bank (right next door) and still couldn't solve getting change and then offering to give me back in 5 and 10 aed notes (ridiculous), I had to abandon my purchase. Dissapointing: (

Love this place. Every 3rd Sunday they have a 20% off deal, so a great shop to stock up on all of your meat (they sell the best pork in Dubai). Recently started selling Japanese Wagyu here too, which you can get a 200g packet for like 70 dizzas! Really good bakery stuff as well and all round a fantastic shop.

I like this company but I never order because it is always a very stressful experience for me. Things are always out of stock, I have never been able to place an order without at least 1 item out of stock.this is so hectic and time consuming as i then need to go look for that specific item in another shop. Companies like Kibs*n never have such issues! What you see on their website is what you get. IFC really need to manage their inventory better, this is the #1 reason we dont order from them. Also the app is super slow. I hope the owner reads this review and changes things for 2023.

Always my favorite of all the OFC Stores! Maybe it’s the layout? Not too big and not too small? And Mr Ali the manager is always in hand to keep an eye on things…

To be honest we have been going to this supermarket since 5 years ago and today was the worst day ever in the five years we have been buying all our groceries from, The manager Aly is the worst manager ever they shouted at me because I wanted to purchase something for 9.50 AED and they didn't have change for a note of 200 AED and I was asked that they don't want me to buy the cans because I don't have change to pay my bill!
It's a shame for the business owner to trust such a person with managing the supermarket while he is treating the clients the way he treated me and my wife, I AM NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I WILL SPREAD THIS REVIEW ON ALL PLATFORMS!

Cafe is nice. They have good and well priced meat products and appreciate the effort towards sustainability. They also offer refill options for cleaning products and other household items.

Unfortunately, as one can expect in Dubai, most sustainable options are not cheap. Expect fresh fruit and veg to cost a lot more here!

It was really good food, but is same to be staff are not happy or not interested to service customers, cashier alwas taking to ech other in their language, egnoring customers, its not good at all

Its a good option for to get bio and organic food. Obviously the only option in/at Barsha Heights (Dubai Internet City) = time is changing for those who like to change their way of life more sustainable.

Disappointed in shelves organization. Very difficult to find what you want.the smell of the food was too much. It didn't look very clean in general they r going for a dirty farm look.well sorry this is food we need to feel clean.no sugar free products and if they existed did not find them

Probably the only reliable place for real organic groceries in Dubai. Haven't tried the cafe as yet but will add to this review after I do.

Lots of choices for organic products, clean, great staff and you can order ahead for a pickup - for the shop side. Reserved parking available.

Decent food, drinks and products at a price that is not for penny pinchers. I can safely say that I have never bought a product with which I was dissatisfied with later in terms of taste, quality etc. So money well spent.

Went today for their breakfast which is 39 AED, you get a cup of tea or coffee and all you can eat buffet. Which includes salad, bakery, mushrooms, baked beans and fruits. Will definitely visit again!

Well the supermarket is actually not that bad, but I tried out the cafe brunch from 8am to 11am for AED39 and it was horrible. First, when we went in, there should be people serving us our preferred eggs and drinks, but no one came. Other than that, the table was not cleaned because of a lack of waiters. Also, the food provided had rather less choices at a very standard quality. I will visit again but maybe very rarely and I would not recommend to other friends or relatives.

If you are looking for organic products, better to visit the store. Best choice of products from dry goods to vegetables, meat, fruits etc.the prices are bit expensive. The shop is located in Jumeriah road towards to Burj Al Arab area. Basement parking is available and it's free up to two (02) hours

The brunch at the cafe is something you must not miss out on. They have both the options of taking the unlimited brunch or having the limited weigh and pay. Was pleasantly surprised with their vegan weekend last week. They have it on the last weekend of every month. Even though I'm not a vegan, the food was delicious and I did not regret my decision of trying it out. They have a lot of variety in salads, refreshing drinks, the main course is a great spread too. Favorite part was the dessert - the dark chocolate cake and the matcha cheesecake were absolutely divine. If you opt for the buffet brunch, there is complimentary tea/coffee etc. Will highly recommended their brunch, a must try. A special mention to the staff working, who are always smiling and attentive to your needs.

Great supermarket with endless options of organic and fair trade food. Marked up from slightly more than in other shops, but at least you're guaranteed to find exactly what you're looking for. Also, they have amazing carrot cake!

Quite surprised they did not have cauliflower rice. However a manager suggested a place to try in the city.

This is my favorite restaurant and grocery store in all of Dubai. It has a great selection of produce and healthy food, but the real gem is the cafe! They have pizza, salads, soups and more that are all freshly made and customizable. The servers are so friendly and the chef is very kind. All in all it’s a place full of positive energy that has delicious food!

Big variety. We enjoyed a meal at their Deli. Friendly staff. Price is reasonable. They have really great Boerewors!

Everyone thinks it's organic, very crowded tonight because of the 25% discount but I still think it's way overpriced but I also have to mention that the staff are happy & friendly and exceptionally helpful & almost everyone I asked, knew exactly what & where each product was, unlike all other Supermarkets in Dubai were language is the main barrier

A cafe that tries to attract vegan customers but seems recently they have all meat options on their lunch buffet and then the next day they offer a vegan brunch. They want our business but then when we come on other days there is nothing for those that are healthy and care to make dinning choices that are positive for the environment. Been coming here for 9 years but quickly this cafe is getting worse and I will take my business to the many other cafes opening that cater to plant base
