The shop is clean, tidy and well stocked. The assistant who served us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing place! The shop has have hight quality products, as well as bio dynamic!
Delicious frozen berries, fresh local chicken liver, nice eggs and meats, different brands coconut water ️️ and many more nice organic products for every taste plus super sweet personnel!

Ps: and the cafe has very delicious organic breakfast options as well as keto friendly! Even desserts if you crave some.

We did our groceries at this branch for the first time today and were walking away when we checked the receipt and realised we were overcharged for our 4 boxes of coconut water. Instead of keying in for 48 bottles (12 bottles x 4 boxes), the cashier had wrongly calculated it in her head and had actually keyed in 84 bottles! So we went back and showed them the receipt and after a lot of confusion by both cashiers and more than 30 minutes later, they finally gave us back 272 dhs in cash, without so much as an apology or a single sorry from any of them! Had we not checked we would have paid almost 300 more for nothing!

We acknowledge that you made a mistake but the least you could do was offer an apology! I also overpaid once for a compact powder at the Greens branch and we had already driven off but were luckily still nearby, and at least the cashier apologised. Not sure we want to go back to this branch but something needs to be done about customer service and the cashier system! This is like the 3rd time we have overpaid - there was another incident at The Village Mall branch where the cashier charged us 1 extra box of carrot juice, and we had to come back another day to claim the amount.

Management - you guys need to do something about manually keying in items for bottles of juice or coconut water! There should be a barcode for the entire box or some fool-proof way so cashiers don't have to calculate in their heads how many bottles to key in! Either that or train your cashiers properly. We have overpaid 3 times now so there's clearly a problem that needs to be solved without customers having to check the receipts and being inconvenienced!

I never have a good experience at this location. I love the products tho. I usually buy my vitamins from this location and every week I go in I have this guy following me around even so I tell him 10 times I need no help. He says he will help me hold the items, I said to him “NO THANK YOU, bring some baskets so we can put our items in the basket”. Thing is they have no knowledge beyond of what’s in stock and what not so they can’t actually help. I spend a lot of time as I read the labels and wanna make sure I buy the right stuff. I find it intimidating someone following me around in a very tight space for the sake of “holding my items”. Then there’s problems at the check out. The items prices are different than what I’m told. The member of staff said it’s a system issue, which of course never gets sorted so I end up with the same frustrations every single time. I wrote to OFC but no joy or hope for an answer. Anyways I don’t recommend this branch unless of course you ok with being followed around like you’re going to steal something.

Im a regular customer of Organic cafe. I dont know about the cafe part but I love the supermarket part as I can find vegetables, fruits, breads, cereals, meat, pulses, sauces, juices, snacks and many other stuff. And they also have offers.

Fantastic groceries with with proven origin. Often cheaper than Waitrose and Spinney’s (especially on sale weekends) and of better quality. The cafe offers wonderful food. Very nice staff, lovely ambiance, and in general my destination for grocery shopping.

Despite maps information on the opening hours, it’s been open till 23: 00, not midnight. The Security was nice to tell me that 15 minutes before but the cashier was really unhappy and not nice when I came to pay 10 minutes to 23: 00 when it is supposed to be open still. I also was asked to pay for the quinoa I spilt because I was in a hurry after the announcement, which is fine by me but I’d have higher expectations of the place which is by far is not cheap. All in all, my experience was rather unpleasant and I don’t think I’d come back.
