Quite a hidden gem. Sizable organic supermarket with fresh, frozen and lasting food and a few extras, like organic pork.

This branch unfortunately doesn't have a café as the name might suggest.

I was charged for items that I did not receive and also was sent larger quantities of items that I did not order. I’ve contacted the branch multiple times for a response. Usually they are very good but for some reason they are not replying at all. It’s been a most frustrating process. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last year without any issues so not sure what has happened now.

The store has good products, but the attitude of an employee (Philipina lady), provoked me and made me decide to stop shopping. It is Friday, noon time and no customers in the store except me. I was excited to see organic oil fragrances. I asked her are there any testers, she said, “No” and left. I explained to her kindly, how can I choose from them, she answered with attitude, people buy it without testers. I choose to to pay for the species I already had in my basket and leave, noting I still didn’t finish exploring the store products. I went to the cashier and she came and told to wait again with attitude. To sum up, she has zero experience in customer services, not like the other Indian workers who were very welcoming when I entered the store, and felt part of the place so I can’t deny they made me feel to buy more. However, she gave me bad experience in such unique store, hope I don’t see such attitude in any other branches.

Everything is organic, sustainably sourced or fair fair trade.
It’s a great supermarket that’s part of s small chain,
They stick everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to meat, baked items and even cleaning products.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

The best collection for organic food lovers, and more importantly, irrespective of the diet u wanna follow. Keto, vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, u name it and they have it

The shop timing shows its open till 10 pm. I drove for 20 min, I reached at 8.30 pm to find the store is closed. Such a small mistake causing such bad experience. I can only imagine how many people experienced this hardship and didn't report it.

When I checked out they ask me box or bag?
