Out of all the Medical Centres I've visited for physiotherapy, Dr Sam's sessions have been the most exceptional. He motivates you to go beyond your limits. The gym equipment is brand new and very user-friendly. Additionally, clean towels and water are provided free of charge.

0% time management, gave people appoint and the doctor is not in the clinic.very bad service

Great experience with Dr. Karl, also I must give a shout out Dr. Asma (CEO) fantastic customer experience management skills

شكوى الركبة وآلامها.

لم يتم فحص الركبة ولا مشاهدتها ولا الاستماع إلينا جيدا. حاولت التكلم للاستفسار عن بعض الغموض لم أعط فرصه. للأسف فقط اعتمد على تصوير رنين من شهر تقريبا.

The best Medical Centre for physiotherapy I've had all my sessions with Sam. He pushes you over the limit. The gym equipment is new and it can be used very easily. Clean Towels and water are free.

I’ve been suffering from lifter’s elbow in both my elbows for over a year now & just in a few sessions Dr. Sara helped me relieve the pain almost completely, highly recommend visiting her for any sports injuries!

I have visited the Orthocure Medical Center and met Dr. Ali Al Balushi (consultant of orthopedic surgery), as I have knee and leg pain, and Dr. Ali, who was very professional in his reception and treatment of me, recommended that I be treated through physiotherapy sessions in the same medical center.
I was contacted and the date for the first session of physiotherapy was set. Dr. Samson Authen attend me on Wednesday 28/9/2022 at 10: 30 am. He asked me where the pain was in the knee, thigh and leg, knowing that I worked physiotherapy sessions for hospitals and medical centers indoor and outdoor and abroad before, where the physiotherapist looks at my file through the computer and sees the x-rays and the doctor’s report until the treatment begins, but Mr. Samson only asked about the location of the pain.
He asked me to lie flat on my stomach and began to install the vibrating wires of electricity on my legs and then began to install the gauge of electrical energy and put hot towels on the electrical wires and then left the room.
After 10 minutes I tried to call him because the pads were hot on my skin, and there was no response by him.
Half an hour later he opened the door and shocked me when he said to me (Are you enjoying)
Enjoying what, what is this illogical question and you left me for a half hour without bothering to ask about me and it is the nature of your work
Personally, I am sorry that a medical center has the best orthopedic consultant, Dr. Ali Al Balushi, who has an employee who deals with patients in this uncivilized way and does not have a concept of his nature and not professionally.

عيادة لعلاج مشكلات العظام ، أطباء أكفاء ، يتم التواصل مع المريض من قبل الموظفين ، لكن للأسف القائم على التنسيق مع شركات التأمين للأسف دائما متأخر في التواصل وانهاء المعاملة من تجربة شخصية واكثر من مرة ولاادري هل السبب من كاونتر الاستقبال ام الموظف لانه للاسف مافي نظام مرتب نفس المراكز الاخرى

I did my ACL surgery with Dr. Saeed. No pain after the surgery, my knee feels so strong for a knee that has just been injured. Thanks dr. Saeed and his staff.

Dr Philippe was one of the best doctors I have visited since living in UAE. He explains everything simply and thoroughly. Sam the physio, who has been treating my shoulder injury, has been a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, all the professionals whom I have dealt with at the clinic genuinely care and want to see improvement (s) in your condition.

Not organise at all. Bad timing. Dr. Saeed was late without any apologies. Gave all patients the same appointment. Not recommend.

Very bad with appointments. Most of the time if you arrive before time or on time. You will wait for maybe 15 minutes as a minimum, sometimes up to 30 or 45 minutes.

تم حذف تعليقي لكن اظل اقول الاطباء ممتازين وخصوصا دكتور رامي وانا تعاملت معه والبقيه كذلك من الاطباء ممتازين جدا والمشكله تكمن في التي تسمى حنيفه في الاستقبال هي من تطفش المراجعين المرضى

Appointments are never on time and if the doctor is late, they don’t inform the patient, I am kept waiting for 1 hour and the reception staff answer with only (the doctor is coming) but no definite time, also the rehabilitation center appointments are shorter than the duration and the physiotherapist leaves the patient for 15-20 minutes with no observation.extremely bad service

Went for follow up, and Dr just kept me and many others waiting and eventually didn't show up and the reicption is very slow and unresponsive.

تحربتي ممتازه مع دكتور رامي في التشخيص والعلاج والمتابعه المشكله في العلاج الطبيعي اخصائية العلاح الطبيعي عالجت ظهري وتسببت في مرض جديد لي في رقبتي والكتوف واليد ورحعت للدكتور رامي مشكورا تم تشخيص حالتي الجديده لكن الطامه الكبرى في الاستقبال في اول علاجي لم ينظمو وقت العلاج ولم يبلغوني ان لي خمس جلسات جديده بالطبع انتهت مدتهم مع التأمين وفي المره الثانيه لم يبلغوني كذلك بالموافقه على جلسات علاج الرقبه والكتف فذهبت الى عياده اخرى واجريت الفحوصات والعلاج لكن تم توقيف علاجي لان جلساتي ما زالت في اورثيور كيور لم يلغوها اتصلت مليون مره للالغاء الاستقبال لا يحترم المريض ابدا خصوصا التى تدعو حنيفه تعاملها سيئ جدا مع المرضى اما الاطباء جميعهم على خلق طيب وامتياز اكيد لا احب العوده اليهم والسبب الاداره غير منظمين
