Orthocure Sportsmed Clinic

I am only giving a one star because there is no option to give zero stars. We had an appointment at 3: 00 pm with Dr Philippe Landreau based on a recommendation. We arrived at 2: 50 and after waiting till 3: 20 we asked them what is the reason of delay? And the answer was that the doctor has arrived late today for unknown reasons and that there are still two patients ahead of us. Meaning that we won’t get in before 3: 40 pm. And worse, they didn’t even care that we got upset as I’m not sure they understand that people’s time is precious too not only doctor’s time. Never again in this clinic and with this doctor. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. They didn’t even care to call the patients to inform them that doctor is late? Or to at least inform the clients when they arrive about expected waiting time? Unprofessional.

I have an excellent experience in this center with Doctor Ali Albloshei.he is very kind.and also physiotherapist CHAIMA, she was very professional and she Care about patients

I had great experience in this center, all staff are very professional, starting with the receptionist (Ms. Asma, Ms. Hajer, and Mr. Mina). My therapist is Dr. Dana, I highly recommend her, she’s very well experienced and takes very good care of her patients.

I visited the clinic today with my elderly mother, we arrived 15 minutes before the appointment as our appointment was at 10am After a very kind receptionist welcomed us and another very kind nurse checked my mom vital sign came the turn of the doctor and then the radiology technician it was a nightmare, maybe the doctor was good as I waited for 2wks and drove more than 30 minutes all went wrong the doctor was so arrogant the tech was not professional.will never go back again.

Sorry to say that because of unprofessional response from receptionist of the clinic she booked me an appointment then she waste my time and effort to come there and unfortunately i surprised that my insurance not eligibale and i couldn't meet dr.philip for follow up although i shared my EmiID in order to confirm what she told me.

وقت الانتظار طويل + دكتور علي البلوشي م عطاني وقت كافي للشرح كان يتنقل من غرفه لغرفه وما شرح لي الحاله رغم اني اتالم ف عني م حبيت صراحه.

Right from the reception with Hajjar, Asna and Mina who are so cordial and warm to the rehab facilities and physio staff you enter an ambiance of calm and assurance. The entire team gives you a feeling of reassurance that you are at the right place.

Knowledgeable and skilled clinicians, along with a friendly staff. Great place for physical therapy.

Amazing place. Second to none. Definitely worth a visit if you have any osteo issues. The whole team and service is amazing.

Doctor Saeed Al Thani welcomed me outside his office and he listened to my complaint, requested the needed test and gave an accurate diagnosis.

I visited Orthocure Clinic in Jumeriah for my spine pain n Dr. Rami took care very well of my treatment and Phsio Dana post care was superb at her work, should take treatment from her only.
