Really bad customer service from Sharjah and Deira branch. No reply on whatsapp from both branches. Delayed delivery from Shj branch and ended up cancelling my order. Same with Deira branch, complete waste of time as they made me wait. Called the mobile number they dont answer, sent voice note no answer. Really poor service. Good reviews are surely paid for. My grocery store has better customer service and quicker delivery time.

Very bad shop
You need to waste 2 hours if you’re going to buy perfume.
It’s just 2 minutes thing pay them and took your items but but but sales person even not listening to you.
He is busy in mixing oil and after you buy and spray it on yourself it will put oil mark on your clothes and even on your skin
Not recommended at all.
First time and last time I’ll never go again to oud world.

OUD WORLD DUBAI. Recently I bought your perfumes after watching your videos on social media. You guys promise stating that it will remain for 24 hrs. Forget about 24 hours it can't even last for 8 hours. Only water nothing else. Even 2 of my friends bought from your deira shop after listening to me. Their reaction was also same like mine. The fragrance will come only when you spray on your body. Bad Quality. Really Not Happy

Very bad experience with them.
Firstly the quality of the perfumes is absolutely bad.
All the reviews here are paid for sure.
Recently went to their store and got to know they dont even mix the oil and alcohol with a hand blender, They just shake it.
Apart from this, the smell of their oils is not even close to the originals.
I think they are selling expired oils which should be considered as garbage in cheap price.
Also i saw some guy who complainted about their 24 hours smell gurantee getting treated very badly, personally.
And their attitude is like take it or leave it since they are selling cheap.
Ane the mixer gel like additive they are adding for "long lasting" even they are not sure what it is. So be careful people.

Perfumes which I had brought from oud World is supper & long lasting. I just loved it. Will visit the store again with my friends.

Few weeks ago bought 4 for 50 aed. Blu de, tom ford, gucci and amber oud ajmal. Except blu de all are long lasting and smells good. Must try
