They are really mean they play with people emotional very badly they will hiri you immediately but once you resign or you got termination they will make you cry, they will hiri people from other countries and the person will work on somebody's else agent code without authority and it's not allowed to use somebody's else agent code, and as you are working with third party you should have proper agent code from the bank, they hold my friend salary since one month hr service is really bad they are lier I don't know why uae government is not taking any action against them worst company

“TRAP” don’t join here its a worst place to join they will hire you easily and Put limited contact and they will force you to resign before 6 month and hold your salary too my friend got trap he was new in UAE, Many friends of me face same issue and they filed case in labor court

Fardeen sir is a good person, he help me. But at the same time pact work with future placement consultancy over Kolkata location, this consultancy totally froud. He took my 10000 rs and also hamper my recent company. So please avoid this company.

Dear friends, pact employemnt is a good company but they have different department that department spoil the name of company. This is my experience from my manager (prithvi raj) he gave me wrong warnning letter with wrong data (in that my targets also different) i rejected the warrning letter suddenly they give me non confirmation letter that also i rejected. These all process is doing with the help of sheena (hr). Suddenly i contact Ashiq Sir, with the help of him i resigned.
This type of manger and hr are spoiling the name of company

Fraud company making money with the hard work of employees and they are not giving settlement cash for employees.

This is not for the Company but for one of the employee who is working for Pact. He agreed to give commission of AED 500 per EIB card. There were 10 cards booked in November 2020 and December 2020. Now when the time of payment comes, this particular employee is giving all the possible reason not to pay. Its been 3 months now not even a single card payment is done. Zeeshan is the name of the employee who is working for EIB under Pact. The agreement was done with a broker house. This is how their employees are hitting their target using other people. We have all the proof related to the Cards booked.

Very good company.they have alot of vanancies specially in bank sector.

They deal with the staff very friendly and all staff is supporting all the time specially shinu

This agency is the worst agency in UAE.
Completely unprofessional because of the bad staff and their working style.

They offer the worst contract in the market with clauses like payment of 7000+ AED in an event of leaving job within a year, They keep the passport also so it is a third class company, They also have a clause that disables you to work for their competitor for a period of 2 years after leaving job, if you plan to join pact employment or any of it's clients then go through their employment contract in details.

Fun place to work. Employees are treated well. Colleagues are of great support and be like a family.

My experience-
1. Line manager behaviour was so bad that I unwanted resigned.
2. While resigning, Mr. Aashiq (HR) provided me all the information that I must get.
3. Top management should interact with employees to know what they are going through.
