To repair an accident, the insurance company has referred Pal Auto for repair.
In general, PAL has done excellent Body & Paint repair, Quality wise. The time taken to complete the work was excellent.

I am very much satisfied with their services, in particular, the managment of the whole process by Mr. Hithin, he is the type of person that goes the extra mile to attain more than the expectation.

I brought my car here with a mechanical issue (brakes). The friendly mechanics spent at least half an hour looking at my car and gave me a temporary fix (they didn’t have a replacement part for me) at no charge. Thanks again for your help:)

I had to use this service for my insurance under AXA GIG, and this is the place where you should be shy away. Extremely poor customer service, and slow as it took more than 40days to get my car back for a simple part replacement. At the end, they asked me to pay 525AED more to release my car which was never communicated with me before.

Customer service was swift too. They received the job from my insurance and they also delivered my car to my home at my convenience. They deserve a 10 star rating on this!

My insurance sent me to this shameful garage after a car accident. They have ruined my car and gave it back to me with more scratches, radiator brackets broken, and with oil and coolant leak when I told them it was leaking after the accident and they said they repaired it, which caused the car to overheat after 2 km drive and therefore for it to need to be towed while I drove it from RAK to Dubai after the accident with no overheating… Additionally, they are now telling the insurance that it is not related and refuse to repair the damage they have done. Avoid them please.

Repaired my car windshield, quick service. Just need to be careful with finger prints on the door lining fabric which is difficult to clean.

I don't recommend this repair workshop. Worst is they are one of the approved workshops of AXA insurance.

My car had a dent and scratches from accident, they fixed it really nice and can't be differentiated from original.

Be careful, the team here is either incompetent or untrustworthy. I had vehicle left for one normal service. Everything was normal before service. After service there are unusual vibration. I am sure someone has fiddled with it. May be pad are taken by someone. Just completely avoid it.

1 star is generous for my experience with this garage. I was referred to them by AXA my car insurance, and what a nightmare! My car was with them for a simple bumper replacement and headlamp change for ONE full month. Fast forward to date of pickup, the light bulb was still broken and the bumper placed on my car was 2nd hand and poorly painted! I am shocked they are in business and will be filing a consumer report as well as a detailed report to AXA. As an owner of a luxury car, insured with the region's best insurance provider, we expect a minimum level of competence and service. How such standards exist in this country is mind boggling. Not for long though if I have any say.

I asked them to make up for the horrible experience by waving their labor cost on something (less than 300 Aeds), the minimum they could have done to make up for the wasted time, energy and patience, the Garage Mgr refused!

Oh.and the cherry on top which sweetened the deal is.car had grease stains on the leather and the body was not even washed after sitting in their yard 1 month When I brought it to their attention they wiped it with a rag and a dirty water bucket

So my insurance send me this garage no.and guess what because it is from the insurance they straight away told me like they don't have time and take my car to some other branch lol.and its not like they are busy today or so he said they are busy for all the time.

I had a pleasant experience with Pal Auto garage thanks to Hithin.
Hithin was really supportive and responsive. He was in touch with me daily updating me about the progress of the car. He also listened to all the comments that I gave him and fixed everything exactly how I wanted.
I would definitely recommend this garage especially because of how professional Hithin is.

Gave my 6 year old car for a check on why the car vibrates when decelerating on a Saturday afternoon. Got the car vibration fixed along with other additional repairs by Sunday evening. The team ensured I had the car cleaned up and ready. Sayooj was my point of contact and smoothly helped me out with spare part quotes and minimal calling. They are on WhatsApp which is a huge lifesaver in terms of connecting with the customer asap. Loved the service.

Yes, Pal Auto is abit pricey when compared to other garages, but their work actually justifies the price.

Excellent service. Fazil was the person in charge of my repair. He was super professional, clear and very efficient, very nice customer service. He had the car repaired even before expected time. Repair was perfect:)

Went through them via my insurance for a minor esthetic work.
I think there is big inertia in the garage making them not appropriate for minor works (It took 7 days while I think it could have been done much quicker.)
The guy was however kind & polite!

I had a small accident 2weeks ago and was sent by Axa to PAL auto garage. At first seeing the reviews I was convinced to go there.
Let me tell you these guys do the job only if your insurance value is more to get benefit out of it. I had worst experience in dealing with them since beginning I had to make phone calls everyday to get updates and they did not even let me know what parts are required. Everytime I call the garage they asked me to contact AXA.they intentionally submitted new parts quotation to insurance which will be off course more than 50% of the insured value. Now my car is declared as total loss as they mentioned not reparable only for a small damage (hood and bonnet). Guys be careful dealing with them. Thanks

Hi, I just had my car repaired recently and overall it was a good experience, and I had a smooth transaction with PAL Auto Garage. I would like to commend Mr. Hithin as he closely assisted me throughout the whole process. It was my first time and Hithin patiently explained the process to me. The best part was he was able to finish the repair before the expected schedule and I was able to get my car back before the Eid holidays (it saved me a lot of money and hassle because I am using a rental car while my car is being fixed). Hithin is always easy to reach by phone call or message, he is friendly but remained very professional all the way. He also suggested some services that my car needs like replacement of battery plus even gave it in a good price. I was very happy with the service. Thank you!)

Very poor service and incorrect information given to me which has lost their trust.
My main concern of oil leakage was not addressed / resolved that too with incomplete checks being done at their end. It was hidden from me that the oil leakage is not fixed yet at the first time.
I left my car for almost one week first time but they still could not detect where oil is actually leaking from. Made me pay for services that my car didn't require maybe. Returned my car with dust all over even when I had complained. Such a reputed garage should provide after service cleaning.

It was the worst service I have ever received. When we collected the car it was supposed to be washed and cleaned inside and out and they said yes it’s done, it was so dirty that me and my friend ended up having to wash it ourselves in the blistering heat sweating and covered in water as they looked on clueless as to what ‘water’ was!

One of the worst repair garages in Dubai. Customer service is awful and quality of repair is poor quality. I DON’T KNOW AXA IS STILL USING THEM.

I took my BMW X5 there two months back and I’m still waiting on a simple fender part to be ordered. I’ve called so may people and no one seems to have a clue!

Very disappointed. PLEASE AVOID.

Owner of the garage scammed me by reversing into my parked car, sending his men to find me, threatened to call the police, and charged me for the repair. We settled because I was nervous, and later realised my car has sensors. I would have heard if I bumped him. My first and last scam. Never go to Pal, obviously

I can say only good things about them.
They replied immediately to my whatsapp message, they delivered what they promised without delay. Our car’s paint was scratched and they fixed it perfectly. Fabulous! Definitely recommed this team, thanks guys!

The repairs to my Nissan Patrol were done in a professional manner. There were no delays and the car returned after repairs as good as new. No issues at all.
