I recently had a bad experience with pan-Arabian management with harassment issue at office. Management was created a hostile work environment. Management was also very careless when it came to dealing with suppliers, often not paying them on time. This caused a lot of stress and disruption in the workplace.they have a policy that phones are not allowed in the office, if we take a one-day leave, we must provide a PCR test. This is completely unreasonable and discriminatory. It's not fair to expect people to take a PCR test just for taking a one-day leave & It's not fair to expect people to be without their phones for an entire day.
