Great experience and awesome assistance by Mr. Sadiq. He was able to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us to pick the best pieces. The store has some of the best options in UAE, specially at this store.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered a bed and assembled it incorrectly and we followed up customer service who told us to send photos and videos which we did. They assured us that a "spesialised" team would come and fix it. Surprise, surprise does the guy not call and not have a clue what is the issue is and neither does he have the missing parts. Will never recommend ordering from them. All this only 4 hours after they promised to come and fix their mess. Well done Pan Emirates. Your customer service team does a great job of messing people around.

Good place to buy furniture. Has fairly wide range of furniture. It has good collection of fabric sofas but leather sofas collection is very very limited.

If you want early delivery just order your stuff online. The staff will purposely give you wrong information so that you buy from the store and not online. But good to go see the furniture with your own eyes and it's displayed in a very good way.

Low quality products, they make their prices on sale but price is actually regular and not worth at all to its poor quality, and if there is complaint their customer service is also poor and rude

I have purchased multiple items here and the quality of the furniture is below 0. I had complained about it, but the customer service is really horrible.

I bought a sofa bed, and not even a month it has started making sound. I complained and the service delivery team visited and told me that sofa has spring issue and even if they repair or replace the problem may come once again. I immediately called customer service in front of them and asked the customer service to replace it with new or issue a credit note as the piece is faulty.they informed me that they will arrange for a call back. Next day Ali Saleh called me and said they can repair even if the sofa is faulty. This can be multiple times within 2 years. As a customer who has spent money to get comfort, I asked is it convenient for a customer to send the item again and again for repair when your own people told me its a faulty design. He said, take it or leave it in such a rude manner. I asked him, if this what you do to the customer and he said, YES. I will never recommend this brand to anyone and this customer care person should first be trained on how to handle customer complaint where customer is already not satisfied with the product or service and rather than pacifying the customer he made me a never returning customer to Pan Emirates.
Mr Ali Saleh, if you buy an item and you will be given such a solution to get it repaired again and again, will you be happy and go to that sjop again?

Awesome furniture deals available and very good services as per commitment from pam emirates side, on time delivery better to buy PAN EMIRATES is much more better then danube or IKEA, I recommended to all of you visit first in PAN EMIRATES

Delivery service and after sales are worst in All UAE. Call center useless and ignorant. Emails are never answered. Feel sorry for such loss and no respect to customer. I ordered items online and turned a nightmare and never delivered. They were very happy to cancel the order.

I ordered some items from Pan Emirates last November 12,2021 and till now it’s not yet delivered. Several calls and follow ups have been made with them and they always saying someone will get back to you for the delivery confirmation but till now nobody called.
I spoke to one Customer service officer this morning, he was very rude. He didn’t bother to apologize for the delay of the delivery instead he told me i will cancel your request and do the refund. This is my first time buying items from Pan Emirates and definitely the last one. Worst service ever.

Terrible delivery and online service team. Online team never picks up when someone calls. Delivery is always late and they keep postponing the date of delivery. Terrible service.

They have a large collection & good collection of really affordable range on the 2nd floor. In the affordable range you might have to compromise on the quality a bit. It's a place really worth checking out.

Worst customer service ever. Received one table and it was damaged. Bought one mirror that had a crack. This is a store to buy small items, not furniture.

Pan Emirates used to be good in quality but now its literally the worst. I bought almost everything for my new house from them but everything starts to brake or fail within the first 3 weeks. And the customer service agent was the worst in attitude and completely unhelpful imagine u calling customer service for five days and they tell you “heyy listen u wanna come down ” It was my mistake not check the market before i buy cause i trusted them but I could have have all of these for much less price with much better quality.

Purchased a furniture as I was told 2 year warranty. On the invoice no such thing was mentioned. Sales guy told me the person at the customer service will stamp or mention it. When we took to customer service they told me no stamp or writing will be allowed. By default they are trained to say ' you mobile number is mentioned on the system and the warranty is on the system '. But legally you are not covered if any issue with warranty arises.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DUBAI! They sent me 2 big showcase cabinet items that I bought from them but both damaged! In store they said item is from turkey but when they brought it said item from china. Regardless now where it’s from am calling them to replace items. They brought AGAIN not new but recycled damaged item to me. WHAT? !? They wasted my time! They shud refund me half the money for causing me stress. I called them and now saying will call me tomorrowlaughable really.now again tom hv to stay home until they call me and hopefully bring both new items instead of recycled goodseasy to buy and pay them money but get damaged goods

Pan Emirates - Al Barsha Branch is my first preference. They have varieties of furnitures, beddings, kitchenware, home decors & garden needs. They have small cafeteria that you could have a snack as well as play area that could leave your child safely while browsing the products. Most of the clearance & last piece items are available at the 2nd level. All items are categorized and easy to find what you are looking for. They have many staffs around that are helpful to assist the customer needs. When it comes to the price they are really affordable with quality that long lasting. We bought our sofa, beds, beddings & dining set from Pan Emirates. I’m so satisfied for the quality of each item that we’re still using for more than a years. To conclude, their furnitures are really really worth. I just attached photos of their ongoing sale for reference.

Very bad service and I was sold a display room as a new one.and found too many broken items in it.they denied any responsibility and did not care at all and did not even provide an apology for such cheating to a customer. Won’t be there again

Very disappointed with the delivery service from PAN Emirates. We chose the "morning" slot (10am to 2pm is NOT the morning!) The delivery guy rang to tell me he would arrive before 1pm but finally arrived at 2.35pm. He then assembled the piece of furniture which was not up to the standard of the piece we viewed in the show room. I doubt that it will last out the year. Just a very disappointing experience. Would prefer a zero star option.

Great place to buy your home furniture and furnishing where you can get any thing of your budget. It keeps a variety of products in all ranges. Staff is Amazing and helpful.

Panemirates generally has furniture not aligned to my taste, but when they offer something close to it, it is most of the times something really nice. 5 stars is fair although I wouldn't buy always what I need from here, but the quality and the prices objectively lead to this ranking.

Pan Emirates as really upped their game since the last time I visited. I actually preferred their range of products to Home Centre and IKEA.

The smaller stores don't have as much though and they have quite a lot of items that they don't advertise on their website (so don't leave thinking you'll jist order it online. As we found out, half the stuff isn't on there)

My new go to place for home furnishings. This particular store is large as well. 3 floors and on the 3rd floor there's a really good litlle kids soft play area with a cafe next to it!

I bought a pouffe recently which was on sale, we have not used it much, but the inner cloth was so thin that it tore and the beans all started coming out. Later I found that there were already some tears and those were stitched too. I tried to contact customer service, but no response.

Worst service. No one bothers to attend customers. I have previously visited Sharjah outlet many a times n bought quite a lot of stuff. Sharjah service is excellent. Today in Dubai it was the worst experience ever.

Horrible customer service and delivery.

I have been a loyal customer of Pan for years. But my last experience was horrible and I don't recommend Pan anymore to anyone.

Bought a wardrobe online on 1st March and was supposed to be delivered on 7th March. Took a day off to receive the goods at home. By afternoon when I called the delivery staff he told will deliver later in the day. By the end of the day he called and said he can't deliver as he didn't get the full components and asked me to call the customer service. The customer service team was not bothered to answer as the order was online and asked me to contact online team. The online team was so casual they are not bothered about the customer satisfaction. When I raised my voice someone else took the call and promised me that they'll fix and deliver in couple of days. Since then calling the customer service is a hell of experience and they'll directly transfer you to online team and the online team rarely picks the call. After calling continuously many times the online team always say we don't have any update about your order. Sick and tired of this great service, when I called the customer service last time, he arrogantly asked me to cancel the order as they can't deliver for another week. I agreed to cancel but I asked the refund process, he's not ready to answer saying someone will call taking their own time to tell me the refund process.no call still.
I have never experienced such a horrible customer service in my whole life and Pan is surely out of my dictionary.

PAN EMIRATES has a beautiful collection and great assortment, the quality of service which remains is a carcass of what it was “ in past tense “. I visited the store today looking for a sofa bed, the salesman looked bored, I asked for assistance and he reluctantly walked me to the floor and hand waved towards sofa beds and happily started chatting with another colleague. Giving him a benefit of doubt I waited and patience being a virtue, doesn’t stay long. I told him if he’s not interested then why bother attending. His inability to connect was iconic. I bid him adieu and went looking for the store manager, supposedly each store has a duty manager.
The manager decided not to turn up and sent a customer service advisor. By this time, patience was fleeting so did I.

I’ve been a fan of pan emirates since ages, but as classic text book case studies states, “ in awe of its past glory “ and being unable to cope up with the basic customer service.

No salesman is bad or indifferent to client, that is taught in basic trainings and the idea of customer service and experience which Steve Jobs talked decades ago before it became the text book quotes. The experience and service should be built around the customer and not other way. Again no sales man is wrong provided the company spends time and money in training them and educating them, and these first jobs become the launch pad for many glorious salesmen who understood EQ and the power of empathy, and rose to serious professional roles.

I will surely miss my visits to Pan and many purchases over the decade. But then we move on to new and unexplored frontier of myriad new home stores.

My 1 star to pan for old memories.

I bought small desk for daughters room. Honestly speaking, the quality in general is average. The price after discount was AED 350 which is ok I bought many other items before such as leather sofa and curtains. The prices are acceptable especially in sale period. Service is above average. Staff are ok but look bored most of the time unlike IKEA staff.

Excellent products, competitive pricing.but the delivery scheduling and order fulfillment leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service has no clue about online orders, and phones are rarely picked up at the delivery numbers. No clear understanding of delivery times on website as well.
