They have a good selection of home goods and accessories, but the staff are under trained and don't have proper knowledge of products. It was difficult to get service.

I had a very bad experience with 1 of the sales team in fastival city branch while we were doing the order of outdoor swing, with 0 products knowledge and 0 customer service, however we placed the order and we informed them about the delivery to be on 11th of January, the delivery team came with totaly different swing model, i didn't except it and i called the customer service for exchanging with the model that i has been chosen, then I received a a call from the sales lady informing that the swing will be deliver on 15th of January i informed that i want to talk with the store manager, he promised he will fix the delivery on 12th or 13th, then after a few hours the sales lady called again to inform that the swing which i have been chosen out of stock and last peace available in there showroom. This the worst customer service ever i got it from pan Emirates, which is leading me to request for refund and loosing sales.

Excellent products are available from Pan Emirates at reasonable prices. I adore the Pan Emirates and urge everyone to go there once. Each time I go to see them, they look different.

Very very bad service. 2 staff handling the whole showroom.better go to dragon mart, quality of furniture and service is better there.

They have a very good products for the price.
It’s not the cheapest but it’s definitely good for the value.
In terms of the service, I been there few times no one even came to offer help and they might need more people at the till.

My interaction with Sahar, a customer service representative at Pan Home in Dubai, was regrettable. Sahar's unprofessional behavior, complete disinterest, and absence of any apology reflected poorly on the company. Her unwillingness to listen to my concerns and lack of effort in finding a solution were extremely disappointing. Pan Home should address the glaring issues with their customer service to avoid damaging their reputation further.

Best prices for furniture in uae assured. Just look for the overall structure so it lasts for long. They have good designs and free delivery and installation which is quite useful in uae. I have visited Dubai festival city and burjuman branches and both has impressed me for their price range and offers

Furniture shop. Very modern and stylish furniture. Great quality at affordable prices that suits everyone. They have wide selection. Very strong and durable. My favorite section are dining sets and Tv sofas. Helpful staff. Also prompt delivery on time and very professional.

I got ripped me off by them I buy most of my furniture from them and when I returned one chair to the store in Sharjah they took it never gave me a receipt even though I asked for ones they said they will email it, they never did nor refunded the money. It has been almost 2 months I trusted them but very disappointing what they did. I am sharing my story on social media with my followers and everyone I know. I am never buying from them again!

Very bad quality of product and very bad quality of service being provide. I bought a 3 seater sofa and due to a pin popping out from the frame damaged the cushion. My product is under warranty and they keep telling me that cushion is not covered. Point is cushion got damaged because of the frame. Their product is defected and they are telling me that I can get the cushion fixed From outside because after 401 days although the warranty is valid it’s not their fault.

Quality of the furniture is good. They have multiple option for everything. Please visit once to explore

BAD SERVICE: I had ordered for bed set last week and they were supposed to install yesterday 9th Jan and no one turned up. I called the toll free and also the manager they said the delivery will be next Monday which will be 15 days. Very unprofessional way to handle clients. Pan Emirates takes the payment full in advance and no delivery. BAD SERVICE

Very bed quality of furniture. First, they delivered wrong part of the bed TWICE! When they finally assembled the bed, the supportive legs folded as you sit on the bed. Customer service team can't help but raise a complaint. Managers don't call back, especially if you miss a call from them they think the problem is solved. So, waste of time and money. I need a whole set of furniture for the whole apartment, but after this I'll deal with Home Center and Dabube. Never again with Pan Emirates.

I ordered bed online and its very bad quality its 3rd day and i hate the sound when moving.

Update! I received my full refund they resolved issue only in 7 working days better to visit their showroom so you will know what you are buying.

Very bad quality, complains call back section are talking like thugs, my bed was changed twice and same issue is there ‘Bed Cracking Noise’. Then I changed the whole room after complaining to the Branch Manager who immediately took the action, still the new room came with new defects and lote number is written in all parts, 2 more times they came to change with the same issue, then they said it only comes like this, we cannot do anything.waste of time, money and energy.

We searched for a shoe rack and we asked the three staff members who were just showing the place through their finger without moving their body. When we had doubts about the item we looked at the face of staff and we saw that they were dreaming so we just escaped from there.

Just wanted to recommend Pan Emirates. And im not affiliated in anyway. I ordered table and bed and there were scrathches on my table and the the one who assembled the bed said they should replace the bed although I didnt see at first glance whats wrong with it.

They were so responsive in email and i got calls everyday until its resolved and replaced. Talk about customer service! I am an avid online ADD TO CART kind of lady and I havent seen an amazing customer service like this!

They keep extending delivery, every day they call to apologise but can not be delivered. Very annoyed with service

We bought a mattress from this store last year to replace our old mattress. After one year of usage the mattress has given us a bad back ache and now we are again in the market to buy a new mattress. We raised a complaint with the store and they sent their technician for review of mattress. He came to our home and after review he said that the mattress does not have enough springs and it is mostly foam which was the reason for the back pain. However, I called the customer service and im told that they have closed the complaint stating that there is nothing wrong with the mattress. The technician who has come to check the mattress has gone back and mentioned that the issue is resolved. Pathetic service and cheap quality. We have tried rating their product directly on the website and their website does not allow rating.

This is a reply to the below comment from their team. In the below mail, they have asked me to send my concerns to the customer service mail ID provided. I did mail them, visited their store, called customer service, called back the technician who came for the inspection and after all that, im informed that PAN EMIRATES cannot do anything more for us. AED 1350 wasted after one year of usage and we are left with severe back ache. Think again before you purchase mattress from a company like PAN Emirates. Try THE MATTRESS STORE.

Horrible customer service & the customer care representatives have a lot of attitude as well.
I was supposed to recieve my delivery yesterday around 2pm and they came at 8: 40pm. As per my building policy no movement is allowed after 7pm.
When the fixers arrived, we spoke directly to their supervisor about the issue faced and he promised us that the bed will be fixed tomorrow sharp at 11.

Today spoken to Mr. Owdha from sharjah customer care branch and on explaining the situation to him, he misbehaved saying if you dont want the stuff, we will take it back and charge you for delivery and do whatever you want.

What kind if behavior is this? Unacceptable and the failure to accept their mistakes.

If no action is taken, we will take a very serious action against these people and their behaviour and against your company as well, on horrible customer service.

I am not quite sure on their product quality as I am still awaiting the delivery. I had to pay an additional delivery charge of 300 Dhs upon a commitment from the sales guy that the furniture will be delivered on coming Saturday, when I shopped on Wednesday.

The team conveniently put a date of Sunday instead of Saturday and asked me to sing on the invoice. Upon trusting the Sales team, I signed without checking the date, which I completely understand is a fault from my end.

This review has been only put for someone who is planning to buy furniture from Pan Emirates, to please read their documents as they might sneak in something different what you spoke and agreed.

Last to add, thanks to Pan Emirates I got a chance to relive my childhood where we used to watch TV sitting on the floor instead of a couch.

Completely disappointed.i want to give 0 star.i bought sofa before 2 months ago and its sitting cushions are not fixing properly which makes sitting uncomfortable.technician person came and said company can not do any thing.and customer services & management are very rude over on call.customer service is completely ignorant to the issue and saying only that this not our policy.

Completely dissappointed, i bought a dining table and from the day of purchase untill today the chairs either they dont fix it well or it keeps brking off bad quality.several requests were made for the team atleast to exchange the product even that they refused. Make sure the product you buy is of good quality dont be fooled by them. Go to ikea instead.

The worst company i have dealt with, i ordered 4 wardrobes and when they brought them 1 door was damaged, another wooden board for another wardrobe was damaged also, another piece was wrong (shorter than needed), second day after too many calls they came to replace the damaged item but they brought wrong color so again after few calls the came next day to replace it but again brought wrong piece so they install it and later on replace it.
I waste 3 days of my time with them.

Love the Panemirates Showroom In Dubai Festival City. I always enjoy going to Pan Emirates. Quite often you find something here that you are having difficulty finding in other places within your budget. Especially talking about furniture. They have a lot of stuff which looks good, is sturdy and doesn't break the bank. I would recommend anyone who is buying furniture on a budget, but wants good & new stuff to always check homebox first. It might give you a better deal than other stores. Secondly, I love Pan emirates for smaller kitchen items. Very reasonably priced and even if not everything, but you will definitely find some small items at a better price than other stores.
The staff in this store are very polite and helpful. The products also are very useful and at a very affordable prices. It is worth to buy furnitures and home items here.

Very rude staff. They are short staffed and not available for everyone with long waiting queues for billing. Dont think will visit this store again even if the products are not available elsewhere

2 weeks still not delivered.mind you this were just 4 dining chairs.so if your planning to order complete furnishing.braised your selves for a longer delivery. WOWWWW! I've never experienced this slow before from any online shopping.

Worst experience of online shopping, after placing the order online I was supposed to receive my order on 7th it never came and on 13th randomly they called and told me we will be there in 1 hour and after telling them that I'm not home they said we can deliver it in 10 days,

I love their Burjuman Branch which is quite closer and convenient to me. Here you will get lots of options to make your house looks pleasing and beautiful. They are offering amazing deals to their customers. I bought The L shape sofa which was better than expected.  Absolutely gorgeous, and arrived exactly when they said they would. I Would definitely shop from them again and Last but not the least their staff is very helpful and gives you best advice. Highly recommendable

Worst Furniture shop ever! Bough a kids table and chair and when i came home to my suprise their were a few parts missing! And there was some holes missing that i had to drill into to fix the table! The quality was bad and worst of all the instruction guide was horrible! Bough a cupboard from ikea and the instruction was amazing PLEASE I RECOMMEND YOU TO GO TO IKEA OR HOMECENTRE

I ordered a dinning table set online (illustrated in picture as dinning table with chair) but when it is delivered it was ONLY dining table. They can simply say that our description is only table but this is kind of cheating in marketing (Order Reference: 120430 (UE120430)

Ordered online on Tuesday, they called me on wednesday from (06) 503 0920 and told me to come to this store on Saturday afternoon to collect the ordered items.and so i did, however the employee told me that the items are still not available and that they should have called me to inform me.
No respect for people’s time, this is my last time buying from Pan Emirates online and will not recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience of shopping. I will not recommend anyone to use this company. Customer support is zero. They are just concerned with your money as soon as you pay, you should assume there is no relation any more. Products are not clearly described on their store and quality is very cheap.

Worst quality furniture ever! I bought a sofa 8 months ago and from the very beginning we noticed the cushions were sinking more and more. We called the store and they said that after 15 days no returns were allowed. They came twice to change the very poor quality foam stuffing of the cushions promising the sinking will stop only to see the problem getting worse.

Cheap quality and they promise they will fix but dont. Had brought my chair and in less then 2 months gave issues. They took twice but yet the problem persisted and they changed from initial statement of replacing if not fixed. Very bad customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, might as well go to IKEA

I am giving 2 star bcz of my overall experience there. First I DNT knw why they keep sales boys there, bcz they DNT even bother to help you when ur in their shop. Neither they even try to sell. I was looking for a bed, mattress and 2-seater sofa and PAN Emirates in Dubai Festival City is absolutely recommended. First I was looking for deals online and found what I want in their website. I personally want to check out and try the bed and sofa to see which one suits ideally for me and my husband. The sales staffs are amazing and answers all my inquiries which helped me with the selection process. I really love the 2 seater sofa which I bought, it is perfect! They have wide selection of sofas and it’s really hard to choose but I decided with what I feel or what I love the most. ;) Most importantly, I am happy with my purchase since it is within my budget without sacrificing the quality.

The Festival City store particularly has very friendly and helpful staff, this is my go to shop every time I need some home furnishings. I love the variety of items I can buy at Pan Emirates located at Festival Mall. I was looking for a memory pillow as I frequently having neck pain. I thought it was very expensive but I when I went there, I was able to buy 2 memory pillows at my budget. I also walked around the store and their staff asked me what else I need. Thank you Pan Emirates for the friendly customer service you have. As a mom, I'm happy that I can buy my household needs at affordable prices, you have lots of promotions as well.

Very bad quality furniture. Bought sofa and TV stand and started getting damaged within one year of purchase.

Reason: very small and congested. Need to watch your steps more than the displayed products. Please don’t carry kids otherwise it will be very difficult to move inside the store. If your kid is on a pram’ it will make it really tedious for you to walk inside. In terms of the product spread it is good but the congested layout of the store might compel you to walk out as soon as possible.
However, they are coming up with a new store which is 5 to 10 meter away from this one. This new store looks spacious and I am sure that it will pull the rating of Pan Emirates higher.

Home of the occasional good deal yet, usually, I find lovely items here for painful prices. Small home furnishings and also larger pieces to decorate your home, they represent their products well in this smaller showroom. Fortunately for IKEA, they out price themselves a bit, and don't really compete for IKEA style business.

Nice furnitures. But delivery is one week. Cant believe in a city like dubai. Burjuman store sales personel arent giving any attention to customers.

Competitive prices, very nice designs, pretty good furniture quality. Best prices are under sale. Worth checking the showrooms as there are more items displayed than online.

Customer service for claiming some voucher was not proper so I couldn't buy anything when I visit there, but the furniture you can get there in good discount price in seasons.

Very very bad quality, I bought a new dining table WINDSTAR DINING SET (1+6) on 2nd April 2019 and in only 25 days one of the chair leg was broken while one of my close relative was having his dinner with us and felt down which was a big embarrassment for us. When I called the call center they said they are only giving 3 months repair warranty and they will not replace it. To be honest when we are buying any furniture we expect that it will last at least for a couple of years but this didn’t even last for a month.
I am posting my review to beware of the quality and service they are giving as brand is really very bad and there products are not worth buying.

Stop buying mattress from there immediately, i’ve bought mattress from there and i they changed it to me after i complained.the 2 mattress i picked from the shop there were so flexible and comfort.but the 2 i got there were so strong.so they are showing you something and sending you something else.

2nd one i got from them after i complained it’s also like the stone no one can sleep on it.please avoid buying any mattress from there and even now i don’t wanna complain again cause they will never accept their fault buy showing something then sending something else.
